石墨/紫铜低温连接接头界面组织和性能分析

采用表面反应金属化的方法实现了石墨与紫铜的低温连接。研究了温度对金属化层形貌的影响,同时对紫铜/石墨接头的力学性能进行了测试。在金属化过程中,Cr元素与石墨反应生成Cr3C2反应层,为得到以β-Sn为基体的金属化层提供必要条件。高的金属化温度,加强了Cr与石墨的反应速率,界面反应层逐渐由不连续变为连续状态,且厚度逐渐增加至2 μm。接头的典型界面结构为：紫铜/Cu6Sn5/β-Sn/Cr3C2/石墨。随着时间延长,钎缝厚度逐渐减小,抗剪强度先增加后减小。接头全部断裂于石墨基体中,时间为80 s时得到的钎缝厚度最有利于缓解应力,此时得到最大的抗剪强度约25 MPa。

分析2010年汛期降雨、水库蓄水及河道水情等资料,与历史资料进行比对,对2010年汛期降水、来水情况及干旱状况形成得到整体性的认识。     

Thermal-mechanical properties of short carbon fiber reinforced geopolymer matrix composites subjected to thermal load

Short carbon fiber preform reinforced geopolymer composites containing different contents of α-Al₂O₃ filler (C_f(α-Al₂O₃)/geopolymer composites) were fabricated, and the effects of heat treatment temperatures up to 1 200 °C on the thermal-mechanical properties were studied. The results show that the thermal shrinkage in the direction perpendicular to the lamination of the composites gradually increases with the increase of the heat treatment temperatures from room temperature (25 °C) to 1 000 °C. However, the composites in the direction parallel to the lamination show an expansion behavior. Beyond 1 000 °C, in the two directions the composites exhibit a larger degree of shrinkage due to the densification and crystallization. The mechanical properties of the composites show the minimum values in the temperature range from 600 to 800 °C as the hydration water of geopolymer matrix is lost. The addition of α-Al₂O₃ particle filler into the composites clearly increases the onset crystalline temperature of leucite (KAlSi₂O₆) from the amorphous geopolymer matrix. In addition, the addition of α-Al₂O₃ particles into the composites can not only help to keep volume stable at high temperatures but also effectively improve the mechanical properties of the composites subjected to thermal load to a certain extent. The main toughening mechanisms of the composites subjected to thermal load are attributed to fiber pulling-out.     

遗传算法在企业工业用油配送中的应用研究

用遗传算法求解企业配送工业用油中的车辆路径问题,建立一个配送优化调度模型,并对遗传算法在系统模型中的工作原理和流程进行了阐述。同时结合实例,说明遗传算法对企业工业用油管理配送调度中是可行、有效的。     

“23·7”大暴雨对北京市河道水环境“侦察兵”受损影响分析

“23·7”大暴雨导致大清河流域和永定河流域发生了流域性编号洪水。尽管暴雨前,北京市对86%的河道水质无人监测设备——水环境“侦察兵”进行了加固,大部分设备经受住了暴雨洪水的严峻考验,但也有8.5%受损。分析了该场降雨的各流域平均降水量、流域不同时间尺度的降水量、河道流速和不同安装方式对水环境“侦察兵”设备受损的影响,可为今后提前应对暴雨、进行设备风险点位研判、保护设备安全提供经验和依据。
