脉宽和幅值可调的新型超窄脉冲发生器的研制

分析各种窄脉冲产生方法后用振荡电路原理研制了一种新型ns级高压窄脉冲发生器,可输出脉宽20～100ns、幅值500～1000V的可调ns级脉冲电压。理论和仿真分析电路中各器件的参数表明,得到的ns级的高压脉冲波形光滑、对称性好。     

GIS中SF6气体泄漏光学检测新技术

介绍了3种可用于定位检测GIS中SF6气体泄漏的光学成像技术。这些技术能使操作者看到泄漏气体清晰图像,快速识别泄漏源;其远距离识别和瞬时检测能力使检测者可以快速大范围地扫描GIS,泄漏能被立即识别。相对于传统的非在线检测和其它在线检测技术来说,光学成像技术在SF6气体泄漏检测方面,是一个比较大的突破。     

基于GPRS的分布式配电网络远程监控系统

介绍了一种基于GPRSModem的远程配电网监控系统,系统由主控中心和多个监控终端组成。采用GPRS通信方式,通讯速率高,费用低,组网方式灵活。终端对配电站的运行进行实时监测和控制,实现无人值守功能。主控中心完成对结果信息及故障原因的显示、存储、打印及对终端信息的维护管理功能。     

应用Simulink模拟耦合神经元的同步活动

癫痫是一组由神经元异常放电所引起的短暂中枢神经系统功能异常为特征的慢性脑部疾病。其发病的原因正是由于神经元集体的异常同步放电行为所致。以FitzHugh-Nagumo神经元为例,使用simulink对耦合神经元的同步活动进行模拟,供相关研究人员进行研究。     

CF3I-N2混合气体作为SF6替代气体用于GIS/C-GIS的绝缘性能分析（英文）

CF3I has been widely considered as a potential alternative for SF6,because it has low global warming potential(GWP)but an insulation capability that is 1.2 times greater than that of SF6.In this paper,the electron swarm parameters of CF3I and its gas mixture with N2,including the effective ionization coefficient and electron drift velocity,are examined theoretically through the Boltzmann equation method in the condition of steady-state Townsend(SST)experiments.Based on the derived data of the limiting field strength of CF3I-N2gas mixture,taking into consideration of environmental aspects such as GWP,ozone depletion potential(ODP),liquefaction temperature and toxicity,we studied the possibility of applying the gas mixture as the insulation medium in gas-insulated switchgears(GIS)or cubic type gas-insulated switchgears(C-GIS).It is found that CF3I-N2gas mixtures contained 30%～70%CF3I perform comprehensively better than pure SF6and compressed N2,and especially in medium and low voltage environments,the boiling point of CF3I-N2gas mixture meets the domestic and global requirements in mid-low latitude regions.Therefore we conclude that the gas mixture is acceptable for replacing SF6as the insulation medium in C-GISs.

介绍一种高频高压静电除尘电源控制系统.改控制系统以TMS320F2812和TL494核心,通过研究先进的控制方法来提高电除尘器的工作效率.

Calculation and characteristic analysis on synergistic effect of CF3I gas mixtures

CF_3I is a potential SF_6 alternative gas.In order to study the insulation properties and synergistic effects of CF_3I/N_2 and CF_3I/CO_2 gas mixtures,two-term approximate Boltzmann equations were used to obtain the ionization coefficient α,attachment coefficient η and the critical equivalent electrical field strength(E/N)_(cr).The results show that the(E/N)_(cr)of CF_3I gas at 300 K is 1.2 times that of SF_6 gas,and CF_3I/N_2 and CF_3I/CO_2 gas mixtures both have synergistic effect occurred.The synergistic effect coefficient of CF_3I/CO_2 gas mixture was higher than that of CF_3I/N_2 gas mixture.But the(E/N)_(cr)of CF_3I/N_2 is higher than that of CF_3I/CO_2 under the same conditions.When the content of CF_3I exceeds 20%,the (E/N)_(cr) of CF_3I/N_2 and CF_3I/CO_2 gas mixture increase linearly with the increasing of CF_3I gas content.The breakdown voltage of CF_3I/N_2 gas mixture is also higher than that of CF_3I/CO_2 gas mixture in slightly non-uniform electrical field under power frequency voltage,but the synergistic effect coefficients of the two gas mixtures are basically the same.     

断路器电寿命的在线监测

触头的电寿命是断路器研究比较关心的～项内容,传统的断路器电寿命评估方法是统计开断电流的大小与次数,从而估算出电磨损。这种方法用在触头电寿命的在线监测却不够准确。以小波理论作为工具,提出了在线监测燃弧时间的方法,改进了触头电寿命评估的理论,并为断路器电寿命的在线监测提供了一条新思路。     

前列腺射频热疗技术的频率选择

对前列腺射频热疗技术中的一些关键技术,如频率、电极形状等进行了试验和分析,认为１３．５６ＭＨｚ频率的效果最好,临床识疗证明了本文的试验分析。
