The heat loss and its distribution are of great importance for the calculation and simulation of COREX process.Based on Baosteel COREX process,a method was applied to measure the heat loss of the furnace shell,the accessory equipments and the cooling water system.Then,a static model was established based on the measured heat loss of COREX process.The results showed that the main heat loss of furnace shells took place at the dome of the COREX melter-gasifier and the reducing gas entrance position of the shaft furnace while the main heat loss caused by cooling water occurred at the tap hole area.And the heat loss caused by cooling water accounts for about 85% of the total heat loss in COREX process.The measured total heat loss for producing every 1thot metal was 542.164 MJ,which accounted for about 92% of the theoretical total heat loss.  相似文献

The laminar fluid diffusion interface (LFDI) is a microfluidic tool that manipulates the composition of liquid mixtures by exploiting differences among diffusion coefficients of the dissolved components. One application is the preprocessing of (bio)fluids prior to spectroscopic characterization. For example, in the case of infrared (IR) spectroscopy, the technique can improve sensitivity to low-concentration serum metabolites. The practical benefit is "metabolic fingerprinting" measurements that are more sensitive to low-concentration metabolites than are the counterpart measurements for the original serum sample. Optimal use of the LFDI technique has proven elusive, since the composition of the product of interest is very sensitive to the choice of flow rates for the liquid streams entering and emerging from the LFDI channel. To provide the basis for optimal use, this study had the objective of developing a simulation package that predicts the composition of the LFDI product, given the LFDI structural and operating parameters. To demonstrate the utility of the simulations, composition of the LFDI products predicted for two illustrative sets of trials were compared with experimental data. The flow rates thus derived provided a LFDI product that is relatively rich in serum metabolites, while largely depleted of protein, and very well suited for subsequent IR spectroscopic characterization.  相似文献

β-Amyloid 42 (Aβ42) is the predominant form of the amyloid peptide, which is found in the plaques of the brains of Alzheimer's (AD) patients and is one of the most abundant components in amyloid aggregates. Information of the Aβ42 aggregation states is essential for developing an understanding of the pathologic process of amyloidoses. Here, we used α-hemolysin (α-HL) pores to probe the different aggregation transition of Aβ42 in the presence of β-cyclodextrin (β-CD), a promoter of Aβ42 aggregations, and in the presence of Congo red (CR), an inhibitor of aggregations. Analyzing the characteristic transit duration times and blockade currents showed that β-CD and CR have opposite effects on the aggregation of Aβ42. Translocation events of the monomeric Aβ42 peptide were significantly lower in amplitude currents than protofilaments, and protofilaments were captured in the α-HL nanopore with a longer duration time. CR binds to Aβ42 and its peptide fibrils by reducing the aggregated fibrils formation. In this process it is assumed CR interferes with intermolecular hydrogen bonding present in the aggregates. In contrast to CR, β-CD promotes the aggregation of Aβ42. These differences can readily be analyzed by monitoring the corresponding characteristic blockade events using a biological α-HL nanopore.  相似文献

Punctured convolution codes (PCCs) have a lot of applications in modem communication system. The efficient way to search for best PCCs with longer constraint lengths is desired since the complexity of exhaustive search becomes unacceptable. An efficient search method to find PCCs is proposed and simulated. At first, PCCs' searching problem is turned into an optimization problem through analysis of PCCs' judging criteria, and the inefficiency to use pattern search (PS) for many local optimums is pointed out. The simulated annealing (SA) is adapted to the non-convex optimization problem to find best PCCs with low complexity. Simulation indicates that SA performs very well both in complexity and success ratio, and PCCs with memories varying from 9 to 12 and rates varying from 2/3 to 4/5 searched by SA are presented.  相似文献

A new method for the preparation of p-iodophenyl pentadecanoic acid(IPPA) has been developed.The synthesis are described,and physical properties of IPPA are characterized by IR,1HNMR,elementary analysis and MS.^125I-IPPA can be easily prepared by two methods:direct labeling and solid-phase iodo-exchange labeling,and the yields of labeling are 80% and 65%,respectively,The radiochemical purities are higher than 98% after being extracted with chloroform and hexane.  相似文献

This paper introduces the resident's additional dose in bone-coal mining areas. The increase of the annual additional effective doses accepted by the residents living in the carbide-brick houses, the staffs working in the carbide-brick houses and the miners working in the bone-coal mining areas of Hubei, Hunan, Jiangxi, Zhejiang and Anhui Provinces is caused by the rising of environmental radioactive level. The investigation of natural background radiation in the bone-coal mining areas indicated that both mining and utilizing bone-coal cause the rise of environmental radioactive level. The ranges of the annual additional effective dose accepted by the residents, staffs and miners is 1.9-6.8 mSv, 0.5-2.0 mSv and 8.2-71 mSv, and with an average of 3.8 mSv, 1 mSv and 40 mSv, respectively. The annual additional effective doses accepted by part residents and staffs exceed the dose limit of 1 mSv for public exposure, and part miners exceed the dose limit of 20 mSv for occupational exposure. And the contribution of dose caused by inhaled radon to the total additional effective dose is over 76%.  相似文献

The tribological properties of oil-soluble nickel octoxyborate were evaluated using four-ball and ringon-block rigs. The results indicate that the wear resistance and load-carrying capacity of 500SN base oil were increased and its friction coefficient was decreased by the additive. The surface analysis of XPS indicates that nickel oxide,diboron trioxide,FeB and Fe2B have been deposited on the rubbing surface.
