High-performance multiphoton-pumped lasers based on cesium lead halide perovskite nanostructures are promising for nonlinear optics and practical frequency upconversion devices in integrated photonics.However,the performance of such lasers is highly dependent on the quality of the material and cavity,which makes their fabrication challenging.Herein,we demonstrate that cesium lead halide perovskite triangular nanorods fabricated via vapor methods can serve as gain media and effective cavities for multiphoton-pumped lasers.We observed blue-shifts of the lasing modes in the excitation fluence-dependent lasing spectra at increased excitation powers,which fits well with the dynamics of Burstein-Moss shifts caused by the band filling effect.Moreover,efficient multiphoton lasing in CsPbBr3 nanorods can be realized in a wide excitation wavelength range (700-1,400 nm).The dynamics of multiphoton lasing were investigated by time-resolved photoluminescence spectroscopy,which indicated that an electron-hole plasma is responsible for the multiphoton-pumped lasing.This work could lead to new opportunities and applications for cesium lead halide perovskite nanostructures in frequency upconversion lasing devices and optical interconnect systems.  相似文献

In this paper, we develop a dual‐horizon peridynamics (DH‐PD) formulation that naturally includes varying horizon sizes and completely solves the ‘ghost force’ issue. Therefore, the concept of dual horizon is introduced to consider the unbalanced interactions between the particles with different horizon sizes. The present formulation fulfills both the balances of linear momentum and angular momentum exactly. Neither the ‘partial stress tensor’ nor the ‘slice’ technique is needed to ameliorate the ghost force issue. We will show that the traditional peridynamics can be derived as a special case of the present DH‐PD. All three peridynamic formulations, namely, bond‐based, ordinary state‐based, and non‐ordinary state‐based peridynamics, can be implemented within the DH‐PD framework. Our DH‐PD formulation allows for h‐adaptivity and can be implemented in any existing peridynamics code with minimal changes. A simple adaptive refinement procedure is proposed, reducing the computational cost. Both two‐dimensional and three‐dimensional examples including the Kalthoff–Winkler experiment and plate with branching cracks are tested to demonstrate the capability of the method. 翅片管换热器表面沉积的粉尘会导致换热器压降增加。本文搭建了换热器积灰可视化实验台,选取开缝翅片管换热器为测试样件,在风速范围为1.0~2.3 m/s,喷粉浓度范围为2.1~10.8 g/m~3的条件下进行实验,研究了换热器表面的粉尘沉积特性及空气侧压降变化。结果表明:粉尘主要沉积在翅片迎风面的前缘开缝处以及换热管的迎风面上;高风速有利于粉尘沉积并增大积灰前后压降增幅,在风速变化范围内,粉尘沉积量最多增加98.4%,积灰前后压降增幅最多增加93.8%;提高喷粉浓度有利于粉尘沉积并增大积灰前后的压降增幅;在喷粉浓度变化范围内,粉尘沉积量最多增加22.8%,积灰前后压降增幅最多增加28.6%;在积灰过程中,空气侧压降比粉尘沉积量更快达到稳定状态。  相似文献

本文主要针对船舶模拟舱室的正压排烟进行研究,以期为现代船舶的消防建设提供参考,将烟控区抽离建模如下文图一,设计正交排烟方案,由实验结果的极差分析得到最优的正压排烟方案即:风速15m/s,出口开度1.2m,进口开度0.3m。针对最优方案,由Fluent仿真分析得到:烟气聚集的地方,温度要高于周围,旋涡的存在导致烟气的滞留,说明针对烟气流动路径的研究将有利于排烟效果的改善。  相似文献

Synthesizing ultrathin 2D metal–organic framework nanosheets in high yields has received increasing research interest but remains a great challenge. In this work, ultrathin zirconium‐porphyrinic metal–organic framework (MOF) nanosheets with thickness down to ≈1.5 nm are synthesized through a pseudoassembly–disassembly strategy. Owing to the their unique properties originating from their ultrathin thickness and highly exposed active sites, the as‐prepared ultrathin nanosheets exhibit far superior photocatalysis performance compared to the corresponding bulk MOF. This work highlights new opportunities in designing ultrathin MOF nanosheets and paves the way to expand the potential applications of MOFs.  相似文献

Construction of macro-materials with highly oriented microstructures and well-connected interfaces between building blocks is significant for a variety of applications. However, it is still challenging to confine the desired structures. Thus, well-defined building blocks would be crucial to address this issue. Herein, we present a facile process based on 1.8 nm Pd nanoclusters (NCs) to achieve centimeter-size assemblages with aligned honeycomb structures, where the diameter of a single tubular moiety is ~4 μm. Layered and disordered porous assemblages were also obtained by modulating the temperature in this system. The reconciled interactions between the NCs were crucial to the assemblages. As a comparison, 14 nm Pd nanoparticles formed only aggregates. This work highlights the approach of confining the size of the building blocks in order to better control the assembly process and improve the stability of the structures.

在线无线射频识别(radio frequency identification,RFID)数据流上的复杂事件处理技术是一个新的课题。现有研究工作仅是针对单一的复杂事件查询,没有考虑多复杂事件同时查询的处理策略。在复杂事件语言SASE(stream-based and shared event processing)的基础上设计了专门针对多查询的自动机及相关的优化技术,解决了RFID数据流上多复杂事件查询的问题。实验结果表明,算法在查询数量较大时,时间与空间上较传统算法有更好的表现。  相似文献

In this study, we used the remotely-sensed data from the Moderate Resolution Imaging Spectrometer (MODIS), meteorological and eddy flux data and an artificial neural networks (ANNs) technique to develop a daily evapotranspiration (ET) product for the period of 2004-2005 for the conterminous U.S. We then estimated and analyzed the regional water-use efficiency (WUE) based on the developed ET and MODIS gross primary production (GPP) for the region. We first trained the ANNs to predict evapotranspiration fraction (EF) based on the data at 28 AmeriFlux sites between 2003 and 2005. Five remotely-sensed variables including land surface temperature (LST), normalized difference vegetation index (NDVI), normalized difference water index (NDWI), leaf area index (LAI) and photosynthetically active radiation (PAR) and ground-measured air temperature and wind velocity were used. The daily ET was calculated by multiplying net radiation flux derived from remote sensing products with EF. We then evaluated the model performance by comparing modeled ET with the data at 24 AmeriFlux sites in 2006. We found that the ANNs predicted daily ET well (R2 = 0.52-0.86). The ANNs were applied to predict the spatial and temporal distributions of daily ET for the conterminous U.S. in 2004 and 2005. The ecosystem WUE for the conterminous U.S. from 2004 to 2005 was calculated using MODIS GPP products (MOD17) and the estimated ET. We found that all ecosystems' WUE-drought relationships showed a two-stage pattern. Specifically, WUE increased when the intensity of drought was moderate; WUE tended to decrease under severe drought. These findings are consistent with the observations that WUE does not monotonously increase in response to water stress. Our study suggests a new water-use efficiency mechanism should be considered in ecosystem modeling. In addition, this study provides a high spatial and temporal resolution ET dataset, an important product for climate change and hydrological cycling studies for the MODIS era.  相似文献
