Accidents in a nuclear power plant are coped with by operators in the main control room (MCR). An analysis of the workload of operators in a MCR after the happening of initiating events is helpful to the alleviation of human errors and to the promotion of training efficiency. This paper establishes a framework of how man is located in a manmachine interface of a nuclear power plant (NPP) as well as a simulation of the manmachine scenario in accidents in NPPs, including the simulation of the operators’ task and cognitive work and the establishment of task analysis. On the basis of the above, a model of the dynamic changes of the operators’ tasks is constructed and a computation of operators’ workload is conducted.  相似文献

提出一种基于因果关系的思想求解所有极小诊断的新方法。此方法与Reiter的模型诊断方法有着本质的不同,不用求解冲突集及冲突集的碰集,一次直接求出所有的极小诊断,避免了由于调用ATMS时的组合爆炸引起的NP-完全问题。并根据因果关系的思想提出了极小诊断组成原理和极小诊断元件个数原理,可直接求出所有的极小诊断,避免了非极小诊断的产生,提高了诊断效率,并且不会丢失正确的解。该算法程序容易编制,且效率较好,可以满足复杂被诊断对象的实时性要求。  相似文献

研究了钛合金粉末的温压成形行为。结果发现,在同一压制压力下,钛合金粉末的生坯密度均在140℃左右达到最大值,高于或低于这一温度,生坯密度反而降低。在压制压力为500MPa下,温压成形的脱模力比室温成形的脱模力降低27.7%。同时,温压成形较室温成形改善了钛合金件的显微组织。  相似文献

In addition to a membrane anchor, the transmembrane domain (TMD) of single-pass transmembrane proteins (SPTMPs) recently has shown essential roles in the cross-membrane activity or receptor assembly/clustering. However, these small TMD peptides are generally hydrophobic and dynamic, difficult to be expressed and purified. Here, we have integrated the power of TrpLE fusion protein and a sequence-specific nickel-assisted cleavage (SNAC)-tag to produce small TMD peptides in a highly efficient way under mild conditions, which uses Ni2+ as the cleavage reagent, avoiding the usage of toxic cyanogen bromide (CNBr). Furthermore, this method simplifies the downstream protein purification and reconstitution. Two representative TMDs, including the Spike-TMD from severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS2), were successfully produced with high-quality nuclear magnetic resonance (NMR) spectra. Therefore, our study provides a more efficient and practical approach for general structural characterization of the small TM proteins.  相似文献

采用简易的固相反应法制备了(FeCoCrMnCuZn)_3O_4高熵氧化物粉体,采用XRD、SEM、TEM、XPS等方法对其进行表征。结果表明,随着煅烧温度的升高,Fe_2O_3、Cr_2O_3、MnO_2、CuO和ZnO相继固溶进尖晶石结构中;最终,在800℃煅烧2 h可得到单一尖晶石结构(面心立方,Fd-3m)的(FeCoCrMnCuZn)_3O_4氧化物,且各元素在晶粒内分布均匀,为典型的高熵氧化物特征。对合成的高熵氧化物(FeCoCrMnCuZn)_3O_4粉体进行电化学性能分析发现,当电流密度为1 A/g时,质量比电容为152.9 F/g。  相似文献

With rapid development of nanotechnology, concerns about the possible adverse health effects on human beings by using nanomaterials have been raised. Transparent yellow iron oxide (alpha-FeOOH) nanoparticles have been widely used in paints, plastic, rubber, building materials, papermaking, food products and pharmaceutical industry, thus the potential health implications by the exposure should be considered. The purpose of this study is to assess the cytotoxicity of transparent yellow iron oxide nanoparticles on U251 human glioma cells. The alpha-FeOOH nanoparticles are in clubbed shapes with 9 nm in diameter and 43 nm long. The specific surface area is 115.3 m2/g. After physicochemical characterization of the nanoparticles, U251 cells were exposed to a-FeOOH at the doses of 0, 3.75, 15, 60 and 120 microg/mL. The results showed that the alpha-FeOOH nanoparticles reduced the cell viability and induced necrosis and apoptosis in U251 cells. In addition, nanoparticle exposure significantly increased the levels of superoxide anion and nitric oxide in a dose-dependent fashion in the cells. Our results suggest that exposure to alpha-FeOOH nanoparticles induce significant free radical formation and cytotoxic effects. The large surface area that induced high surface reactivity may play an important role in the cytotoxic effect of alpha-FeOOH nanoparticles.  相似文献
