用差热、热重法对原丝的热性能及由不同预处理方法所引起的PVA纤维的热行为变化进行了研究;并通过模拟脱水条件,用不同升温速率,求出了经不同预处理纤维的脱水反应活化能。结果表明,PVA原丝在230℃有一软化点,三种预处理都不同程度地影响了原丝的热效应变化;纤维在180~340℃主要为脱水反应;原丝及经脱水剂、O_3和O_3综合脱水剂处理的纤维,其脱水反应的表观活化能分别为:164.3kJ/mol,92.9kJ/mol,130.5kJ/mol和117.6kJ/mol。 相似文献

To investigate the change in the manner of plastic deformation at a fatigue crack tip under different loading conditions, the fresh surface area which is produced in one fatigue cycle at the crack tip was measured by an electrochemical method under various load ratios. The fresh surface area produced in each fatigue cycle is in proportion to the crack propagation rate in the Paris regime. This indicates that the crack tip geometry at Kmax maintains a similar profile through the Paris regime. Furthermore, the fresh surface area is independent of load ratio at a given da/dN in the Paris regime. This suggests that the shape of the fatigue crack tip at Kmax should be independent of load ratio at a given da/dN, and that the shape at Kmin is also independent of load ratio, whereas the size of the deformed region at the crack tip is in proportion to da/dN. 相似文献

The adsorption of a gas influences the dielectric constant of zeolites. This property is used as the sensitive component of a gas sensor.
Planar interdigital capacitors were coated with thin films of zeolites. When gas molecules are adsorbed, the dielectric constant of the zeolite is altered, which causes a change in the capacitance of the interdigital capacitor. Effects of non-Gaussian concentration fluctuations in real time photon correlation spectroscopy were investigated with several sizes of mono-disperse polystyrene latex particles. The non-Gaussian correlation model for a full or a quasi-full (scaled) correlator showed good performance for particle sizing in the case of scaled correlation. The clipped correlation showed an equivalent performance with the scaled correlation except for the case of non-Gaussian fluctuation, where the measured diameter became inaccurate more rapidly with decreasing particle concentration in the scattering volume. The cause of such an instability of PCS in the clipped mode is attributed to baseline fluctuations of the correlogram induced by information loss of the clipped correlator. 相似文献

The solubility of aluminum in NaF-AlF3-Al2O3 melts with various additives was found to increase with increasing NaF/AlF3 molar ratio (CR) and increasing temperature and to decrease with additions of A12O3, CaF2, MgF2, and LiF to the melts. With the use of literature data for the activities of NaF and A1F3 in cryolitic melts, three dissolution reaction models were found to give a good fit to the experimental solubility data.
According to the most probable of these models the total concentration of dissolved aluminum (aluminum and sodium species)
is given by cAl = cNa(diss) + cAlF2- + cAl2F3- + cAl3F4- + cAl4F5- In NaF rich melts, aluminum will dominantly dissolve as sodium, while at cryolite ratios commonly used in aluminum electrowinning
(CR = 2.25 to 2.7) the AlF

-ion is the predominant dissolved metal species. Other species (A12F3
