Measurements of the angular spectrum of light transmitted through turbid slabs with monodispersions of polystyrene spheres have been performed. The results obtained are compared with theoretical calculations, based on the small-angle approximation of the radiative transfer theory. The experimental data and the theoretical results coincide with a high accuracy, which allows us to develop the laser diffraction spectroscopy of optically thick light-scattering layers.  相似文献

Based on conservation of resources (COR) theory, the authors hypothesized that two aspects of the work-family interface--family-to-work conflict (FWC) and family-to-work enrichment (FWE)--are related to job performance. The authors also hypothesized that two variables moderate those relationships--individual differences in conscientiousness and aspects of the work environment in terms of perceived organizational support (POS). Data collected from a matched set of 136 private sector workers and their respective supervisors revealed that high FWC was more strongly related to lower job performance: (1) among high- than low-conscientiousness workers and (2) among workers reporting low rather than high levels of organizational support. A de nova bistaellited derivative of chromosome 15, inv dup (15) (pter leads to q11 or 12::p11 or q11 or 12 leads to pter), was identified by multiple banding techniques in a patient with Prader-Willi syndrome. A comparison of familial no. 15 short arm polymorphisms indicated that the extra chromosome was the result of a non-sister chromatid exchange between the paternal no. 15 homologs prior to or during meiosis.  相似文献

Although some promising new developments have emerged in recent years, school psychology research and practice has a remarkably ancient cast to it. With this issue, SPQ changes editorship and a primary agenda for this editorial group (S. Christenson, B. Erchul, R. Good, R. Kamphaus, B. Martens, D. Reschly, and myself) will be to publish not only articles which provide solutions to old questions but those which ask new questions. Certainly we will continue to publish reports of high quality empirical research which address important issues. However an equally crucial priority will be the publication of resourceful research reviews and "think" pieces which offer inventive and practical ideas about where research and practice should depart from the old ways. Discusses the utility of a systems approach to classroom behavior change. It is suggested that the child-centered focus of behavioral consultation be broadened toward the goal of improving the functional effectiveness of classrooms as interactive systems. Three primary developments that have encouraged the adoption of a systems approach to classroom behavior change are reviewed: (a) increased popularity and use of the consultation model, (b) increased reports of intervention side effects, and (c) frequent failure to obtain treatment generalization and maintenance. Following discussion of each of these factors, implications are drawn for broadening the scope of assessment during the identification and functional analysis of classroom behavior.
