Dry developable resists comprised of poly(methyl isopropenyl ketone) (PMIPK) and 4-methyl-2,6-dI-(4′-azldoben-zylidene)-cyclohexanone-1 gave excellent results in SK lithography, i. e., high aspect ratio resist patterns with vertical walls were easily obtained by maskless dry etching in the single layer resist process. Because of the simplicity of single layer resist processing and the high etch rate in maskless dry etching for the formation of thick resist patterns, the dry developable resist in SR lithography may be advantageous to the multilayer resist for the purpose of generating high resolution, thick resist patterns with vertical walls. The resolution limit of the dry developable resist which reproduces the designed dimensions was 100 nm line and 200 nm space when a conventional e-beam apparatus was used at 20 KV in the dry developable multilayer resist process.  相似文献

In Japan, the following five plants in operation use prestressed concrete containment vessels (PCCVs): Tsuruga #2 (in operation in 1987), Ohi #3 and #4 (in operation in 1991 and 1993, respectively), and Genkai #3 and #4 (in operation in 1994 and 1997, respectively). These plants have adopted the hemispherical dome type PCCV with two or three buttresses and unbonded prestressing system. For the above five PCCVs, lift-off tests in the in-service inspection have been carried out 1, 3 and 5 years after the beginning of operation. In addition, concrete strain and temperature have been measured periodically. This paper presents the in-service inspection methods and results of the lift-off tests and the measurement of concrete strain. The given results are as follows. Measured strain shows good agreement with calculated creep and shrinkage strain, so tendon tensile force can be predicted by the design method using calculated strain, and it also matches well the results of the lift-off tests.  相似文献

We proposed a technique of analysis that supports the optimization of layouts for vacuum insulation panels (VIPs) for refrigerators, using a one‐dimensional technique of calculation to simulate the heat loss caused by VIP envelope materials. VIP thermal characteristics were described by approximating system efficiency by using the panels' average length (Lp). We compared this simplified method to three‐dimensional numerical analysis of 1 to 6µm thick, vacuum‐packed aluminum foil and 1.5 to 6 mW/mK thermally conductive heat‐insulated core materials, and verified them to be within a 1% margin of error. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. A main function for supporting global objectives in a manufacturing supply chain is planning and scheduling. This is considered such an important function because it is involved in the assignment of factory resources to production tasks. In this paper, an advanced planning model that simultaneously decides process plans and schedules was proposed for the manufacturing supply chain (MSC). The model was formulated with mixed integer programming, which considered alternative resources and sequences, a sequence-dependent setup and transportation times.The objective of the model was to analyze alternative resources and sequences to determine the schedules and operation sequences that minimize makespan. A new adaptive genetic algorithm approach was developed to solve the model. Numerical experiments were carried out to demonstrate the efficiency of the developed approach. The scheduling systems in industries are required to construct schedule considering many kind of elements. The Advanced Planning and Scheduling (APS) is an approach for combined problems. To realize APS system, it is important to integrate data structure and scheduling algorithm using these data. In this paper, we propose integrated data structure based on Bill of Manufacturing with information technology of XML family and new Multistage Operation-based Genetic Algorithm for scheduling subsystem. Electroluminescence properties of PbTe pn junctions grown under various tellurium vapor pressures are investigated. For unintentionally doped pn junctions, the luminescence bands corresponding to D-A pair and band to band transition are observed. The luminescence intensity of the band to band transition has depended on tellurium vapor pressure, which suggests nonradiative transitions through nonstoichiometric defects forming deep levels. For pn junctions with Bi-doped epitaxial layers, only one peak appears at 20∼25 meV below band to band-transition energy, which, probably, shows recombination through impurity levels or impurity band originating from Bi-doping.  相似文献

The pitting corrosion of SUSU304 steel can be suppressed by the application of a 19.5 kHz ultrasound (US) in 3.5% NaCl aqueous solution. At a constant vibrator-to-specimen distance of d = 76 mm equal to the wavelength, the suppression effect increased with the input power to vibrator and the largest effect was obtained at the power of I = 8. At constant input powers of I = 2 or 8, the suppression effect decreased with the increase in the vibrator-to-specimen distance, but the largest effect was obtained at d = 68 mm in each case of I = 2 and 8.  相似文献

Bitter gourd, Momordica charantia, was less palatable to two species of armyworms, Spodoptera litura and Pseudaletia separata, than two other cucurbitaceous plants. A methanol extract of M. charantia leaves inhibited feeding of the armyworm larvae. The two most active fractions obtained by silica gel chromatography were purified by HPLC. Momordicine II, a triterpene monoglucoside, was identified as an antifeedant compound from the more active of these fractions. The second active fraction led to the isolation of a new triterpene diglucoside. Fresh leaves of M. charantia contained ca. 0.3% of momordicine II. Momordicine II showed significant antifeedant effects on P. separata at concentrations of 0.02, 0.1, and 0.5% in artificial diets. Momordicine II caused a significant feeding reduction in S. litura only at the highest concentration (0.5%) tested. The difference in feeding response of the two armyworms to momordicine II may be related to the diversity in their host range.  相似文献
