The mobile agent is a computer program that is able to migrate continuously among hosts in a net- work and use host service to meet its task. The host, known as workplace, can be regarded as a proxy of social member. The sequence of workplaces on which the mobile agent completed its tasks is called path. In this paper, we propose a dynamic building method of mobile agent path with minimum payment based on referral. By referral, the next workplace of mobile agent can be recommended by the current workplace provider based on his acquaintance knowledge. The simulation results on a random network model show that the more acquaintance relationships there are on the referral network, the more efficiently the mo- bile agent path can be built, and the fewer costs need to be paid on the path. 相似文献

Escherichia coli K1 is a leading cause of neonatal bacterial meningitis. Recruitment of neutrophils to the central nervous system (CNS) via local immune response plays a critical role in defense against E. coli K1 infection; however, the mechanism underlying this recruitment remains unclear. In this study, we report that microglia and astrocytes are activated in response to stimulation by E. coli K1 and/or E. coli K1-derived outer membrane vesicles (OMVs) and work collaboratively to drive neutrophil recruitment to the CNS. Microglial activation results in the release of the pro-inflammatory cytokine TNF-α, which activates astrocytes, resulting in the production of CXCL1, a chemokine critical for recruiting neutrophils. Mice lacking either microglia or TNF-α exhibit impaired production of CXCL1, impaired neutrophil recruitment, and an increased CNS bacterial burden. C-X-C chemokine receptor 2 (CXCR2)-expressing neutrophils primarily respond to CXCL1 released by astrocytes. This study provides further insights into how immune responses drive neutrophil recruitment to the brain to combat E. coli K1 infection. In addition, we show that direct recognition of E. coli K1 by microglia is prevented by the K1 capsule. This study also reveals that OMVs are sufficient to induce microglial activation. 相似文献

利用FEAMG-CZ软件,模拟研究了cusp磁场对称面(定义为0高斯面)与熔体自由表面距离对直拉硅固液界面氧浓度分布的影响。结果表明:随着0高斯面的下移,熔体中的最小氧浓度降低,而固液界面的氧浓度升高,且径向均匀性变差。分析表明,这与熔体自由表面处的Marangoni流有关,抑制该流动有利于熔体中氧的蒸发,从而在自由表面下获得更低氧浓度的熔体,但会阻碍自由表面下方低氧熔体往固液界面的输运。因此,推断当0高斯面位于熔体自由表面下某一位置时,固液界面氧浓度将达到最低。模拟中,该位置位于Hm=0~-0.01m之间。 相似文献

This paper presents a new three-dimensional (3-D) wavelet-based scalable lossless coding scheme for compression of volumetric medical images. Aiming to improve the productivity of radiologists and the cost-effectiveness of the system, we strive to achieve high decoder throughput, random access to coded data volume, progressive transmission, and high compression ratio in a balanced design approach. 研究了重掺B对300 mm直拉Si衬底中热致微缺陷的影响.通过800℃/4~16 h+1 100℃/16 h的低-高两步退火处理发现,与普通(CZ)Si片相比,重掺B(HBCZ)Si片体内生成了高密度的热致微缺陷--体微缺陷(BMDs);B浓度的不同对BMDs的形态也有重要影响,重掺B Si片中出现杆状层错,随着B浓度的增加,层错密度增加,尺寸减小.研究表明,重掺B对BMDs的促进作用主要归功于B原子促进了氧沉淀的异质形核并由于原子半径效应使得这些核心较容易长大,而晶体中初始氧含量不是重掺B促进氧沉淀的主要因素. 相似文献

设计了一种简化的铝栅MOS半导体器件制作工艺流程,用6张掩模版成功制作出了基于表面电场效应原理的生物检测硅芯片传感器,采用SiO2-Si3N4复合栅介质层及耗尽型器件结构,以增强器件的识别与检测灵敏度。该传感器与常规铝栅MOS晶体管相比,去除了介质层表面的栅极导电层,代之以自组装技术制作生物薄膜并辅以栅参考电极作为控制栅极。用所制作的硅芯片传感器检测了相关生物蛋白质的电流响应,给出了该电流响应与器件沟道长度和沟道电阻及生物蛋白浓度等参数的关系,得到了较为满意的检测数据,达到了预期的基于表面电场效应的硅传感器制作和生物检测的目的。 相似文献

Preserving edge structures is a challenge to image interpolation algorithms that reconstruct a high-resolution image from a low-resolution counterpart. We propose a new edge-guided nonlinear interpolation technique through directional filtering and data fusion. For a pixel to be interpolated, two observation sets are defined in two orthogonal directions, and each set produces an estimate of the pixel value. These directional estimates, modeled as different noisy measurements of the missing pixel are fused by the linear minimum mean square-error estimation (LMMSE) technique into a more robust estimate, using the statistics of the two observation sets. We also present a simplified version of the LMMSE-based interpolation algorithm to reduce computational cost without sacrificing much the interpolation performance. Experiments show that the new interpolation techniques can preserve edge sharpness and reduce ringing artifacts. 相似文献
