预测油气田产量的β模型

通过对油气田产量变化规律进行系统研究，推导建立了预测油气田产量的β模型。该模型不但可以预测油气田产量、累积产量随生产时间的变化，而且可以预测可采储量、最高年产量及其发生的时间。实例检验该模型是可信的。     

Application of Direct Ignition Technology with Minimum Gasified Oil in Lignite-Fired Boiler

The firing is in the stable condition and the rate of oil saving comes up to 64%, after Fularji Power Plant adopted the technology of minimum gasified oil igniting pulverized lignite directly and the technology of multistage coal combustion with energy amplified stage by stage.     

Design and Manufacture of GeSi/Si Superlattice Nanocrystalline Photodetector

According to Maxwell＇s theory, the optical transmission characteristics in GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline layer have been analyzed and calculated. The calculated result shows that when the total thickness L is 340 nm, the single mode lightwave can be transmitted only at periodic number M≥15.5. In addition, at the direction of transmission, when the transmission distance is larger than 500 μm, the lightwave intensity is decreased greatly. Based on the above parameters, the design and manufacture of GeSi/Si superlattice nanocrystalline photodetector are carried out.     

3D FDTD Implementation for Scattering of Electric Anisotropic Dispersive Medium Using Recursive Convolution Method

The finite-difference time-domain method based on recursive convoltion method (RC-FDTD) for the electric anisotropic dispersive medium is discussed in detail. To exemplify the availability of the three-dimensional RC-FDTD algorithm, the backscattering Radar-Cross-Section(RCS) of a non-magnetized plasma sphere is computed, and the numerical results are the same as the one of the Shift Operater-FDTD method, and show that the RC-FDTD method is correct and efficient. In addition, the co-polarized and cross-polarized backscattering time-domain of a magnetized plasma sphere are obtained by the RC-FDTD algorithm. The results show that when the external magnetic field is implemented, the cross-polarized component appear, evidently.     

变温条件下HDPE/CB的正电子湮灭特性

对掺杂了25份（phr）导电炭黑（CB）的样品进行了正电子湮灭寿命谱的变温测量，在玻璃化转变温度以上，随着温度的增加，自由体积的大小线性增加，在玻璃化转变温度以下，自由体积的大小基本不变，o-Ps的强度在－40℃下基本不变，从－40℃以上开始增加，但在50℃以上上升有加快的趋势，与PTC材料的PTC现象和导电性能有一定的关联。     

包钢选矿厂降低铁精矿中氟含量的技术攻关

为了降低铁精矿氟含量,通过采取控制磨矿粒度、改进浮选工艺、采用高效捕收剂等措施,使包钢选矿厂铁精矿氟含量由1999年的0.75%降低到2000年的0.65%、2001年的0.58%,为包钢环保工作目标的完成做出了突出贡献.     

ZnS掺杂技术研究及应用现状

对现阶段国内外在ZnS及ZnS基材料掺杂改性方面的研究成果作一概述性介绍，综述了纳米级ZnS发光材料掺杂改性的基本机理，主要的掺杂技术、方法，并对多种掺杂元素的效果进行了分析比较。     

云广特高压直流输电系统直流滤波器性能的若干问题

介绍实际工程中所用的直流滤波器的形式并讨论其参数的选择方式，同时介绍用于评价直流滤波器设计性能指标的等效干扰电流 Ieq 以及用于计算 Ieq 的三脉动谐波模型。以目前在研待建的云广特高压直流工程为例，利用Siemens公司的谐波分布计算程序HarmDistr进行计算，讨论分析各种因素对 Ieq 的影响。最后针对不同的直流系统运行工况、不同的直流滤波器的投切组合进行直流滤波器性能计算，比较 Ieq 的大小并进行分析讨论。     

国内外钻探用金刚石复合片性能的研究

主要介绍国内外金刚石复合片性能及采用四高复合片钻探硬岩的初试,为快速钻探提供一个新的途径.     

枣35断块沙三段玄武岩储层特征及成藏条件分析

从地质、地震、测井及试油试采等方面入手，并采用新技术，对自来屯构造枣35断块沙三段玄武岩储层特征及成藏条件进行了分析。其结果为该区下一步勘探、开发及进一步研究奠定了基础。
