本文对一家汽车安全带生产厂的注塑机,冲压机进行了基于油液分析的状态监测,注塑机和冲压机是该厂的重要进口设备。为了获得注塑机运行状况的有关信息以及在该厂进行设备的现代管理视情维修。对该厂家注塑机、冲压机的油液分析持续了一年的时间,在监测中使用了多种监测技术,如:铁谱分析、发射光谱分析、理化指标分析、研究结果表明,使用综合油液分析技术对设备运行状态进行监测,对防止注塑机,冲压机的重大事故和避免代价高昂的事后维修有重要的意义,并对推进该厂的现代设备管理视情维修作出了重要的贡献。 相似文献

This study examines factors resulting in an environment burden (local EB) in the region where a building is located, and suggests a method for assessing it. The environmental burden (attached EB) caused by the expansion of infrastructures, such as, roads and parking lots for supporting buildings is also considered. An integrated life cycle impact assessment approach is proposed for buildings based on social cost account, called a region-type life cycle impact assessment (R-LCIA) here, which can give not only the total environment burden on a global scale but also the environment burden in a region scale and the attached EB. Furthermore, as an example of the R-LCIA, the environmental impact of a store building is assessed, and the effects of its location, structural type, and energy system are discussed. 相似文献

Tribological properties of attapulgite, Ni and their composite nanoparticles suspended in mineral lubricating oil for a steel–steel contact were investigated with an optimal SRV-IV oscillating friction and wear tester. Results demonstrated that the composite nanoparticles exhibit better friction-reduction and anti-wear properties than the single additives. The oil containing a composite powder of 0.5 % attapulgite and 0.1 % Ni owns the best friction-reduction and anti-wear properties. Under the lubrication of oil containing composite nanoparticles, a smooth and compact tribofilm mainly composed of iron oxides, Ni, NiO and silicon oxide was formed on the rubbing surface. 相似文献

Condition monitoring is an indispensable means of ensuring smooth running of key equipment, because it can improve machinery availability and performance, and also reduce damage and maintenance cost. One kind of condition monitoring is oil monitoring and it is applied extensively because of its capability to provide warning and to predict faults at early stages, with stronger pertinence. But the extraction and selection of features from oil data have always been the bottleneck of its effective application. In this study, prior to extraction and selection of features, denoising was implemented on the oil spectrometric data using 1D-DPT. For the purpose of mining more effective boundary features, we designed amelioration on classical three-line method based on statistics, and thus improved the three-line method. After the denoised signal was decomposed with WT, the three features, boundary, correlation degree and centroid were extracted, respectively, using the improved three-line method, correlation coefficients and K-means clustering. On the basis of these features, multi-variable synthesis analysis was advanced and the distance criterion parameter of synthesis analysis was proposed to classify and identify wear mode. Finally, through the comparison with examples applying the classical three-line method, we demonstrate the better the ability of the improved method to classify and recognize wear patterns with higher accuracy and precision. 相似文献
