Shear and tensile tests were carried out on joints made with an isotropic conductive adhesive (ICA) consisting of Ag and epoxy: Sn–Pb plated components mounted on printed boards and tensile bars consisting of Sn plated Ni and Cu joined under various joining pressures. After 150 °C–100 h, shear strength degraded to 72% and Sn in the plating diffused slightly to the Ag fillers in the ICA for the component mounting. High joining pressure increased the initial tensile strength and volume percentage of Ag fillers in the ICA. After 150 °C–100 h, tensile strengths for all joining pressures degraded on average to 36% of the initial strengths. In the case of low joining pressures, an Ag–Sn intermetallic was formed at only the Ag–Sn contact points of the Sn/ICA interface; leading to reproducibility of the component mounting. The difference of degradation ratios between the mounted components and tensile bars could be explained by the offset of the Sn–Pb area at the component/ICA interface.  相似文献

Viewing a distorted face induces large aftereffects in the appearance of an undistorted face. The authors examined the processes underlying this adaptation by comparing how selective the aftereffects are for different dimensions of the images including size, spatial frequency content, contrast, and color. Face aftereffects had weaker selectivity for changes in the size, contrast, or color of the images and stronger selectivity for changes in contrast polarity or spatial frequency. This pattern could arise if the adaptation is contingent on the perceived similarity of the stimuli as faces. Consistent with this, changing contrast polarity or spatial frequency had larger effects on the perceived identity of a face, and aftereffects were also selective for different individual faces. These results suggest that part of the sensitivity changes underlying the adaptation may arise at visual levels closely associated with the representation of faces. Miniature erbium:ytterbium fiber Fabry-Perot multiwavelength lasers   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
We demonstrate stable simultaneous lasing of up to 29 wavelengths in miniature 1- and 2-mm-long Er3+:Yb3+ fiber Fabry-Perot lasers. The wavelengths are separated by 0.8 (100 GHz) and 0.4 nm (50 GHz), respectively, corresponding to the free spectral range of the laser cavity. The number of lasing wavelengths and the power stability of the individual modes are greatly enhanced by cooling the laser in liquid nitrogen (77 K). The polarization modes and linewidth of each wavelength are measured with high resolution by heterodyning with a local oscillator. The homogeneous linewidth of the Er3+:Yb 3+ fiber at 77 K is determined to be ~0.5 nm, from spectral-hole-burning measurements, which accounts for the generation of a stable multiwavelength lasing comb with wavelength separations of 0.4 nm  相似文献

A distributed system is said to be self-stabilizing if it will eventually reach a legitimate system state regardless of its initial state. Because of this property, a self-stabilizing system is extremely robust against failures; it tolerates any finite number of transient failures. The ring orientation problem for a ring is the problem of all the processors agreeing on a common ring direction. This paper focuses on the problem of designing a deterministic self-stabilizing ring orientation system with a small number of processor states under the distributed daemon. Because of the impossibility of symmetry breaking, under the distributed daemon, no such systems exist when the number n of processors is even. Provided that n is odd, the best known upper bound on the number of states is 256 in the link-register model, and eight in the state-reading model. NO reduction experiment was performed by injecting ammonia radicals, which were externally generated by flowing the NH3 gas diluted with Ar gas through a dielectric barrier discharge with a one-cycle sinusoidal-wave power source. The discharge was intermittently formed between coaxial cylindrical electrodes with a space of 1.5 mm at an applied peak-to-peak voltage of 3-25 kV. The generated radicals were injected into simulation gas (NO/O2/N2). The simulation gas contained 0-5.6% O2, and the effect of O2 on NOx removal was discussed. The minimum reaction temperature for NO reduction was low when simulation gas contained O2. High O2 concentration (O2=5.6%) in simulation gas, high repetition rate to NH3, and high applied power to NH3 decreased NO removal efficiency.  相似文献

The lithiation of 5,5′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐bithiophene with one equivalent of an alkyllithium such as n‐BuLi or s‐BuLi was studied by varying the residence time in flow microreactors. With a short residence time, the product 2,2′‐bithiophene (3) derived from dilithiation was obtained preferentially and a significant amount of the starting material 5,5′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐bithiophene remained unchanged. An increase in the residence time caused a higher yield of the product 5‐bromo‐2,2′‐bithiophene derived from monolithiation with expense in the yields of 2,2′‐bithiophene and 5,5′‐dibromo‐2,2′‐bithiophene. The lithiation using MeLi gave the product 5‐bromo‐2,2′‐bithiophene preferentially even with a very short residence time.  相似文献

For one week from August 17 to 23, 2016, three consecutive typhoons made landfall in Hokkaido for the first time on record. These typhoons and the front they stimulated brought record-breaking torrential rain over the eastern part of Hokkaido. To investigate the damage to grounds and rivers resulting from this rainfall, the Japan Society of Civil Engineers (JSCE) and the Japanese Geotechnical Society (JGS) formed a disaster research group to conduct an investigation. This report provides the results of the investigation into damage to the grounds of areas along the Tokoro River of the Okhotsk region, Hokkaido, that suffered from this tremendous and diverse disaster. Specifically, the report describes the situation of the levees which were broken and eroded by the overflowing water, the shape of the levee bodies, the levee body soil properties examined by observation of the sections, as well as the occurrence of sand boiling and air blows. The washout of road embankments as well as damage to road bridge mounting fills and abutment backfills were also investigated. The investigation has demonstrated the need to clarify the resistance of the abutment backfills and levee bodies to flowing water as well as the geotechnical predominant factors in order to clarify the mechanisms behind erosion and washout, the need to review new measures that allow for the scale of sand boiling and resultant changes in levee body stability, and the fact that the existing embankments were able to temporarily suppress the flooding water which had spilled over from the river. Furthermore, although it has been identified that the findings of a study on an embankment washout associated with a tsunami can be applied to measures taken against the overflowing water, it has also been found necessary to clarify the predominant geotechnical factors using model tests and to use a more sophisticated analytical approach to establish a geotechnical stability review as soon as possible in order to prevent the levees and embankments from being eroded and washed out due to overflowing water.  相似文献
