一种水下控制爆破及开挖基础孔方法

在水下建筑工程中，往往采用围堰断流的方法，完成后再把围堰拆除，但有些工程不允许或无法断流，因而水下爆破开挖是人们关注和研究的课题。本文介绍温州瓯江泵站进水口扩建工程，即在不停水的情况下，完成爆破清碴，基础孔开挖的工程实例。     

双酚A双肉桂酸酯光控取向膜

利用双酚A双肉桂酸酯光敏单体在线偏振紫外光作用下发生光交联反应,制备了光控取向膜。制备过程更为简单,不需要高温热处理过程。液晶分子的排列方向与入射紫外光偏振方向垂直。通过紫外光谱和红外光谱分析了光化学反应过程,链聚合反应与异构反应相比,链状聚合反应对于液晶的排列起重要作用。利用偏振红外光谱对取向膜的有序度值计算发现,有序值较小。利用Cano盒测试了方位锚定能的大小为1.28×10-6J/m2。取向膜的热稳定性可以达到90℃。     

偏晶向(111)硅片闪耀光栅的设计

利用硅单晶的特殊结构可以设计出不同角度的闪耀光栅，再使用MEMS的紫外光刻、各向异性腐蚀等常规工艺就可以完成硅闪耀光栅的制作。设计了一种利用偏转晶向(111)硅片制作小角度闪耀光栅的方法，避免了利用其它晶向的硅片制作闪耀光栅的缺点。利用这种方法制作了线宽为4μm的硅闪耀光栅，使用原子力显微镜(AFM)进行了光栅表面形貌测试，得到平均表面粗糙度为110．94nm，试验结果表明制作的硅光栅样片具有良好光学特性的反射表面和光栅槽形。     

化学束外延及其在半导体材料与器件中的应用

本文介绍了薄膜晶体生长的最新技术--化学束外延(CBE),通过与分子束外延(MBE)和金属有机化学汽相沉积(MOCVD)技术的比较,说明了这一新技术的基本概念,生长动力学以及在半导体材料和激光器件方面的应用.     

Influence of Laser Coating on Microstructure and Properties of an Al-Si Alloy

The microstructure and wear resistance of acast Al-Si alloy coated with metal and rare earthelements and treated by the laser rapidmelt-solidification(LRMS)are studied in the pres-ent work.Optical and SEM micrographic analysesshowed that a superfine microstructure was ob-tained,and the hardness was remarkably enhancedby the LRMS treatment.Wear test showed that therapid melt-solidified microstructure had higherwear resistance than that treated by ordinary solidsolution treatment.     

β—BaB_2O_4晶体的ps脉冲参量放大

本文报导用被动锁模Nd:YAG激光器的二次谐波(532nm)泵浦两块BBO晶体获得580nm～2500nm可调谐参量放大的实验研究。简并点附近能量转换效率达10％。     

辽河油田沙河街组硬脆性泥页岩防塌评价方法的研究

介绍了硬脆性泥页岩稳定性评价的几种新方法——改进的热滚分散法、泥饼强度测试法及动滤失试验法。并用来评价JHS化学稳定剂的性能。结果表明,改进的热滚分散法能有效地评价硬脆性泥页岩的稳定性,泥饼强度冲刷仪能定量测定不同钻井液体系的泥饼质量。
