采用单辊快淬法制备了(Fe50Ni50)77.5Cr0.5Si11B11合金薄带,测试了淬态薄带样品的微结构、静磁性能、磁导率和磁阻抗。研究结果表明,未经热处理的淬态(Fe50Ni50)77.5Cr0.5Si11B11合金薄带便具有良好的软磁性能和显著的巨磁阻抗效应,在7MHz频率下,纵向最大阻抗比达到31%。同时分析了几个典型频率下的纵向磁阻抗比、电阻比、电抗比和有效磁导率比随外磁场的变化行为,发现薄带样品的电抗比和有效磁导率比之间存在密切联系。由于内部结构的不均匀性,使得样品的横向各向异性场随驱动电流频率增大向高场方向移动。  相似文献

This paper presents and analyzes the performance potential of a refrigeration system that is integrated with a microturbine and an absorption chiller (RMA). The waste heat from the microturbine operates the absorption chiller, which provides additional cooling. This additional cooling capacity can be utilized either to subcool the liquid exiting the condenser of the refrigeration system or to precool the air entering the condenser in the refrigeration system. Moreover, any surplus cooling capacity not utilized in the subcooler can be utilized to precool the microturbine intake air. The additional assistance to the refrigeration system enhances the efficiency of the refrigeration cycle, which in turn reduces the required microturbine size. The smaller size of the microturbine enhances the part load efficiency, especially in lower ambient temperatures. With increased microturbine efficiency, RMA with subcooler, RMA with subcooler and microturbine intake air precooler, and RMA with condenser air precooler can reduce the annual energy consumption by 12, 19, and 3%, respectively, as compared to a refrigeration system operating without any waste heat utilization from the microturbine. Therefore, RMA with subcooler and microturbine intake air precooler has the best potential of energy savings. The payback period of RMA with subcooler and microturbine intake air precooler is estimated in 3 years, which facilitates it as an economically feasible solution among the options investigated.  相似文献

This paper proposes a new min‐sum algorithm for low‐density parity‐check decoding. In this paper, we first define the negative and positive effects of the received signal‐to‐noise ratio (SNR) in the min‐sum decoding algorithm. To improve the performance of error correction by considering the negative and positive effects of the received SNR, the proposed algorithm applies adaptive scaling factors not only to extrinsic information but also to a received log‐likelihood ratio. We also propose a combined variable and check node architecture to realize the proposed algorithm with low complexity. The simulation results show that the proposed algorithm achieves up to 0.4 dB coding gain with low complexity compared to existing min‐sum‐based algorithms.  相似文献

The ability of ferrate (Fe(VI)) to oxidize phenolic endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDCs) and phenols during water treatment was examined by determining the apparent second-order rate constants (k(app0) for the reaction of Fe(VI) with selected environmentally relevant phenolic EDCs (17alpha-ethinylestradiol, beta-estradiol, and bisphenol A) and 10 substituted phenols at pH values ranging from 6 to 11. The three selected groups of EDCs showed appreciable reactivity with Fe(VI) (kapp at pH 7 ranged from 6.4 x 102 to 7.7 x 10(2) M(-1) s(-1)). The k(app) for the substituted phenols studied at pH 7 ranged from 6.6 to 3.6 x 10(3) M(-1) s(-1), indicating that many other potential phenolic EDCs can be oxidized by Fe(VI) during water treatment. The Hammett-type correlations were determined for the reaction between HFeO4- and the undissociated (log(k) = 2.24-2.27sigma+) and dissociated phenol (log(k) = 4.33-3.60sigma+). A comparison of the Hammett correlation obtained for the reaction between HFeO4- and dissociated phenol with those obtained from other drinking water oxidants revealed that HFeO4- is a relatively mild oxidant of phenolic compounds. The effectiveness of Fe(VI) for the oxidative removal of phenolic EDCs was also confirmed in both natural water and wastewater.  相似文献

The main requirements for battery separators are high porosity which can serve pathways of lithium ion and space for gel electrolytes to impregnate in a membrane and mechanical strength to allow easy handling for battery assembly. Generally, it appears the trade-off relationship between the porosity and mechanical strength of the membrane. PVdF composite membranes containing nano-size clays were used to improve the mechanical strength of the membrane without affecting the membrane porosity. The composite membranes were prepared by phase inversion method controlling the membrane preparation conditions such as retention time. The resultant membranes show increased mechanical properties with similar membrane porosity around 80 % compared to the pristine PVdF membrane. Incorporation of nonoclay can be considered as an effective method to improve the mechanical strength in porous membrane supports, especially in a separator.  相似文献

A multilevel PWM voltage source inverter, especially a five-level one, is introduced to obtain a static var compensator (SVC) as a large scale power source. The multilevel inverter has many advantages, such as better utilization of the switching devices, lower switching frequency at each semiconductor switch and reduced harmonics. In this paper, the SVC with five-level inverter is modelled using circuit DQ transformation and completely analysed including DC and AC characteristics. It is also pointed out that the modulation indexes depend on the values of the DC side capacitors to meet the DC side voltage balancing, Finally, through the experimental results from a 5kVA SVC, the validity of the analyses and the feasibility of the var compensation system are shown for high power applications.  相似文献

Various computer-simulated person (CSP) models have been used to represent occupants in indoor airflow simulations using computational fluid dynamics (CFD). Despite the capability of CFD to predict temperature and velocity fields in an automotive cabin or a room in a building, it is more difficult to evaluate the degree of thermal comfort considered by the CSP models. Up to now, the shapes of CSP models and their grid characteristics have not been studied for the evaluation of indoor thermal comfort. In this paper, the effects of the human model’s shape and the physical characteristics of the grids are studied. The FLUENT code is used for analysis, and the predicted mean vote (PMV), predicted percentage dissatisfied (PPD), and equivalent homogeneous temperature (EHT) values are used for the evaluation and comparison of thermal comfort. The computational results show that the CSP shape and grid features do not affect the global flow fields or the evaluations of PMV and PPD. However, more precise results are obtained from the evaluation of thermal comfort by EHT when detailed human models with a prism grid are used.  相似文献

The miniaturized 10 GHz microstrip band-pass filter was successfully fabricated on the alumina thick films grown on Cu substrates at room temperature by aerosol deposition method and using the newly developed pattern electroplating procedure and electromagnetic analysis. The relative dielectric permittivity and loss tangent of the aerosol-deposited alumina thick films on Cu were 9.9 and 0.089, respectively. The resistivity of the electroplated Cu line was determined to be 2 × 10? 8 Ω m. The very good agreement was shown between results simulated using a 3-dimensional electromagnetic analysis and the actual measured data.  相似文献

H.264/AVC QCIF视频场景切换检测是视频应用中一个极具挑战性的研究课题,只利用宏块信息很难得到满意的检测效果,为此提出了一种采用动态阈值和AC相似度的H.264/AVC视频场景切换检测算法,考虑编码预测模式和DCT系数等信息,提出基于编码比特数的动态阈值和基于AC能量的AC图像相似性两个判决准则,据此进行视频场景切换检测。实验结果表明,在高速运动及场景切换频繁的视频上场景切换检测率得到提高,性能也优于现有的算法。  相似文献
