This paper proposes a novel integrated approach for the identification and control of Hammerstein systems to achieve desired heart rate profile tracking performance for an automated treadmill system. For the identification of Hammerstein systems, the pseudorandom binary sequence input is employed to decouple the identification of dynamic linear part from input nonlinearity. The powerful epsilon-insensitivity support vector regression method is adopted to obtain sparse representations of the inverse of static nonlinearity in order to obtain an approximate linear model of the Hammerstein system. An Hinfinity controller is designed for the approximated linear model to achieve robust tracking performance. This new approach is successfully applied to the design of a computer-controlled treadmill system for the regulation of heart rate during treadmill exercise. Minimizing deviations of heart rate from a preset profile is achieved by controlling the speed of the treadmill. Both conventional proportional-integral-derivative (PID) control and the proposed approaches have been employed for the controller design. We report the fabrication of microcavity light-emitting diodes (MCLEDs) with high reflectivity and crack-free AlN-GaN distributed Bragg reflector (DBR). The 5lambda microcavity structure consists of an n-type GaN, ten pairs InGaN-GaN multiple quantum wells and p-type GaN sandwiched between the hybrid cavity mode of an AlN-GaN and a Ta2O5-SiO2 DBR. The AlN-GaN DBR has 29 periods with insertion of six AlN-GaN superlattice layers showing a crack-free surface morphology and a high peak reflectivity of 99.4% with a stopband of 21 nm. The output power of MCLED is about 11 W at an injection current of 7 mA. The electroluminescence has a polarization property with a degree of polarization of about 51%. 相似文献

Formation of Gold and Silver Nanoparticle Arrays and Thin Shells on Mesostructured Silica Nanofibers

Mesostructured silica nanofibers synthesized in high yields with cetyltrimethylammonium bromide as the structure‐directing agent in HBr solutions are used as templates for the assembly of Au and Ag nanoparticles and the formation of thin Au shells along the fiber axis. Presynthesized spherical Au and Ag nanoparticles are adsorbed in varying amounts onto the silica nanofibers through bifunctional linking molecules. Nonspherical Au nanoparticles with sharp tips are synthesized on the nanofibers through a seed‐mediated growth approach. The number density of nonspherical Au nanoparticles is controlled by varying the amount of seeded nanofibers relative to the amount of supplied Au precursor. This seed‐mediated growth is further used to form continuous Au shells around the silica nanofibers. Both the Au‐ and Ag‐nanoparticle/silica‐nanofiber hybrid nanostructures and silica/Au core/shell fibers exhibit extinction spectra that are distinct from the spectra of Au and Ag nanoparticles in solution, indicating the presence of new surface plasmon resonance modes in the silica/Au core/shell fibers and surface plasmon coupling between closely spaced metal nanoparticles assembled on silica nanofibers. Spherical Au‐ and Ag‐nanoparticle/silica‐nanofiber hybrid nanostructures are further used as substrates for surface‐enhanced Raman spectroscopy, and the enhancement factors of the Raman signals obtained on the Ag‐nanoparticle/silica‐nanofiber hybrid nanostructures are 2 × 105 for 4‐mercaptobenzoic acid and 4‐mercaptophenol and 7 × 107 for rhodamine B isothiocyanate. These hybrid nanostructures are therefore potentially useful for ultrasensitive chemical and biological sensing by using molecular vibrational signatures. 相似文献

研究了克鲁维酵母突变株(Kluyveromyces-UV-G-40-3)所产菊粉酶的分布为胞外酶∶胞壁酶∶胞内酶比是5.7∶1.6∶1。该酶S/I为5.3,最适温度为50℃,最适pH为4.5,在50℃以下、pH4.5~8的范围内比较稳定,4℃贮存稳定性好,14d后仍保持76%活力,为外切型菊粉酶,酶解粗菊糖(洋姜提取液)活性为纯菊糖的4倍。 相似文献
