浅析尿素装置工程建设的质量控制

四川美丰化工股份有限公司德阳分公司于2005年9月新投产1套30万t/a,气提法尿素装置.该装置由五环科技股份有限公司设计,中国化学工程第十三建设公司承建.鉴于尿素生产具有高温、高压和强腐蚀性等特点,工程建设质量对装置长周期安全稳定运行具有相当重要的意义.笔者就美丰化工股份有限公司在新投产的气提法尿素装置建设过程中实施质量控制的相关情况作简要介绍与总结,以供同行交流.

生烃化学动力学在川东北普光气田的应用

普光气田是四川盆地近期发现的规模最大、埋藏最深、资源丰度最高的气田。通过认识普光气田各个烃源岩层的贡献量、生烃关键期与构造演化的关系、油气成藏具体模式等，建立生烃化学动力学模型、标定参数，结合地区烃源岩参数和地史、热史资料，定量描述该地区的生烃过程及油裂解成气过程。认为：普光地区的主力烃源岩为下志留统泥岩；主要干酪根生油期为早二叠世末到早三叠世末期（距今286Ma至240Ma）；主要干酪根生气期为中三叠世（距今240Ma至230Ma）；主要气源是原油后期热裂解气，原油裂解成气的时间比较晚，主要油裂解成气期为早白垩世（距今144Ma至97．5Ma），从而决定了普光气田的成藏模式为“多期成藏，油气转化，晚期定位”。图2表3参33     

Compatibility between Polyamide 6 and Polycarbonate

Polyamide （PA6） and polycarbonate （PC） were prepared by a Brabender mixer （ PLV- 151） at 240℃ with 30 rpm for duration of 8 and 6 minutes respectively. The epoxy resin （E） addition can lead to substantial microstructural changes in the PA6/PC blends. Scanning electron microscope （SEM） was used to observe the mixtures characterized by the domains of clearly segregated homophases and voids between the two polymers. PA6/PC of polyamide 6 and polycarbonate with epoxy resin addition under the composition ratio of 20/80, 20/80/1, 40/60/1 and 40/60, were tested to verify the key role of epoxy in promoting the compatibility of PA6 with PC during blending.     

Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of TiAl-based Alloy

Two phases gamma titanium aluminide alloy,Ti-46.5Al-2.5V-1Cr.was investigated to characterizemicrostructures and to define the microstructure/mechanical property relationship.Many kinds ofmicrostructure of gamma and α_2 phases were obtained by heat treatments in the α+γ,α_2+γ and αfields.The effects of microstructure on tensile properties,fracture toughness and J-R resistancecurve at room temperature,were systematically studied.The experimental results showed that themicrostructure had a strong effect on mechanical properties,The duplex microstructure produced byheat treatment at 1250℃×4 h with controlled cooling resulted in the highest ductility of 4.8% tensileelongation,low fracture toughness and crack growth resistance.The fully lamellar microstructureproduced by heat treatment in the α field having large grain sizes resulted in the highest fracturetoughness but the lowest ductility.     

压电晶体Al1—xGaxPO4的生长及其特性

用缓慢升温法成功研制出非铁电性二元系压电新晶体Ａｌ０．８８Ｇａ０．１２ＰＯ４，通过原子光谱吸收，Ｒｕｔｈｅｒｆｏｒｄ背散射及Ｘ射线粉末衍射测定其组分结构，并给出了新晶体和电弹常数和温度系数。
