System of lipoproteins serves for the transport of fatty acids in the blood. Triacylglycerols are the transport form of saturated (mono-unsaturated and trans-forms) fatty acids forming crystal phase. Phospolipids and cholesterol ethers are transport forms of polyunsaturated acids in the polar and crystal phases, respectively. Even in the forms of complex lipids saturated and polyunsaturated fatty acids are transported in the blood by various apoproteins. ApoB-48 transports saturated fatty acids to hepatocytes in the form of chilomicrons. ApoA-1 transports transports polyunsaturated fatty acids directly to cells including hepatocytes. ApoA-100 contains two lipid binding domains. It transports saturated fatty acids and their cholesterol ethers associated with the third and fifth domains, respectively. For the structural function polyunsaturated fatty acids are transported by ApoA-1 high density lipoproteins in the polar phase and they penetrate into cells via phospholipid re-esterification.  相似文献

Lymphangiomas are benign tumors, their growth are slow, customarily without symptoms, their location more frequent are in head or neck and they're diagnosed before the two first life years frequently. Their etiology continues uncertain, being accepted the congenital origin. We report on three cases of abdominal lymphangioma beginning as an acute abdomen. The importance of these cases is based mainly in the low frequency of presentation of these tumors in this location (2-5% of the lymphangiomas) and in their initial symptomatology.  相似文献

The yield of the phage QB is always less than the yield of the phage MS2, the conditions of cultivation being similar. This is due to the fact that the yield of the phage QB from an infection centre is lower by a factor of 5--10 than the yield of the phage MS2. The yield of the phages may be increased by optimizing conditions of cultivation. The RNA-containg phages MS2 and QB were cultivated in the peptone-yeast growth medium in fermenters with the working volume of 30 and 50 litres. The yields were 2--5-10(13) particles/ml and 1--4-10(12) particles/ml for the phages MS2 and QB, respectively. The specific infectiveness of purified phage preparations was 2--4-10(12) particles/OD260 (MS2) and 2--4-10(11) particles/OD260 (QB).  相似文献

Treatment of wastewater containing lead and iron was examined using two different ion‐exchange resins namely Duolite ES 467 (containing amino‐phosphonic functional groups) and a chelating ion‐exchange resin (containing hydroxamic acid functional groups). Initially different sorption parameters such as contact time, pH, concentrations of sorbent, sorbate and chloride ion were studied. The sorption kinetics was observed to be fast and equilibrium could be reached within 30 min. Lead sorption efficiency increased with increase in pH whereas the opposite trend was observed with iron. The presence of chloride ions greatly reduced the Pb sorption efficiency in the case of Duolite ES 467. Column studies were carried out to recover Pb and Fe individually using Duolite ES 467 resin. The maximum uptake of Pb at pH 2 and 3 was observed to be 11.63 and 33.96 g dm?3 of resin respectively. Similarly, for Fe at pH 2 and 3 the uptake was observed to be 10.07 and 6.96 g dm?3 of resin respectively. In the presence of chloride ions, column studies were carried out using Duolite ES 467 for iron and chelating ion‐exchange resin containing hydroxamic acid functional groups for lead sorption.
