Isolation of a genetic locus associated with metronidazole resistance in Helicobacter pylori

We examined the molecular mechanism of metronidazole resistance by constructing a lambda-Zap II phagemid expression library with genomic DNA from a metronidazole-resistance strain of Helicobacter pylori. Twenty-two clones were found to have elevated MTZ resistances in XLOLR strain of E. coli. Phagemids belonging to the twenty two clones were extracted and then retransformed into the XLOLR strain of E. coli. After MTZ selection, five clones could confer metronidazole resistance consistently. According to Southern hybridization and DNA sequencing, the five clones contained a same locus, recA. In addition, transforming the five clones into BL21 strain of E. coli produced a higher resistance to MTZ. Interestingly, electroporation of one of the five phagemid clones into two MTZ sensitive H. pylori yielded MTZ resistant strains. Comparing amino acid sequence in MTZ resistant with sensitive isolates revealed two point mutations at this locus. Above results suggest that mutation in recA may be associated with metronidazole resistance of H. pylori.

本文介绍了以微处理器与ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ上的彩色／图形适配器相结合构成的一种智能显示系统。本系统主要解决数控系统中主ＣＰＵ与６８４５ＣＲＴＣ争夺显示缓存的矛盾。保证了６８４５ＣＲＴＣ对显示缓存操作的时间要求；并且保证了数控系统中主ＣＰＵ对显示缓存操作的随意性。     

高速钢W6Mo5Cr4V2的脱磷试验

在３０ｋｇ感应炉上用ＣａＯ－Ｎａ２ＣＯ３－ＣａＦ２－ＦｅｘＯ（ＭｏＯ３）渣、ＭｏＣｌ６粉剂和Ａｌ－Ｃａ合金作脱磷剂对高速钢Ｗ６Ｍｏ５Ｃｒ４Ｖ２进行脱磷试验。结果表明，ＣａＯ－Ｎａ２ＣＯ３－ＣａＦ２－ＦｅｘＯ渣的脱磷效果最好，一般脱磷率可达２６％￣５６％。     

Optimal solutions for a dynamic bandwidth allocation scheme in high-speed networks

In this paper, we investigate the problem of determining the optimal bandwidth allocation for a Dynamic Bandwidth Allocation Scheme (DBAS). The objective is to minimize the total amount of bandwidth required to satisfy the Quality of Service (QoS) requirements of all traffic streams. It is shown that when the performance functions satisfy a certain number of conditions, there exists a unique optimal bandwidth allocation such that, for each traffic stream, either its QoS is just satisfied or its QoS is over-satisfied and it is allocated zero bandwidth. Such an allocation is said to be efficient. It is also shown that there exists a unique efficient allocation in the entire feasible region. An iterative algorithm is developed to compute the efficient allocation employing its special properties. Numerical examples are presented to demonstrate how the algorithm works. Oxygen absorption kinetics in YBa2Cu3Ox

The oxygen absorption process in highly aligned YBa₂Cu₃O_x samples in air and in pure oxygen was studied at several constant temperatures. The process can be expressed in two steps, a chemical reaction controlled step and a diffusion controlled step. The kinetic equations are as follows respectively:

The activation energy was calculated using an Arrhenius equation. The technical conditions of heat treatment for oxygen absorption of highly aligned YBa₂Cu₃O_x crystals are discussed.     

冶金炉渣氮化物容量研究的进展

本文总结了近年冶金炉渣氮酸盐容量的研究方法，氮在炉渣中存在形态与炉渣氧分压的关系，炉渣氮化物容量与温度及炉渣成分的关系，并给出设计钢液脱氮渣系的基本原则。     

双稳态孤子

对于具有一定形式非线性的薛定谔方程，存在单孤子解的多稳态，也就是说对于相同能量，单孤子具有不同的传输常数．本文以一非线住形式Ｌｉｎｅａｒ　Ｓｍｏｏｔｈ　Ｓｔｅｐ（ＬＳＳ）函数为例，对孤子的双稳态进行理论分析，并对其双稳态的光学转换进行数值模拟．

本文对新型长余辉稀土发光材料在不同照度 ,不同激发时间等多种条件下的发光特性进行了检测 ,并对检测结果进行了分析讨论。     

神经网络用于三元分子混合物密度与粘度的预测

以二元系实验为基础，利用反向转播算法训练神经网络，构造混合物组成，温度等与物性关系的模型，用于对４个三元混合物体系（１）邻二甲苯－间二甲苯－对二甲苯；（２）四氯化碳－环己烷－２－丙醇；（３）甲醇－丙酮－水；（４）水－甲醇－乙二醇的密度和５个三元混合物体系（１）信甲苯－间二甲苯－对二甲苯；（２）四氯化碳－环己烷－２－丙醇；（３）氯仿－２－丙醇－２－丁醇；（４）甲醇－丙酮－水；（５）乙醇－甲醇－水的粘     

导向钻井系统在多目标大井斜定向井中的应用

详细介绍了C-D井在钻进过程中井眼轨迹的控制过程,总结了在C-D井中使用导向钻井系统的成功经验。用1根导向马达、2套钻具组合、3只牙轮钻头顺利地完成了定向、增斜、稳斜及降斜,7个目标点一次击中,且最小靶心距仅0.99m。用15d完成了这口斜深2287.09m、井斜58.40°、水平位移903.11m的多目标定向井,钻穿目标点之多、实钻井眼剖面符合率之高、施工难度之大、速度之快,在目前国内都处于领先地位。
