In this work, a review and comprehensive evaluation of heuristics and metaheuristics for the m-machine flowshop scheduling problem with the objective of minimising total tardiness is presented. Published reviews about this objective usually deal with a single machine or parallel machines and no recent methods are compared. Moreover, the existing reviews do not use the same benchmark of instances and the results are difficult to reproduce and generalise. We have implemented a total of 40 different heuristics and metaheuristics and we have analysed their performance under the same benchmark of instances in order to make a global and fair comparison. In this comparison, we study from the classical priority rules to the most recent tabu search, simulated annealing and genetic algorithms. In the evaluations we use the experimental design approach and careful statistical analyses to validate the effectiveness of the different methods tested. The results allow us to clearly identify the state-of-the-art methods.  相似文献

A new algebraic parametric identification method in time domain for multiple degrees‐of‐freedom mechanical vibrating systems with high‐order nonlinear stiffness is proposed. Parameters of mass, damping and linear and nonlinear stiffness are estimated on‐line and, simultaneously, using transient real‐time position measurements and active control force signals. Parametric identification can be applied for real‐time estimation of both symmetrical and non‐symmetrical stiffness. Parametric identification is combined with adaptive planned motion control on Multiple‐Input‐Multiple‐Output nonlinear mechanical vibrating systems. Analytical and numerical results prove the effectiveness and efficiency of the proposed on‐line algebraic parametric identification approach.  相似文献

Fiber-reinforced polymer (FRP) composite wraps have been established as an effective method for rehabilitation and strengthening of concrete structures. They are being increasingly used as an alternative to steel for reinforcing and strengthening of concrete structures. This paper presents the experimental and analytical results of the influence of concrete surface treatment and the type of FRP sheets on the bonding strength of concrete-FRP sheet. The FRP sheets were bonded to concrete beams in two opposite sides using an epoxy resin. Variables included the type of fiber (C1, C5, and GE) and the surface treatment (water jet and sanding). With changing the surface treatment of concrete surface preparation and the type of fiber sheets, the bonding strength, bonding load–strain response and failure modes were investigated. The concrete specimens with surface roughened with water jet showed much better bonding strength than those roughened with an ordinary sander. Equations for predicting the bond load failure of concrete specimens externally bonded with carbon and glass fiber sheets compared well with those of experimental.  相似文献

ZnO + Zn2TiO4 thin films were obtained by the sol–gel method using precursor solutions with different Ti/Zn ratios in the 0.18–2.13 range. The films were deposited on glass substrates and annealed in an open atmosphere at 550 °C. The oxide was characterized by X-ray diffraction and photoacoustic (PA) spectroscopy. The films were constituted of polycrystalline ZnO for the lowest Ti/Zn ratio (0.18), polycrystalline Zn2TiO4 for the 0.70 and 1.0 ratios, and mixes of both oxides for the intermediate ratios (0.32 and 0.50). For the highest ratios studied (1.44 and 2.13), the films were amorphous. The energy band gap (Eg) values were determined from optical absorption spectra, measured by means of the PA technique spectra. Eg varied in the 3.15 eV (ZnO) to 3.70 eV (Zn2TiO4) range.  相似文献

Disposal of domestic sludge and sludge ash on volcanic soils   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Column leaching experiments were conducted to test the ability of Chilean volcanic soils in retaining the mineral constituents and metals in sewage sludge and sludge ash that were incorporated into the soils. Small or negligible amounts of the total content of Pb, Fe, Cr, Mn, Cd, and Zn (0 to <2%), and more significant amounts of mineral constituents such as Na (7-9%), Ca (7-13%), PO4 (4-10%), and SO4 (39-46%) in the sludge and sludge ash were readily soluble. When they were incorporated on the surface layer of the soils and leached with 12 pore volumes of water over a 3 month period of time, less than 0.1% of the total amount of heavy metals and PO4 in the sludge and sludge ash were collected in the drainage water. Cation exchange selectivity, specific anion adsorption and solubility are the processes that cause the reduction of leaching. The volcanic soils were capable of retaining the mineral constituents, P, and metals in applied sewage sludge and sludge ash and gradually released them as nutrients for plant growth.  相似文献

The ground-state potential surface of the Ar-ClF complex is determined by restricted coupled-cluster with single and double excitations and a noniterative perturbation treatment of triple excitation (RCCSD(T)) calculations, using augmented correlation consistent basis sets supplemented with an additional set of midbond functions. Three local minima are found for the Ar-ClF, which correspond to linear Ar-Cl-F and Ar-F-Cl configurations and a near T-shaped structure. The well depths and the equilibrium distances are 283.62 cm−1 at 3.84 Å and 128.96 cm−1 at 4.31 Å for the linear ones and 173.13 cm−1 at 3.58 Å for the one at θ = 107.5°. Bound-state calculations are carried out and the linear Ar-Cl-F structure is found to be the most stable one, in accordance with the experiment. Dissociation energies, intermolecular distances, and vibrational frequencies are computed and compared with available experimental data.  相似文献
