一种减少SRM转矩脉动的控制策略研究

开关磁阻电机(SRM)由于其简单的结构和优异的性能,应用范围很广泛,但其本身结构导致了转矩脉动的产生,为了解决这个问题,文章研究了一种控制策略—直接转矩控制,以减少开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动。文章详细阐述了直接转矩控制的基本原理和实现方法,并对基于这种控制策略的开关磁阻电机的控制进行了Matlab仿真。仿真结果表明直接转矩控制能够有效地减少开关磁阻电机的转矩脉动,且控制方法简单,系统具有良好的动静态性能。     

基于软构件的Web办公系统的设计与实现

该文对软构件进行了研究,提出了利用DSCIE（Distributed Software Component Integrated Environment）,即分布式软构件集成环境的框架开发Web办公系统的方法。Web办公系统通过.net技术来实现。并且基于这个框架成功开发出了铁路Web办公系统。

基于BP神经网络的手势识别系统

给出了采用ADXL335加速度传感器来采集五个手指和手背的加速度三轴信息,并通过ZigBee无线网络传输来提取手势特征量,同时利用BP神经网络算法进行误差分析来实现手势识别的设计方法。最后,通过Matlab验证,结果表明,该系统在测试中识别率较高,系统稳定。

Instability of light illumination stress on amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O thin‐film transistors

Amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O thin‐film transistors (TFTs) have attracted increasing attention due to their electrical performance and their potential for use in transparent and flexible devices. Because TFTs are exposed to illumination through red, green, and blue color filters, wavelength‐varied light illumination tests are required to ensure stable TFT characteristics. In this paper, the effects of different light wavelengths under both positive and negative V_GS stresses on amorphous In–Ga–Zn–O TFTs are investigated. The TFT instability that is dependent on optical and electrical stresses can be explained by the charge trapping mechanism and interface modification.     

Epsilon-near-zero or mu-near-zero materials composed of dielectric photonic crystals

We theoretically demonstrate that at certain frequencies two-dimensional dielectric photonic crystals （PCs） may be regarded as either epsilon-near-zero or mu-near-zero materials. We show that the transmission through a slab of such materials upon normal incidence is normally non-unity and decays with slab thickness. However, when the incident angle increases slightly, the transmittance experiences a dramatic increase due to the Brewster effect. The combination of the tunneling and resonance effects makes such materials good candidates for almost perfect bending waveguides and cloaking in waveguides. The zero index also enables applications of focusing and directive emission. At last, the distinction between the single-zero and double-zero media is discussed. In all of the above results, the numerical simulations perfectly match with theoretical predictions from the effective medium analysis.
