Equilibrium States of Liquid, Solid, and Vapor and the Configurations for Copper, Tungsten, and Pores in Liquid-Phase Sintering

The equilibrium state of the liquid–solid structure during liquid-phase sintering (LPS) is pondered with respect to minimum energy geometries. Besides the solid–liquid ratio, several interfacial energies determine the most stable geometric configuration. In this study, we rely on the attributes of the copper or nickel as the liquid, tungsten as the solid, and vapor to solve for terminal configurations that include liquid pools inside the solid grains. Surface evolution is enabled using a stepwise computer program[1] to rearrange and reshape small grain clusters reflective of LPS based on a preset combination of wetting and dihedral angles. The findings show how different interfacial energies, as a result of oxidation or impurity segregation, play a role in determining the final geometry. The specific concern is identification of situations in which a liquid is stable inside the solid, as observed in some LPS materials.     

基于模范用户的改进协同过滤算法

针对传统协同过滤算法普遍存在的稀疏性和扩展性问题,在传统协同过滤算法的基础上提出一种基于模范用户的协同过滤算法。通过对用户空间的聚类,自动选取模范用户聚类的最优粒度,利用模范用户产生推荐。实验结果表明,与传统协同过滤算法和其他基于聚类策略的算法相比,该算法在明显提高推荐效率的同时对推荐精度和稳定性都有所改进。     

Ag-TCNQ金属/有机双层膜中的扩散机制

研究了用真空分层蒸镀法获得的金属/有机双层膜(Ag-TCNQ)中的层间扩散行为.根据Cu、Ag在与TCNQ形成络合物时表现出的相似性,建立了异质元素标志法,以Cu为标志元素,研究了金属有机络合物Ag-TCNQ形成过程中Ag扩散的微观机制.使用二次离子质谱(SIMS)分析了Cu、Ag元素在不同样品膜中的浓度分布及变化情况.结果表明,不同于纯金属薄膜中Cu、Ag清晰的界面,在络合物中的Cu与Ag之间存在交叉,说明两种离子之间存在着交换现象.由此可以推断,薄膜中的扩散机制是Ag离子在Ag-TCNQ络合物中的换位扩散.

Decarburization Thermodynamics of High-Carbon Ferromanganese Powders During Gas-Solid Fluidization Process

 Thermodynamic conditions of reactions between high-carbon ferromanganese powders and gas decarbonizers like O2, CO2 and water vapor were studied by thermodynamic calculation. In O2, CO2 and water vapor atmosphere, high-carbon ferromanganese powders were decarburized in a fluidized bed. When the temperature is respectively higher than 273, 1226 and 1312 K, the gas-solid decarburization reaction will occur between ferromanganese carbide on the surface of the high-carbon ferromanganese powders and different gas decarbonizers. Since metal manganese is easy to be oxidized by O2, CO2 or water vapor, the decarburization reaction will transfer into a solid-solid phase reaction of ferromanganese carbide and ferromanganese oxide, promoting external diffusion of carbon to achieve a further decarburization of high-carbon ferromanganese powders.     

Electrical and mechanical properties of novel polyaniline coated polycaprolactam fibers

Polycaprolactam (PA6) fibers were coated with polyaniline (PANI) by a novel dissolving-coating method. In the dissolving-coating method, dissolution of PA6 fiber surface is the necessary condition for imparting conductivity to PA6 fiber. But the dissolution of fiber surface would cause the structural integrity of PA6 fiber being destroyed. In this research, the effect of solvent concentration and roller speed on the mechanical and electrical properties of PANI-coated PA6 fiber were discussed. The results showed that the optimum condition for PANI-coated PA6 fiber is 75% formic acid aqueous solution and 100 rpm. The coating durability of PANI was tested by TG, FT-IR, water washing and heating to different temperatures. The experimental data indicate that PANI coating is difficult to peel off after the heating and washing treatment.     

碳纤维热氧化行为及其机理

对聚丙烯腈(PAN)基碳纤维进行热氧化处理,借助扫描电子显微镜、X射线光电子能谱,拉曼光谱等手段表征了PAN基碳纤维的热氧化行为,研究了其热氧化机理。结果表明:热氧化使PAN基碳纤维表面氧元素含量大幅升高,碳含量下降,氧以C—OH或C—O—C基团的形式吸附到表面、在550℃左右以C=O基团大量分解的形式腐蚀纤维,破坏纤维形貌;同时热氧化腐蚀纤维中的非石墨碳,使得有序的石墨结构向非石墨无序结构转变,破坏碳纤维的晶体结构。     

一种基于交点质心求解的RSSI定位算法及其优化

为了提高RSSI算法的定位精度,提出了一种新的基于交点质心求解的RSSI算法.此方法用矩阵求解多组二元二次方程组,得出的结果为这些方程组解的平均值,定位坐标由这些平均值确定.相比于传统最小二乘法,交点质心法的定位精度明显提高,并给出了两种优化方案,最后提出了一种实现三维定位的方法.
