The flow behaviors in the downer of a large-scale triple-bed circulating fluidized bed (TBCFB) gasifier cold model, which is composed of a downer (Φ 0.1 m×6.5 m), a bubbling fluidized bed (BFB, 0.75×0.27×3.4 m3), a riser (Φ 0.1 m×16.6 m) and a gas-sealing bed (GSB, Φ 0.158 m×5 m), were investigated. Sand particles with a density of 2600 kg/m3 and an average particle size of 128 μm were used as bed materials. Solids mass fluxes were in the range 113–524 kg/m2 s. Average solids holdup in the developed region of the downer increased with increasing solids mass flux. The gas seal between the riser and the downer had a large effect on the solids holdup distribution in the downer. Compared with the solids holdup in the riser, a relatively low solids holdup was formed in the downer even at high solids loadings. A pressure balance model was set up to predict the solids mass flux for this TBCFB system. It was found that the static bed height in the GSB had a great effect on the solids mass flux. The possibilities of achieving a high density solids holdup in a downer were discussed.  相似文献

Dipropynylbenzene with branched alkoxy and alkyl groups [CH3C≡CRC6H2RC≡CCH3, R = 2-methylpropoxy (1a), 3-methylbutoxy (1b), 4-methylpentoxy (1c), cyclohexylmethoxy (1d), 2-ethylhexoxy (1e), 2-octoxy (1f), 2-ethylhexyl (1g), and 2-octyl (1h)] were polymerized with Mo(CO)6 in the presence of 4-(trifluoromethyl)phenyl to afford poly(2,5-di(alkoxy or alkyl)-p-phenyleneethynylene)s (2ah). Polymer 2a was insoluble in any solvents, but the other polymers (2bh) were soluble in common organic solvents. The polymers with relatively long side chains (2eh) had high molecular weight over 1.6 × 104 and gave free-standing membranes by solution-casting method. The densities of membranes of 2eh were 0.914–0.998, and their fractional-free volume values were relatively large (0.094–0.158). The oxygen permeability coefficients of membranes of 2eh were 18.4, 12.7, 4.85, and 19.3 barrers, respectively. It was found that poly(p-phenyleneethynylene) with 2-octyl side groups, which have the branch at the nearest position from main chain, exhibited the highest gas permeability.  相似文献

We synthesized onion-like carbon-encapsulated Co, Ni, and Fe (Co–C, Ni–C, and Fe–C) magnetic nanoparticles with low cytotoxicity using pulsed plasma in a liquid. The pulsed plasma is induced by a low-voltage spark discharge submerged in a dielectric liquid. The face-centered cubic Co and Ni, and body-centered cubic Fe core nanoparticles showed good crystalline structures with an average size between 20 and 30 nm were encapsulated in onion-like carbon coatings with a thickness of 2–10 nm. Vibrating-sample magnetometer measurements revealed the ferromagnetic properties of as-synthesized samples at room temperature (Co–C = 360 Oe, Fe–C = 380 Oe, and Ni–C = 211 Oe). Raman-spectroscopy analysis found onion-like carbon shells composed of well-organized graphitic structures. Thermal gravimetric analysis showed a high stability of the as-synthesized samples under thermal treatment and oxidation. Cytotoxicity measurements showed higher cancer cell viability than samples synthesized by different methods.  相似文献

Acute lung injury is characterized by the infiltration of neutrophils into lungs and the subsequent impairment of lung function. Here we explored the role of TDAG8 in lung injury induced by lipopolysaccharide (LPS) administrated intratracheally. In this model, cytokines and chemokines released from resident macrophages are shown to cause neutrophilic inflammation in the lungs. We found that LPS treatment increased TDAG8 expression in the lungs and confirmed its expression in resident macrophages in bronchoalveolar lavage (BAL) fluids. LPS administration remarkably increased neutrophil accumulation without appreciable change in the resident macrophages, which was associated with increased penetration of blood proteins into BAL fluids, interstitial accumulation of inflammatory cells, and damage of the alveolar architecture. The LPS-induced neutrophil accumulation and the associated lung damage were enhanced in TDAG8-deficient mice as compared with those in wild-type mice. LPS also increased several mRNA and protein expressions of inflammatory cytokines and chemokines in the lungs or BAL fluids. Among these inflammatory mediators, mRNA and protein expression of KC (also known as CXCL1), a chemokine of neutrophils, were significantly enhanced by TDAG8 deficiency. We conclude that TDAG8 is a negative regulator for lung neutrophilic inflammation and injury, in part, through the inhibition of chemokine production.  相似文献

The glass system SiO2-B2O3-BaO-Na2O was investigated to obtain high-refractive-index glasses for high-numerical-aperture (N.A.) optical fibers. Compositions having a mole ratio [B2O3]/[BaO+Na2O]=2 have unique properties. They are both highly viscous and chemically durable despite the fact that they contain highly alkaline metals and alkaline-earth metals. Glass properties at this mole ratio are favorable for optical fibers. It is proposed that the composition for core glass of high-N. A. optical fibers be based on this mole ratio.  相似文献

The internal friction of only network-forming oxide glasses containing a P2O5 component, i.e., in the systems P2O5-GeO2, P2O5-TeO2, P2O5-Sb2O3, and P2O5-V2O5, was measured as a function of temperature by a free torsional vibration method. P2O5-TeO2 and P2O5-Sb2O3 glasses exhibited clearly high-temperature peaks in a plot of internal friction vs temperature in spite of the absence of nonbridging oxygens and network modifiers. Therefore, we conclude that the high-temperature peaks appeared when strong and weak parts coexisted in the network structure.  相似文献

A prediction method for water temperature in a spent fuel pit of a pressurized water reactor (PWR) has been developed to calculate the increase in water temperature during the shutdown of cooling systems. In this study, the prediction method was extended to calculate the water level in a spent fuel pit during loss of all AC power supplies, and predicted results were compared with measured values of spent fuel pools in the Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Station. The calculations gave reasonable results, but overestimated the decreasing rate of the water level and the water temperature. This indicated that decay heat was overestimated and evaporation heat transfer from the water surface was underestimated. Results of calculations with 80% decay heat and 155% (Unit 4 pool) or 230% (Unit 2 pool) evaporation heat flux were in good agreement with measured values. The data-fitted evaporation heat fluxes agreed rather well with the evaporation heat transfer correlation proposed by Fujii et al.  相似文献

An expert system is presented that produces the operation sequence for disconnecting apparatus from a power system under normal operating conditions. To maintain the reliability of power supply on the network during the operation, the operation sequence must be produced in due consideration of network states, such as load factors and routes of transmission line. Besides, since the network which the system manages includes many high-voltage consumers, the operation sequence for each consumer should be divided into detailed switch operation sequence. To produce a detailed switching operation sequence simultaneously with macronetwork operation sequence, we introduce the multilayered object-oriented network model for the knowledge base of this expert system. Each layer of this model represents network configuration in the different degree of detail, and the consistency between states of layers is maintained by an interlayer message-passing mechanism. On the layer which represents apparatus and their connections in detail, the inference engine can generate the switching operation sequence. On another layer which represents control centers and consumers, the inference engine can search for routes of power supply and can generate the sequence of changing over the network. Therefore, by using each layer properly, the inference engine can produce various kinds of operation sequences. Furthermore the object-oriented network model facilitates maintenance and extension of the system.  相似文献

Chlorine implantation into TiN coatings decreases the wear loss and the friction coefficient. Even by low-dose chlorine implantation, the wear volume is decreased by three orders of magnitude or more, and the friction coefficient becomes <0.1. This self-lubrication mechanism is related to the presence and mobility of implanted chlorine atoms inside the columnar TiN microstructure. According to observations of chlorine-implanted TiN coatings using high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, the chlorine atoms are present in the damaged region, where TiN is composed of nanosized grains. From these data, a self-lubrication mechanism is proposed with chlorine catalyzing the oxidation of titanium and leading to the formation of some tribological reaction product.  相似文献
