锚杆拉拨力影响因素的数值试验研究

判断锚杆拉拔力的大小是锚固支护中的重要问题之一。它涉及到岩石、粘结剂和钢筋材料的性质以及在受力过程中材料之间的相互作用。尝试采用适用于进行非线性、非连续介质复杂机理研究的“岩石破裂过程分析”（RFPA）系统，用正交试验方法进行了一系列数值试验，对影响锚杆拉拔力的6个因素进行了分析研究，并与有关物理试验结果进行了对比，得出几点有参考意义的结论。     

Study on the reduction behavior of CoOOH during the storage of nickel/metal-hydride battery

The storage of nickel/metal-hydride (Ni-MH) battery with co-precipitated cobalt hydroxide and post-added cobalt compound as the additives for pasted Ni(OH)₂ electrode is studied in this paper by using galvanostatic charge–discharge, cyclic voltammetry and X-ray diffraction (XRD). It is shown that (I) capacity loss occurs only on the battery with post-added cobalt compound during the storage; (II) CoOOH derived from co-precipitated cobalt hydroxide has a better stability than the one from post-added cobalt compound and an irreversible reduction of the latter is observed; and (III) an inactive Co + 3O(OH) is obtained from Ni(OH)₂ electrode with post-added cobalt compound after the storage and should be responsible for the property deterioration of Ni-MH battery. Thus, it is important to increase the stability of CoOOH derived from post-added cobalt compound when Ni-MH battery suffers a long-term storage.     

Substrate temperature dependent morphology and resistivity of pulsed laser deposited iridium oxide thin films

Iridium oxide (IrO₂) thin films were deposited on Si (100) substrates by means of pulsed laser deposition technique at various substrate (deposition) temperatures ranging from 250 to 500 °C. Effects of substrate temperature on the crystalline nature, morphology and electrical properties of the deposited films were analyzed by using X-ray diffraction, Raman spectroscopy, Scanning electron microscopy and four-point probe method. It was found that the above properties were strongly dependent on the substrate temperature. The as-deposited films at all substrate temperatures were polycrystalline tetragonal IrO₂ and the preferential growth orientation changed with the substrate temperature. IrO₂ films exhibited fairly homogeneous thickness and good adhesion with the substrate, the average feature size increases with the substrate temperature. The room-temperature resistivity of IrO₂ films decreased with the increase of substrate temperature and the minimum resistivity of (42 ± 6) μΩ cm was obtained at 500 °C. The resistivity of IrO₂ films correlated well with the corresponding film morphology changes.     

Optical properties of ZnO thin film on γ-LiAlO2 substrate grown by pulsed laser deposition

Optical properties were investigated of ZnO thin films grown on (100) γ-LiAlO₂ (LAO) substrates by pulsed laser deposition method. C-axis oriented ZnO film was grown on (100) LAO substrate at the substrate temperature of 550 °C. The transmittances of the films were over 85%. Peaks attributed to excitons were seen in the absorption spectra, indicating that the thin films have high crystallinity. Photoluminescence spectra were observed at room temperature; the peak at 550 nm is ascribed to oxygen vacancies in the ZnO films caused by the diffusion of Li from the substrate into the film during deposition.

为了实现电子式互感器与保护、测控设备装置之间的数字接口,介绍了电子式互感器数字接口的重要组成部分,即合并单元的功能,根据其特点提出了一种基于FPGA和DSP平台的电子式互感器数字接口实现方案.利用FPGA与DSP相互配合完成合并单元同步,多路数据接收和处理,以及以太网通讯功能,满足了电子式互感器数字接口高速、可靠的要求,有望应用于实际系统中.     

一种新型移相全桥ZVZCS PWM变换器拓扑

实现了一种新的带双变压器结构的零电压零电流移相全桥PWM控制变换器。详细分析了该变换器的工作时序和工作状态,给出了各个状态的等效电路。在这个拓扑结构基础上,调试出一台工作功率840W,开关频率为100kHz的样机,同时列出实验波形以及效率曲线进一步验证了这一电路的优势。
