Ten families living in Shenyang city with multiple cases of essential hypertension were studied by HLA haplotype analysis. They were selected strictly in accordance with the methods of sibling pair analysis and lods analysis. The obtained ratio of HLA haplotype sharing among affected siblings were 28.6%(2): 52.4%(1): 19.0%(0), P > 0.9. It is indicated that the haplotype shared randomly among affected siblings. The results of Lods analysis were Q = 0.40, Lods = 0.046, Pr = 1.112. These results showed that there is no evidence of patients with essential hypertension susceptible to gene linked with HLA.  相似文献

Experiments were performed for investigating the effects of Injectio Reduqing (RDQ) on plasma interleukin-8 (IL-8), NO2-/NO3-, complement 5a(C5a) and polymorphonuclear neutrophilic leukocyte (PMN) Chemotaxis Index (CI) in rabbits with endotoxin-induced disseminated intravascular coagulation (DIC). The results showed that plasma IL-8, NO2-/NO3-, C5a and CI levels of PMN increased markedly in model group, which were confirmed pathologically with obvious damage of tissues or organs. While in RDQ group the abov-mentioned parameters and damage of tissues or organs were reduced significantly (P < 0.01). The results suggested that the IL-8 and NO might be involved in pathogenesis of endotoxin-induced DIC, and RDQ could be used in preventing or treating DIC through mechanism of regulation of cytokines network.  相似文献

This study presents the effects of mixture fractions of nuclear fuels (mixture of fissile–fertile fuels and mixture of two different fertile fuels) and 6Li enrichment on the neutronic parameters (the tritium breeding ratio, TBR, the fission rate, FR, the energy multiplication ratio, M, the fissile breeding rate, FBR, the neutron leakage out of blanket, L, and the peak-to-average fission power density ratio, Γ) of a deuterium–tritium (D–T) fusion neutron-driven hybrid blanket. Three different fertile fuels (232Th, 238U and 244Cm), and one fissile fuel (235U) were selected as the nuclear fuel. Two different coolants (pressurized helium and natural lithium) were used for the nuclear heat transfer out of the fuel zone (FZ). The Boltzmann transport equation was solved numerically for obtaining the neutronic parameters with the help of the neutron transport code XSDRNPM/SCALE4.4a. In addition, these calculations were performed by also using the MCNP4B code. The sub-limits of the mixture fractions and 6Li enrichment were determined for the tritium self-sufficiency. The considered hybrid reactor can be operated in a self-sufficiency mode in the cases with the fuel mixtures mixed with a fraction of equal to or greater than these sub-limits. Furthermore, the numerical results show that the fissile fuel breeding and fission potentials of the blankets with the helium coolant are higher than with the lithium coolant.  相似文献

This paper describes the baseline corpus of a new multimodal biometric database, the MMU GASPFA (Gait–Speech–Face) database. The corpus in GASPFA is acquired using commercial off the shelf (COTS) equipment including digital video cameras, digital voice recorder, digital camera, Kinect camera and accelerometer equipped smart phones. The corpus consists of frontal face images from the digital camera, speech utterances recorded using the digital voice recorder, gait videos with their associated data recorded using both the digital video cameras and Kinect camera simultaneously as well as accelerometer readings from the smart phones. A total of 82 participants had their biometric data recorded. MMU GASPFA is able to support both multimodal biometric authentication as well as gait action recognition. This paper describes the acquisition setup and protocols used in MMU GASPFA, as well as the content of the corpus. Baseline results from a subset of the participants are presented for validation purposes.  相似文献

Monitoring and timely intervention are extremely important in the continuous management of health and wellness among all segments of the population, but particularly among those with mild dementia. In relation to this, we prescribe three design principles for the construction of services and applications. These are ambient intelligence, service continuity, and micro-context. In this paper, we provide three exemplars from our research and development activities that illustrate the use of these design principles in the construction of services and applications. All the applications are drawn from the field of care for mild dementia patients in their living quarters.  相似文献

ARIES-RS is one of the major magnetic fusion energy reactor designs that uses a blanket having vanadium alloy structure cooled by lithium [1, 2]. It is a deuterium–tritium (DT) fusion driven reactor, having a fusion power of 2170 MW [1, 2]. This study presents the neutronic analysis of the ARIES-RS fusion reactor using heavy metal molten salts in which Li2BeF4 as the main constituent was mixed with increased mole fractions of heavy metal salt (ThF4 or UF4) starting by 2 mol.% up to 12 mol.%. Neutron transport calculations were carried out with the help of the SCALE 4.3 system by solving the Boltzmann transport equation with the XSDRNPM code in 238 neutron groups and a S 8P 3 approximation. According to the numerical results, tritium self-sufficiency was attained for the coolants, Flibe with 2% UF4 or ThF4 and 4% UF4. In addition, higher energy multiplication values were found for the salt with UF4 compared to that with ThF4. Furthermore, significant amount of high quality nuclear fuel was produced to be used in external reactors.  相似文献
