Hybrid immune algorithm based on greedy algorithm and delete-cross operator for solving TSP

This paper first introduces the fundamental principles of immune algorithm (IA), greedy algorithm (GA) and delete-cross operator (DO). Based on these basic algorithms, a hybrid immune algorithm (HIA) is constructed to solve the traveling salesman problem (TSP). HIA employs GA to initialize the routes of TSP and utilizes DO to delete routes of crossover. With dynamic mutation operator (DMO) adopted to improve searching precision, this proposed algorithm can increase the likelihood of global optimum after the hybridization. Experimental results demonstrate that the HIA algorithm is able to yield a better solution than that of other algorithms, which also takes less computation time.     

A fast face detection architecture for auto-focus in smart-phones and digital cameras一个快速的人脸检测架构用于智能手机和数码相机的自动对焦

Auto-focus is very important for capturing sharp human face centered images in digital and smart phone cameras. With the development of image sensor technology, these cameras support more and more highresolution images to be processed. Currently it is difficult to support fast auto-focus at low power consumption on high-resolution images. This work proposes an efficient architecture for an AdaBoost-based face-priority auto-focus. The architecture supports block-based integral image computation to improve the processing speed on high-resolution images; meanwhile, it is reconfigurable so that it enables the sub-window adaptive cascade classification, which greatly improves the processing speed and reduces power consumption. Experimental results show that 96% detection rate in average and 58 fps (frame per second) detection speed are achieved for the 1080p (1920×1080) images. Compared with the state-of-the-art work, the detection speed is greatly improved and power consumption is largely reduced.     

CNGI青海湖系统建设中的若干技术问题

CNGI 青海湖系统支撑青海湖区域的生态保护和多学科交叉融合的科研协作。针对青海湖基础设施种类众多的特点,我们发展了 IPv6 相关关键技术,应用于基础网络环境建设、数据传输、设备管理与状态监控等多个层面,并充分考虑了由此带来的安全隐患,制定了相应安全策略。这些技术可以支持多种传感器构成的 IPv6 网络,并支持 IPv6 的相关应用软件研发,促进大规模、跨领域复杂科学问题研究工作。     

探究式教学法在中职网页设计制作课程中的应用

网页设计制作是一门集设计技术、资源、美学等为一体的综合设计课程。本文阐述了探究式教学法的概念和探究式教学法的过程结构步骤,其次,从多方面就探究式教学法在中职网页设计制作课程中的应用进行探讨,同时,就运用探究式教学模式需要注意的几个问题提出了自己的看法和建议。

本文旨在Debian系统上,创建一个基于DRBD磁盘镜像技术的MySQL群集及故障转移方法,同时使用了负载均衡技术来完善系统。     

Thermodynamic description of the Mg–Eu binary system

Thermodynamic assessment of the Mg–Eu binary system has been carried out by combining first-principles calculations and Miedema’s theory with CALPHAD method. Firstly, the mixing enthalpy of the liquid alloys was calculated by using Miedema’s theory, and formation enthalpies of the intermetallic compounds were calculated by using the projector augmented-wave (PAW) method within the generalized gradient approximation (GGA). Subsequently, the liquid phase was described employing a simple substitutional model, of which the excess Gibbs energy was formulated with a Redlich-Kister expression. And the solubility of Eu in HCP_(Mg) and Mg in BCC_(Eu) were neglected. While the intermetallic compounds Mg₁₇Eu₂, Mg₅Eu, Mg₄Eu, Mg₂Eu and MgEu, were treated as stoichiometric compounds. Consequently, a set of self-consistent thermodynamic parameters for all stable phases in the Mg–Eu binary system were obtained, which can reproduce most of the thermodynamic and phase boundary data.     

基于模板法的网页英语试卷自动抽取技术的研究

为解决在线考试系统中建立海量数据库的问题,采用基于模板法的Web信息抽取方法,提取相似网页中的正文内容。并根据包含英文试卷的网页特点,制定正文抽取规则,最终可获得完整的英语试卷及其答案。实验结果表明,该方法具有较高的准确率和提取速度。     

Optimizing the Oxygen-Catalytic Performance of Zn–Mn–Co Spinel by Regulating the Bond Competition at Octahedral Sites

By using the more electro-negative Mn³⁺ ion to partially replace Co³⁺ at the octahedral site of spinel ZnCo₂O₄, i.e., forming ternary Zn–Mn–Co spinel oxide, the electrocatalytic oxygen reduction/evolution activity is found to be significantly increased. Considering the physical characterization and theoretical calculations, it demonstrated that the bond competition played a key role in regulating the cobalt valence state and the electrocatalytic activity. The partial replacement of octahedral-site-occupied Co³⁺ by Mn³⁺ can effectively modulate the adjacent Co–O bond and induce the Jahn–Teller effect, thus changing the originally stable crystal structure and optimizing the binding strength between the active center and reaction intermediates. Certainly, the Mn-substituted ZnMn_1.4Co_0.6O₄/NCNTs exhibit higher electrocatalytic oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) activity than that of ZnCo₂O₄/NCNTs and ZnMn₂O₄/NCNTs, supporting that the Co–O bond covalency determines the ORR activity of spinel ZnCo₂O₄. This study offers the competition between adjacent Co–O and Mn–O bonds via the B_Oh–O–B_Oh edge-sharing geometry. The ion substitution at octahedral sites by less electronegative cations can be a new and effective way to improve the electrocatalytic performance of cobalt-based spinel oxides.
