The objective of this research is to design a pattern recognition system based on a Fuzzy Finite State Machine (FFSM). We try to find an optimal FFSM with Genetic Algorithms (GA). In order to validate this system, the classifier has been applied to a real problem: distinction between normal and abnormal cells in cytological breast fine needle aspirate images and cytological peritoneal fluid images. The characteristic used in the discrimination between normal and abnormal cells is a texture measurement of the chromatin distribution in cellular nuclei. Furthermore, the effectiveness of this method as a pattern classifier is compared with other existing supervised and unsupervised methods and evaluated with Receiver Operating Curves (ROC) methodology.  相似文献

In this note we show how a binary memory can be used to recall gray-level patterns. We take as example the α β associative memories recently proposed in Yáñez, Associative Memories based on order Relations and Binary Operators(In Spanish), PhD Thesis, Center for computing Research, February of 2002, only useful in the binary case. Basically, the idea consists on that given a set of gray-level patterns to be first memorized: (1) Decompose them into their corresponding binary patterns, and (2) Build the corresponding binary associative memory (one memory for each binary layer) with each training pattern set (by layers). A given pattern or a distorted version of it, it is recalled in three steps: (1) Decomposition of the pattern by layers into its binary patterns, (2) Recalling of each one of its binary components, layer by layer also, and (3) Reconstruction of the pattern from the binary patterns already recalled in step 2. The proposed methodology operates at two phases: training and recalling. Conditions for perfect recall of a pattern either from the fundamental set or from a distorted version of one them are also given. Experiments where the efficiency of the proposal is tested are also given.  相似文献

The influence of pH and two post-emulsification treatments (pH modification and thermal cycles) over linear dynamic viscoelasticity and droplet size distribution, DSD, of O/W emulsions (75% oil) stabilized either by soy protein isolate, SPI, or wheat gluten, WG were studied in the present work. Rheological properties and droplet size of fresh emulsions showed an important dependence on pH as a consequence of the role of electrostatic interactions, not being possible to obtain a stable emulsion for pH values close to the protein isoelectric point, pI, (4–5 for SPI and 6 for WG). In order to overcome this inconvenient, an alternative emulsification procedure, basically consisting in a modification of pH after emulsification (indirect emulsification), was successfully developed. Emulsions obtained after this post-emulsification treatment, showed higher elastic (G′) and loss (G″) moduli and also larger oil droplets than fresh emulsions prepared at the same pH. Moreover, the application of upward/downward temperature cycles from 20 to 70 °C to emulsions directly prepared at a pH yielded to significantly higher values of the rheological functions when compared to those found for fresh emulsions. Accordingly, both post-emulsification treatments lead to apparent enhancements in emulsion rheology and microstructure, which is indicative of a good potential to improve long-term emulsion stability.  相似文献

Lanthanum-containing Y (LaY) zeolites were prepared by ionic exchange from NaY parent zeolite. The LaY zeolites were de-aluminated by steaming. De-aluminated zeolites presented different Si/Al ratio. The physicochemical properties of these catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction, pyridine and xenon adsorption, infrared spectroscopy and 29Si, 27Al, 129Xe, 139La solid-state nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy. Furthermore, a fractal geometry approach was adopted to describe the evolution in the texture as a consequence of de-alumination. The catalytic properties of materials were evaluated in the n-hexane cracking reaction. The catalyst with the highest catalytic activity was the zeolite highest de-aluminated (Si/Al ratio of 3.7). Such performance was attributed on the one hand, to active extra-framework aluminum species hosted in the large cavities of zeolites and, on the other hand to redistribution of lanthanum species into the zeolite as a consequence of de-alumination.  相似文献

对润滑油的氧化机理做了简要阐述,并根据不同的抗氧作用机理,将抗氧剂分为三类:自由基清除剂(如酚类和胺类抗氧剂)、氢过氧化物分解剂(如氨基甲酸酯)和抗氧协合剂(如不含硫磷的钼酸酯).利用加压差示扫描量热法(PDSC)对不同类型抗氧剂以及它们之间的协同作用进行了考察.研究表明,作为氢过氧化物分解剂,改进的无灰氨基甲酸酯具有比胺类、酚类抗氧剂更好的性能,这显示了氢过氧化物分解型抗氧剂巨大的应用潜力.研究还表明,具有相同抗氧机理的不同抗氧剂,如酚类和胺类抗氧剂,具有协同作用;不同作用机理的两抗氧剂之间,如自由基清除剂和氢过氧化物分解剂,具有更好的抗氧化协同效果,其中,无灰氨基甲酸酯与烷基化二苯胺抗氧剂具有最佳的抗氧协同效能,可成为高温无灰抗氧剂应用的一个很好选择;不同抗氧机理的三种抗氧剂复合,如烷基化二苯胺,氨基甲酸锌和有机钼酸酯组成的三元复合抗氧剂,具有更为优秀的抗氧化性能.通过不同机理抗氧剂之间的协同,不仅可以获得优秀的抗氧化性能,还可获得附加的极压、抗磨和减摩性能,而且有的减摩、抗磨性能还非常突出,如烷基化二苯胺、氨基甲酸锌和有机钼酸酯组成的三元复合添加剂体系.  相似文献
