华安水电站扩建工程引水隧洞塌方处理技术

为解决华安水电站扩建工程引水隧洞施工过程中的塌方问题,对其塌方的特点及成因进行了研究,提出了搞好隧洞初期支护、把握好穿越塌方体施工的过程、采用深层固结灌浆提高围岩稳定性等措施,经过施工期的安全监测和一年运行观测,该洞段围岩稳定,表明措施有效。     

DCT-based objective quality assessment metric of 2D/3D image

With the increasing growth of multimedia applications over the networking in recent years, users have put forward much higher requirements for multimedia quality of experience (QoE) than before. One of the representative requirements is the image quality. Therefore, the image quality assessment ranging from two-dimension (2D) image to three-dimension (3D) image has been getting much attention. In this paper, an efficient objective image quality assessment metric in block-based discrete cosine transform (DCT) coding is proposed. The metric incorporates properties of human visual system (HVS) to improve its validity and reliability in evaluating the quality of stereoscopic image. This is fulfilled by calculating the local pixel-based distortions in frequency domain, combining the simplified models of local visibility properties embodied in frequency domain, which consist of region of interest (ROI) mechanism (visual sensitivity), contrast sensitivity function (CSF) and contrast masking effect. The performance of the proposed metric is compared with other currently state-of-the-art objective image quality assessment metrics. The experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed metric is highly consistent with the subjective test scores. Moreover, the performance of the metric is also confirmed with the popular IRCCyN/IVC database. Therefore, the proposed metric is promising in term of the practical efficiency and reliability for real-life multimedia applications.     

水工建筑物测流法在琚湾水文站的应用

本文以琚湾水文站为例分析水工建筑物测验方法施测流量.在以往分析的基础上,新增2009年、2010年、2011年资料,利用公式对该站近年来水位流量数据进行计算分析得出:琚湾站采用实测流量反推流量系数中考虑动能水头的情况,利用堰闸流量公式可以实现水工建筑物法测验流量.     

基于虚拟仿真的动车组转向架检修支持系统开发

CRH380BL高速动车组转向架技术含量高,结构复杂,需要高效率、高质量的检修与维护手段。文章综合应用虚拟现实、多媒体和仿真技术,设计开发了动车组转向架检修虚拟仿真支持系统。它提供一个可视化的多媒体信息平台,可支持新的培训模式,使培训人员在虚拟环境中快速掌握检修技能,以交互方式浏览转向架各组成部件的三维模型,了解转向架的技术信息、结构特点、模块配置、各级修程信息及产品装配过程。该文介绍了转向架结构特点,详细描述了系统的结构、功能以及关键技术。     

基于DirectSound的实时音频采集与声阵列定位系统研究

DireetSotmd提供了强大的音频处理功能,使得开发者在不需要知道声卡硬件细节的前提下开发出高性能的多媒体程序.本文结合笔者的开发实例,详细阐述了使用DirectSound实现实时音频采集的方法,并设计实现了基于时延估计算法的声阵列定位系统.     

三维物体表面形状检测技术的深入研究

本文对三维检测技术做了简要的介绍,给出了迈克耳逊干涉仪、电子散斑干涉法（ESPI/DSPI）、三角检测法的检测原理,同时对三维轮廓检测技术做了深入的研究。     

“先锋”是一种立场

如今学术界对"先锋艺术"①的定义普遍采用了德国学者比格尔(Burger,P)的论断,即先锋艺术是对"自律艺术"进行颠覆的艺术形态。通过这种定义来将其与浪漫主义、象征主义、唯美主义、后现代主义进行区分。但笔者认为这种区分实际上正是一种现代性观念的体现,强调对各个事物进行严格的区分与划界。事实上,先锋艺术首先表现为一种强烈的精神立场甚至是意识形态,因此比格尔的定义实际上忽视了先锋艺术中最为核心的因素。     

Roll angle of autocollimator measurement method based on hollow cube corner reflector

In this paper, a method of measuring roll angle with hollow cube corner reflector (HCCR) is proposed. Firstly, the space coordinate vector relationship between the mirror and the autocollimator is established by using the Euler rotation relationship, and the structure of the HCCR is designed. Secondly, through the actual measurement of the HCCR reflector''s angle sensitivity, the specific formula of roll angle measurement is obtained. The experimental results show that the method can be used to measure the roll angle, and the maximum root mean square (RMS) error is 15" in the range of 350", and the repeatability of the experiment is better than 2.7". On the basis of retaining the traditional autocollimator, the plane mirror is replaced with HCCR, which realizes the measurement of the roll angle of the autocollimator. This method does not change the internal structure of the autocollimator system, and there is no process error caused by special processing technology, so as to retain the autocollimator''s own long measurement distance, high measurement accuracy, high system stability, and large range of measurement performance, and it can also be used in industrial production.     

LD泵浦Pr∶YLF固体激光器

研究了LD泵浦Pr∶YLF固体激光器。激光器采用LD端面泵浦结构,通过建立激光器热效应模型,对激光晶体内部温度场进行了解析计算,模拟分析了不同掺杂浓度Pr∶YLF晶体的光吸收以及温度场分布,对激光器泵浦耦合系统和输出镜的透射率等参数进行了优化设计,实现了LD泵浦Pr∶YLF固体激光器的高功率、高效率输出。当LD泵浦功率为2W时,获得了最大输出功率为287mW,光光转换效率达16.1,光束质量因子为M2X=1.38,M2Y=1.35的640nm激光。     

JPEG隐密分析中的重压缩检测

重压缩检测是多级隐密分析中关键的预处理部分,高准确率的重压缩检测是隐密分析获得更高性能的重要前提条件.深入研究了重压缩对于JPEG图像各种特征的影响,基于此提出了一种融合直方图分布特征、Benford特征、DFT特征的重压缩检测算法.仿真实验表明,该算法具有更高的检测率,能够适用于JPEG多级隐密分析中的重压缩检测.
