文本生成图像算法对生成图像的质量和文本匹配度有很高的要求. 为了提高生成图像的清晰度, 在现有算法的基础上改进生成对抗网络模型. 加入动态记忆网络、细节校正模块(DCM)、文本图像仿射组合模块(ACM)来提高生成图片的质量. 其中动态记忆网络可以细化模糊图像并选择重要的文本信息存储, 以提高下一阶段生成图像的质量. DCM纠正细节, 完成合成图像中缺失部分. ACM编码原始图像特征, 重建与文本描述无关的部分. 改进后的模型实现了两个目标, 一是根据给定文本生成高质量的图片, 同时保留与文本无关的内容. 二是使生成图像不再较大程度依赖于初始图像的生成质量. 通过在CUB-200-2011鸟类数据集进行研究实验, 结果表明相较之前的算法模型, FID (Frechet inception)有了显著的改善, 结果由16.09变为10.40. 证明了算法的可行性和先进性.  相似文献

利用传统的k匿名技术在社会网络中进行隐私保护时会存在聚类准则单一、图中数据信息利用不足等问题.针对该问题,提出了一种利用Kullback-Leibler (KL)散度衡量节点1-邻居图相似性的匿名技术(anonymization techniques for measuring the similarity of node 1-neighbor graph based on Kullback-Leibler divergence, SNKL).根据节点1-邻居图分布的相似性对原始图节点集进行划分,按照划分好的类进行图修改,使修改后的图满足k匿名,完成图的匿名发布.实验结果表明, SNKL方法与HIGA方法相比在聚类系数上的改变量平均降低了17.3%,同时生成的匿名图与原始图重要性节点重合度保持在95%以上.所提方法在有效保证隐私的基础上,可以显著的降低对原始图结构信息的改变.  相似文献

Tritium concentrations in precipitation can be used as a criterion to evaluate the tritium baseline of the environment. The tritium concentration in precipitation in Shanghai during 2014-2015 was determined. Values ranged from 0.68 ± 0.04 to 4.11 ± 0.39 Bq/L, and it showed a decreasing trend compared with historical data; however,the values were slightly higher than the natural background tritium level. Additionally, the tritium concentration shows a seasonal variation: It was higher in autumn and winter and lower in summer and spring. A comparison of concentrations in precipitation in Shanghai and around the Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant reveals no correlation,implying that the nuclear power plant operations may not affect the environment of Shanghai. Thus, the raised tritium concentrations in Shanghai might be due to the effects of monsoons, spring leak, raindrop, or other activities that generate tritium there. Those activities may include chemistry research that uses tritium as a tracer.  相似文献

大田软海绵酸(okadaicacid,OA)是一种广泛存在于贝类等生物中的海洋生物毒素,可引起人或动物的急性中毒,对食品安全和海产养殖具有严重危害。因此建立快速、可靠、灵敏的OA检测技术具有重要意义。免疫分析检测技术基于抗原抗体的结合,特异性强、灵敏度高、应用范围广,是当前检测贝类毒素OA的主要手段。本文综述了近年来针对贝类毒素OA的免疫分析检测技术,其中包括酶联免疫吸附检测、免疫层析检测、时间分辨荧光免疫检测和基于免疫传感器的检测技术等。本文着重阐述了不同免疫分析技术的原理及其在OA检测中的实际应用,同时探讨了免疫分析技术在贝类毒素OA检测方面的挑战和发展趋势,以期为开发性能更加优异的OA免疫检测技术提供研究思路。  相似文献

Prostate cancer (PCa) is a reproductive system cancer in elderly men. We investigated the effects of betel nut arecoline on the growth of normal and cancerous prostate cells. Normal RWPE-1 prostate epithelial cells, androgen-independent PC-3 PCa cells, and androgen-dependent LNCaP PCa cells were used. Arecoline inhibited their growth in dose- and time-dependent manners. Arecoline caused RWPE-1 and PC-3 cell cycle arrest in the G2/M phase and LNCaP cell arrest in the G0/G1 phase. In RWPE-1 cells, arecoline increased the expression of cyclin-dependent kinase (CDK)-1, p21, and cyclins B1 and D3, decreased the expression of CDK2, and had no effects on CDK4 and cyclin D1 expression. In PC-3 cells, arecoline decreased CDK1, CDK2, CDK4, p21, p27, and cyclin D1 and D3 protein expression and increased cyclin B1 protein expression. In LNCaP cells, arecoline decreased CDK2, CDK4, and cyclin D1 expression; increased p21, p27, and cyclin D3 expression; had no effects on CDK1 and cyclin B1 expression. The antioxidant N-acetylcysteine blocked the arecoline-induced increase in reactive oxygen species production, decreased cell viability, altered the cell cycle, and changed the cell cycle regulatory protein levels. Thus, arecoline oxidant exerts differential effects on the cell cycle through modulations of regulatory proteins.  相似文献

Photoreduction of Reactive Brilliant Red X-3B in aqueous solution by ultraviolet irradiation/potassium borohydride/sodium bisulfite (UV/KBH4/NaHSO3) was investigated. The effects of operational parameters including KBH4 dosage, NaHSO3 dosage, pH value, and temperature were studied. The reaction mechanism was also discussed. The preliminary results showed that UV and KBH4/NaHSO3 had a significant synergy for the decolorization. At the conditions of 6-mg KBH4, 250-mg NaHSO3, pH 6.0, and room temperature, highest color removal percentage was achieved. From the mechanism discussion, we could conjecture that the mechanism of photoreduction was mainly caused by the production of sulfur dioxide anion radicals, and UV irradiation played a vital role during the process.  相似文献

This letter proposes a novel algorithm to obtain a suboptimal solution for the balance of bit distribution after Huffman coding. The algorithm is simple, and can be embedded in the conventional Huffman coding process. In addition, the letter also discusses the bit-balance problem for reversible variable-length codes (RVLCs) based on Huffman coding. Analytical and experimental results suggest that the new algorithm is very useful in improving the 0/1 balance property for Huffman codes and RVLCs.  相似文献
