A new chemical sensing system using an electrical oscillator has been developed. This sensing system measures the electrical ‘non-linearity’ at the surface of an electrode immersed in a test solution: a sinusoidal voltage is applied to the electrode and the higher harmonics of the output current are obtained by Fourier transformation. This sensing system has been used to detect and quantify surfactant molecules in solutions. The relative intensity P2/P1 of the peaks of the second (P2) and first (P1) harmonics in the output current was found to be linearly correlated with the logarithms of the concentrations of cationic surfactants such as cetylpyridium bromide (CPB) and cetyl-N,N,N-trimethylammonium bromide (CTAB), but not with those of the anionic surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) or the neutral surfactant Triton X-100. The reproducibility of this sensing system was shown to be excellent.  相似文献

GaInAs-GaInAsP-InP SCH (separate-confinement heterostructure) multiquantum-film lasers with approximately 100-nm-wide wirelike active regions were fabricated by two-step low-pressure organometallic vapor-phase epitaxy (LP-OMVPE) growth and wet chemical etching and operated at room temperature. An increase in the threshold current density in such lasers was drastically reduced by using a preheating process in hydrogen atmosphere and a thin InP cover layer growth prior to the regrowth of a GaInAsP optical confinement layer. The fabrication processes presented can be very effective for realization of room-temperature operation of long-wavelength quantum-wire and quantum-box lasers based on GaInAs-InP materials.<>  相似文献

A simple high-performance liquid chromatographic (h.p.l.c.) method has been developed for determining total malondialdehyde (MDA), including free MDA and MDA released from its precursor in vegetable oils. Free MDA was reacted with dansyl hydrazine in an acidic medium, and the product, 1-dansyl-pyrazole(DP), was determined by h.p.l.c. The reaction releasing MDA from its precursor requires Fe3+ in 5% hydrochloric acid medium. Recoveries of free MDA and tetramethoxypropane (used as an MDA precursor) in vegetable oils were satisfactory. During autoxidation, a remarkable difference between the DP values of methyl oleate, methyl linoleate and some vegetable oils, and that of methyl linolenate was observed. Only methyl linolenate released MDA during autoxidation. For autoxidised methyl linolenate the DP value correlated with the thiobarbituric acid(TBA) value, although the DP value was only 30% of the TBA value.  相似文献

A great deal of interest has been paid to autoregressive parameter estimation in the noise-free case or when the observation data are disturbed by random noise. Tracking time-varying autoregressive (TVAR) parameters has been also discussed, but few papers deal with this issue when there is an additive zero-mean white Gaussian measurement noise. In this paper, one considers deterministic regression methods (or evolutive methods) where the TVAR parameters are assumed to be weighted combinations of basis functions. However, the additive white measurement noise leads to a weight-estimation bias when standard least squares methods are used. Therefore, we propose two alternative blind off-line methods that allow both the variance of the additive noise and the weights to be estimated. The first one is based on the errors-in-variable issue whereas the second consists in viewing the estimation issue as a generalized eigenvalue problem. A comparative study with other existing methods confirms the effectiveness of the proposed methods.  相似文献

Lead-free tin perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have emerged as a promising candidate toward high-performance and eco-friendly photovoltaic technology with great potential for future application. However, tin PSCs with over 10% efficiency usually feature an organic hole transport layer (HTL) at the illumination side that may induce device degradation during long-term operation. Removing the unstable organic HTL is an important way to solve these stability issues, but the efficiency of HTL-free tin PSCs is still much lower than that of the completed cells. Herein, it is demonstrated that formamidinium tin iodide doped with heterogeneous ammonium salts can form an upward band-bending structure to selectively extract the hole in the HTL-free devices. By using this band-bending structure, a promising efficiency of over 10% is first achieved for the lead-free PSCs with a HTL-free structure. More importantly, the optimized cell is highly stable, keeping 95% and 90% of the initial efficiency after continuous light soaking for 40 days and 80 °C annealing for 300 h, respectively. This work paves a route toward the development of efficient, eco-friendly, and highly stable perovskite photovoltaics.  相似文献

Effects of aliphatic alcohols such as ethanol, n-butanol and n-decanol on the formation of cyclodextrin (CD) from soluble starch by Bacillus macerans cyclodextrin glucanotransferase (CGTase) were experimentally studied at 50°C and pH 6.0. The addition of such aliphatic alcohols caused an increase in α-CD yield, which extent was remarkable in n-butanol. From the incubation of α-CD with CGTase, such an increase was found to be due to a restriction on further transglycosylation of α-CD into β-CD by CGTase imposed by the aliphatic alcohols.  相似文献

In this paper, we investigated the microstructure and electrical properties of Bi2SiO5 (BSO) doped SrBi2Ta2O9 (SBT) films deposited by chemical solution deposition. X-ray diffraction observation indicated that the crystalline structures of all the BSO-doped SBT films are nearly the same as those of a pure SBT film. Through BSO doping, the 2Pr and 2Ec values of SBT films were changed from 15.3 μC/cm2 and 138 kV/cm of pure SBT to 1.45 μC/cm2 and 74 kV/cm of 10 wt.% BSO-doped SBT. The dielectric constant at 1 MHz for SBT varied from 199 of pure SBT to 96 of 10 wt.% BSO-doped SBT. The doped SBT films exhibited higher leakage current than that of non-doped SBT films. Nevertheless, all the doped SBT films still had small dielectric loss and low leakage current. Our present work will provide useful insights into the BSO doping effects to the SBT films, and it will be helpful for the material design in the future nonvolatile ferroelectric memories.  相似文献

In this paper, a new method is proposed for evaluating the high-cycle fatigue strength of BGA (Ball Grid Array) packages with Pb-free solder and Pb–Sn solder due to vibration. An attached weight induced mixed mode stress in the solder ball of a package was used. To consider the effect of the mixed mode stress that occurred in a solder ball and the frequency to fatigue strength of the solder ball, a test was carried out with the three kinds of weights (σn/τn = 4, 5, and 6) at various frequencies (10–27 Hz). To clarify the effect of frequency, a nonlinear analysis with a viscoplastic model was carried out within the range of 0.001–3450 Hz. From the continuous observation of the cross-section of the package and finite element method (FEM) analysis results, it was revealed that the maximum principal stress is the driving force to package failure. Although an intermetallic compound in both packages and a Pb-rich region in a Pb–Sn solder based package were confirmed by EDX microprobe analysis, they do not contribute to the initiation of a crack in a solder ball. The fatigue strength of the Pb-free solder and Pb solder was evaluated on the basis of the maximum principal stress calculated by FEM and the experimental results.  相似文献

A miniaturized scanning tunnelling microscope (STM) was fitted in a side-entry holder of an ultra-high vacuum electron microscope. The clean Si(111)7 x 7 surface was observed by both STM and reflection electron microscopy (REM) at atomic resolution. The tungsten tips were often rounded off upon tip-approach with a constant current, through a gentle touch with the sample surface. The apices of such rounded tips had radii of several tens of granometre with widths of about 3 x 3 nm. Atomically resolved STM of the Si(111)7 x 7 surface was obtainable when an atom or an atomic cluster sits on the tip surface. The rounded tips were used for fabrication of Si nanowires by the touch-and-away operation of the tip. The nanowires grew longer at higher substrate temperature and they reached as long as several tens of nanometre at 700 degrees C. The nanowire had many twins and the (111) twin lamellae were stacked in the direction of the wire axis. In another case, the twin planes were oblique to the wire axis so that the (112) direction was nearly parallel to the wire axis.  相似文献

The system architectures, which allow a high performance fully balanced (FB) system based on ordinary/modified single-ended opamps to be implemented, are investigated and the basic and general requirements are formulated. Two new methods of an FB analog system design, which contribute towards achieving both a high performance IC system implementation and a great reduction of the design time are presented. It is shown that a single-ended system based on any type of opamp (rail-to-rail, constant g m , etc.), realized in any technology (CMOS, bipolar, BiCMOS, GaAs), can be easily and effectively converted to its FB counterpart in a very practical way. Using the proposed rules, any FB system implementation with opamps (data converter, modulator, filter, etc.) requires only a single-ended system version design and the drawbacks related to a conventional FB system design are avoided. The principles of the design are pointed out and they are verified by experimental results.  相似文献
