短模型上的明渠非恒定流试验

水工整体模型试验中,明渠非恒定流至今大多被简化为恒定流,而效果有时并不理想。本文指出,只要设置固定式曲线尾门,并有必要的动态量测设备,便可模拟原型非恒定流;即使模型偏短,也能得出比恒定流试验更接近原型的成果。在同一模型上,既做恒定流试验,又进行必要的非恒定流试验,二者相辅相成,必将有助于试验水平的提高。作为例证,本文介绍了泄洪调度导致航道水面波动的一项试验成果,并以岩基冲刷、通航水流条件、围堰过水、河床冲淤等研究课题为例,讨论了采用“短模型非恒定流试验方式”的必要性与可行性。     

The relation between luminous properties and oxygen content inZnS:TbOF thin-film electroluminescent devices fabricated byradio-frequency magnetron sputtering method

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between the oxygen concentration and brightness degradation in ZnS:TbOF green thin-film electroluminescent (EL) devices. The characteristics including crystallinity, optical, and electrical properties were discussed. The brightness-voltage (B-V) measurement results shelved that with higher oxygen-content in ZnS:TbOF phosphor layer, lower brightness was measured. It was consistent with the poor crystallinity, worse photoluminescent intensity, and easier to get moisture in the oxygen-rich (O/Tb>1) phosphor film. Furthermore, deep level transient spectroscopy (DLTS) measurements identified that when the O/Tb ratio was greater than 1, the oxygen-related deep hole traps E_H1 and/or E_H2 could be detected in the ZnS:TbOF phosphor layer. These E _H1 and/or E_H2 traps were believed to be the main killers for the brightness of the device since they capture most of the holes from the generated electron-hole pairs. This evidence strongly supports that the modified energy transfer model is more dominant than direct impact excitation during the luminescent process     

In-laboratory removal of femoral sheath following protamine administration in patients having intracoronary stent implantation

Two hundred twenty-eight patients with successful coronary stent implantation were randomized either to protamine administration and femoral sheath removal (group I, n = 117) or no heparin neutralization and delayed sheath removal (group II, n = 111). The hospital stay after treatment was shorter in patients receiving protamine; therefore, protamine use for neutralizing circulating heparin may be safely administered immediately after stent implantation.     

T cell responsiveness correlates differentially with antibody isotype levels in clinical and asymptomatic filariasis

To establish the relationships among T and B cell responses, active infection, and clinical manifestations in lymphatic filariasis, filarial-specific lymphocyte proliferation, IgG antibody isotypes, and IgE levels were determined in an exposed population: 31 asymptomatic amicrofilaremics, 43 microfilaremics, 12 symptomatic amicrofilaremics, and 52 elephantiasis patients. Lymphocyte proliferation was higher in elephantiasis patients and asymptomatic amicrofilaremics than in microfilaremics (P < .004). A proportion of asymptomatic amicrofilaremics (32%), elephantiasis patients (37%), and symptomatic amicrofilaremics (58%) showed antigen-specific lymphocyte unresponsiveness, and lymphocyte proliferation to filarial antigens correlated negatively with specific IgG4 levels (rho = -0.315, P < .001). As elevated specific IgG4 is an indicator of active infection, it is argued that active infection may result in lymphocyte hyporesponsiveness irrespective of clinical category. Of those with elevated specific IgE levels and high T cell proliferative responses, 70% had elephantiasis, suggesting these factors have a role in pathology. However, the existence of a proportion of elephantiasis patients with low anti-filarial IgE and T cell unresponsiveness to filarial antigens suggests that elephantiasis can be caused by distinct processes.     

变结构变参数设计方法及其在机械CAD中的应用

提出了一种新颖的机械结构设计思想－变结构变参数设计方法，并结合实例，阐述了变结构变参数设计的概念、原则、实施措施和意义。由此对Ｉ－ｄｅａｓ软件包进行了二次开发，编制了发动机曲轴专用ＣＡＤ软件程序，并用某型号发动机曲轴进行了验证。     

薄板坯连铸连轧工艺对铌微合金化高强度钢组织和性能的影响

首先建立薄板坯连铸连轧工艺的试验室模拟技术，并运用该模拟技术，研究薄板坯连铸连轧工艺(CSP)和传统板坯再加热工艺(TRP)两种工艺对铌微合金化高强度钢的显微组织和力学性能的影响。研究结果表明：CSP钢的晶粒细化效果不如TRP钢，两者的平均铁素体晶粒尺寸分别为8．17μm和6．30μm。在CSP试验钢板中铌的析出量较大，特别是在铁素体中细小颗粒的铌的析出物较多，沉淀强化效果较强。CSP试验钢的σ0.5和σb分别较TRP工艺低约40MPa和约25MPa，同时其低温冲击韧性较好，FATT温度较低。     

Formation and retention of local melted films in AZ91 friction stir spot welds

The formation of local melted films during friction stir spot welding of as-cast AZ91D and thixomolded AZ91 material is investigated. The average temperatures close to the tip of the rotating pin vary from 438 to 454 °C during the dwell period in friction stir spot welding. These measured temperature values are higher than the melting temperature of α-Mg + Mg₁₇Al₁₂ eutectic (437 °C). It is suggested that the temperature in the stir zone during the dwell period is determined by the relative proportions of α-Mg and (α-Mg + Mg₁₇Al₁₂) eutectic material, which are incorporated during friction stir spot welding. Based on the stir zone temperature measurements and a detailed examination of material located at the root of the pin thread it is suggested that material is moved downwards via the pin thread and into the stir zone during the dwell period in friction stir spot welding. Evidence of local melted film formation is observed in the stir zone of AZ91 spot welds. It is suggested that melted films are retained since their dissolution rate is much slower in the high temperature stir zone than it is when melted films is formed in the stir zone during Al 7075-T6 friction stir spot welding. The spontaneous melting temperature, solute diffusion rate and the thermodynamic driving force for droplet dissolution are much higher during Al 7075-T6 friction stir spot welding.     

合成2,4-二叔丁基苯酚工业试验

以离子交换树脂为催化剂，苯酚和甲基叔丁基醚为原料合成2，4-二叔丁基苯酚(简称2，4酚)，合成产物经过滤再经间歇真空精馏精制提纯，得到高纯度的2，4酚成品。成品精馏后釜中残液在酸性白土催化剂的作用下通过歧化反应生成对叔丁基苯酚，再经精馏提纯得到成品对叔丁基苯酚。通过工艺优化，使2，4酚、对叔丁基苯酚形成联产生产工艺，降低了生产原料消耗和成本。     

An alternative method to compute the component fractions in the geometrical optical model: visual computing method

A method called visual computing was used to solve angular four-components' proportions and directional vegetation cover fraction for discrete canopies and continuous row-planted plants. It proved effective to predict the angular characteristics on pixel scale. The method could be an alternative way to a classical solution of geometrical optical models. A visual computing method would be effective especially when the canopies' spatial distribution and shapes were irregular and could not be described statistically.
