黑色冶金材料领域中化工冶金研究所前期工作的回顾

系统地回顾了从建国到９０年代初，化冶所为重工业和矿物资源综合利用所做的科研工作、取得的结果和成绩的概况，其中一些研究结果已经在国内得到广泛使用，一些结果为我国新技术的开发尊定基础。     

一种新型共气化工艺的开发

As one of promising clean coal technologies used to reduce pollutant emission and CO2 discharge, cogasification has been extensively investigated. In this paper, a new co-gasification technology using coal and natural gas was developed. The distinct advantages of this technology are the excellent fuel flexibility and the availability to establish the gasifler by reconstructing the blast furnace or similar shaft furnace. Based on the concept of the new co-gasification technology, lab-scale experiments and modeling study were carried out. The obtained results indicate that gasification is undertaken at ideal thermodynamic environment where quasi-equilibrium could be reached without catalysts. The modeling results are in agreement with experimental data, demonstrating the validity of the model and that Aspen Plus is a useful tool for the analysis of the co-gasification process. Furthermore,the effect of major operation parameters, including oxygen flow rate and steam flow rate, on co-gasification process was investigated using the developed model.     

化学数据库内文字信息处理系统(Ⅱ)—无机化合物、离子及分子化学式自动解析程序系统

本文介绍了自动解析无机化合物,水溶液中离子和分子化学式的程序系统ADF。它与检索程序系统配合使用,对某一体系,只需输入它的组成元素或基团,既可以自动挑出该体系中全部可能存在的物质并求出它们的原子系数矩阵,为ITDB和ATDB中各类计算及库的使用提供了方便。     

通用化结构的化工模拟系统——一个面向问题语言(POL)分离的通用语言处理器

LANPRO,作为正在开发中的模拟器 PROSIM 中的一个语言处理器,被设计成为一个通用化的,与问题描述语言(POL)及任何数据入口可分离的关键字处理系统。它不仅适用于化工过程模拟的 POL 处理,而且也可作为其它(如冶金)过程模拟的语言处理器,但此时,LANPRO 中的任何 FORTRAN 码却不必加以修改;并且,所有有关 POL 的信息是可变的。     

化工模拟系统中面向问题语言的结构和翻译

面向问题语言（ＰＯＬ）是大型化工模拟软件不可缺少的组成部分，本文描述了一种统一的ＰＯＬ结构，从而使得翻译ＰＯＬ的程序具有通用性，这一通用性保证了任何符合ＰＯＬ语法结构的语包可以由ＰＯＬ翻译程序进行翻译，而不必修改任何程序。     

IMPROVED SIMULATION SYSTEM OF PULVERIZED COAL GASIFIER

Based on large amount of literature work, the simulation program system of pulverized coal gasification on an entrained bed has been set up, and an improved method for calculating inner wall surface temperature has been worked out, in which the finite element method affiliated with the reactor simulation program provides an accurate method to calculate the wall temperature distribution and heat loss, and hence the flexibility of the simulation program system has been improved.     

一些气固催化反应的幂函数动力学模型的建立

本文针对化工领域中最常见的气固催化简单反应以及连串、平行复杂反应,将幂函数反应速度方程与催化动力学实验的本征动力学数据形式相结合,推出了相应的动力学处理的计算式,从而实现了对这两类反应建立其幂函数动力学模型的自动处理。     

有机化合物结构匹配的距离矩阵法——计算机辅助有机分子结构信息处理(3)

本文提出了(1)一种数值化的分子色图距离矩阵,由此加工出了结构匹配的线索;(2)提出了可用距离矩阵匹配化合物的猜测,并对这个猜测作了考查。将上述两种概念结合起来,得到了一种简单快速准确的有机化合物匹配方法。该算法的复杂度为 o(mn~3)。

建立了估算复氧化物高温热力学性质的数学模型.按照此模型,可以预报若干复氧化物四项高温热力学性质的数值.本法预报值的均方根偏差与实验值误差相当.
