塔里木河流域源流及干流水均衡分析

通过对塔里木河流域源流及干流的径流变化和水均衡分析 ,表明塔里木河源流来水基本稳定 ,由于源流灌区引水以及渗漏蒸发等损失加剧 ,干流水量存在减少趋势 ,并加剧了水量的时间分配不均 ,不利于干流农业的可持续发展和生态环境的维护与改善     

mc-Si:H/c-Si solar cell prepared by PECVD

Hetero-junction solar cells with an mc-Si:H window layer were achieved. The open voltage is increased while short current is decreased with increasing the mc-Si:H layer's thickness of emitter layer. The highest of V oc of 597 mV has obtained. When fixed the thickness of 30 nm, changing the N type from amorphous silicon layer to micro-crystalline layer, the efficiency of the hetero-junction solar cells is increased. Although the hydrogen etching before deposition enables the c-Si substrates to become rough by AFM images, it enhances the formation of epitaxial-like micro-crystalline silicon and better parameters of solar cell can be obtained by implying this process. The best result of efficiency is 13.86% with the V oc of 549.8 mV, J sc of 32.19 mA·cm-2 and the cell's area of 1cm2.     

Synthesis of ZSM-5 zeolite membranes without organic templates using a varying-concentration technique

Template-free nanosized ZSM-5 seeds with an average size of 15 nm were prepared from a synthesis solution with the composition 12Na2O:100SiO2:2Al2O3:2500H2O. By the use of these seeds, thin ZSM-5 zeolite membranes were prepared on the outer surface of a porous α-alumina tube with a pore size of 2 μm in a gel system by varying-concentration synthesis with organic-free template. The first composition synthesis sol-gel was the same as seeds of molar composition and the second one was 12Na2O:100SiO2:2Al2O3:5000H2O at 180 ℃ for 10 h, respectively. XRD shows that the film consists of well-crystallized ZSM-5 zeolite. SEM investigation indicats that the zeolite films on the supports are defect free and the film thickness is approximately 8 μm. The permeances for H2, N2, CH4 and CO2 are 8.94×10-7 , 3.27×10-7 , 3.9×10-7 , 3.14×10-7 and 0.874×10-7 mol·m2·s-1·Pa-1 , respectively. The ideal selectivity of membrane at room temperature for H2/CO2, H2/N2, H2/CH4 are 2.84, 2.73 and 2.29, respectively.

按照IEC 61000-4-4/GB 17626.4—1998的要求，首先应用PSPICE仿真确定电路中各元件的参数值，然后基于拉普拉斯变换用MATLAB求解二阶电路验证各元件参数。在此基础上研制了一台以开关电源作为高压直流电源、以氢闸流管作为主控开关的脉冲群电源。该电源体积小、重量轻、效率高、成本低廉。试验结果表明，其输出信号符合标准要求，可用于快速瞬变脉冲群抗扰度试验。

低效气藏成因层次剖析

由于我国低效气藏的储量所占比例很大，故而有必要对其进行深入研究，形成适合于不同层面的研究方法和思路，以期达到指导勘探开发生产的目的。为此，将低效气藏剖析为四个层面（气藏开发特征层面、现有地质特征层面、历史地质成因层面、预测及改造层面），并用层次分析法对其进行了研究：第一层次是直接由生产来认识，第二层次通过分析、化验、监测来了解，第三层次通过地质过程和地质历史回溯来表述，第四层次依据现有地质理论，通过地质过程叠合，最终达到预测、改造、有效动用低效气藏的目的。研究结果认为，可以依据不同层次特征对低效气藏进行分类评价：第一层次从经济效益出发，依据投入产出比进行分类；第二层次着眼气藏现今地质特征，表征其地质特征，而储层分布、渗透性则为分类的主要依据；第三层次从气藏形成地质过程着手，分析低效气藏形成过程，沉积和成岩作用作为分类的关键因素；第四层次基于气藏地质特征，预测开发动态，改造气藏特征，促使气藏有效动用。     

星型聚合物中间体环硅氧烷核的合成研究

以甲基二氯硅烷、四甲基四乙烯基环四硅氧烷(DVi4)为原料,采用硅氢加成反应合成了星型聚合物的中问体环硅氧烷核,并用红外光谱和核磁共振谱进行了表征.反应的最佳条件是:采用预先活化、反应温度72℃、催化荆与DVi4的量之比为1.0×10-4,反应转化率可达95%,且选择性很好,产物主要为β-加成产物.     

有限元仿真分析中的结构周期差异探讨

针对有限元仿真分析中结构自振周期减小的问题，讨论了几种主要的影响因素，并借用商品化设计软件TBSA，ETABS 和有限元分析软件ANSYS，通过对一个简单结构的多次计算，比较了这些因素的影响大小。
