金属—PAN—S配合物的极谱研究——Ⅱ:Fe~(3+)—PAN—S—TEA—NH_3·H_2O—NH_4Cl体系配合吸附波

在NH_3·H_2O—NH_4Cl—三乙醇胺底液中Fe(Ⅲ)与PAN—S产生一灵敏的配合吸附波,峰电位在—0.50伏(vs.SCE)。峰电位与铁离子浓度在2.8×10~8～3.4×10~(-6)mol/L范围内线性良好,检出下限可达2.8×10~(-8)mol/L。该法用于乳粉、头发、血清等样品的测定,结果满意。     

Composition Range of Amorphous Mg-Ni-Y Alloys

Based on the thermodynamic point of view, a method for predication of the composition range of amorphous ter-nary alloys was proposed. The composition range of amorphous ternary alloys is determined by the comparison of the excess free energy of the amorphous alloy and the free energy of competing crystalline states. The free energy is extrapolated from the data of three binary alloys by using Toop‘s model. The method was applied to predict the composition range of amor-phous Mg-Ni-Y alloys. The theoretical results are in good agreement with the available experimental results. It indicates that the present method can be used to predict the composition range for amorphous ternary alloys.     

ZJ510L-B汽车用高强度热轧板的试制

珠钢150t电弧炉-LF(VD)-CSP(紧凑式带材生产)流程试生产的5～8mm ZJ510L-B(0．16C--1．22Mn)汽车用高强度热轧板的铁素体晶粒尺寸为6．0～9．2μm，带状组织为1．5～2．5级，强度极限σb562～610MPa，延伸率δ5 32．0％～38．6％。文中还分析和提出了带状组织的形成原因和改进措施。     

Preparation of Compound Ultrafine CeO2 by Wet-Solid-Phase Mechanochemical Modification

To satisfy practical requirements from industrial applications, an alternate route for synthesis compound ultrafine CeO2 powders by wet-solid-phase mechanochemical modification using industrial grade hydrated cerium carbonate as raw material was proposed.The effect of modifier reaction percentage, reaction time, calcining temperature and modifier amount on particle size, density, suspensibility, and hardness of compound CeO2 powder was investigated.The phase evolutions of preparation process were characterized by XRD.SEM micrograph of the final product shows that compound CeO2 powders obtained are well-dispersed, spherically-shaped, uniformly-sized and submicron-sized particles.The method is readily available in raw material, low in cost, simple in process, and has great potential for industrialization.The compound CeO2 powders of different physical properties can be synthesized by controlling the above-mentioned influence factors in preparation process.

单壁碳纳米管的制备及生长特性研究

采用Fe/MgO作为催化剂 ,催化裂解CH4制备了较纯的单壁碳纳米管 ,用TEM和Raman对碳纳米管进行了表征 ,对不同生长温度下制备的碳纳米管Raman径向呼吸振动峰 (RBM)进行了分析 ,研究了生长温度对单壁碳纳米管生长特性和结构特性的影响     

小型微/纳米级三坐标测量机的研制

介绍一套低成本小型三维坐标测量机的研制过程，作为微/纳米级超精密测量设备，整体机台结构采用花岗岩材料；X／Y轴的移动平台利用压电材料摩擦驱动与挠性变形原理，长短两行程可达25mm范围及5nm的微位移，藉自行研发的衍射干涉激光尺，位置回馈测量系统可具有0．025nm的分辨率；测量探头在一般DVD光读取头的自动聚焦原理基础上改装，最佳分辨率可达2．5nm，该雏形机适于测量微机电组件、微型器件及膜厚等。

合成直链烷基苯环境友好固体酸催化剂的研究 Ⅲ .催化剂失活原因分析

采用固定床反应器,对催化剂的稳定性进行了初步评价。在120℃、空速相同、液固反应条件下,高苯烯比时催化剂的稳定性明显高于低苯烯比时;在苯烯比和空速相同、液固反应条件下,相对低温反应时,催化剂的稳定性明显高于高温反应。IR分析结果表明,同新鲜和反应后未失活的催化剂相比,失活后催化剂的活性组分特征衍射峰消失,出现的新的特征衍射峰可能同—CH基的振动有关。TG分析结果表明,失活后催化剂在空气流中焙烧,失重幅度比新鲜催化剂大。
