A novel low computational complexity robust adaptive blind multiuser detector, based on the minimum output energy (MOE) detector with multiple constraints and a quadratic inequality (QI) constraint is developed in this paper. Quadratic constraint has been a widespread approach to improve robustness against mismatch errors, uncertainties in estimating the data covariance matrix, and random perturbations in detector parameters. A diagonal loading technique is compulsory to achieve the quadratic constraint where the diagonal loading level is adjusted to satisfy the constrained value. Integrating the quadratic constraint into recursive algorithms seems to be a moot point since there is no closed‐form solution for the diagonal loading term. In this paper, the MOE detector of DS/CDMA system is implemented using a fast recursive steepest descent adaptive algorithm anchored in the generalized sidelobe canceller (GSC) structure with multiple constraints and a QI constraint on the adaptive portion of the GSC structure. The Lagrange multiplier method is exploited to solve the QI constraint. An optimal variable loading technique, which is capable of providing robustness against uncertainties and mismatch errors with low computational complexity is adopted. Simulations for several mismatch and random perturbations scenarios are conducted in a rich multipath environment with near–far effect to explore the robustness of the proposed detector. Bisphenol A novolacs were synthesized in both melting and solution processes using p‐formaldehyde and formalin solution in presence of oxalic acid catalyst, respectively. Hydrogen nuclear magnetic resonance, 1H NMR, investigations show a high methylene bridge contents in the novolacs synthesized in a melting process. These novolacs were analyzed by gel permation chromatography (GPC) and fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The bisphenol A novolac was cured with 1‐(2‐amino ethyl) piprazine (AEP) as a curing agent for epoxy resins. The cured resins were evaluated as organic coating for steel. The mechanical properties of the cured epoxy resins were evaluated. The chemical resistances of the cured resins were evaluated through salt spray resistance, hot water, solvents, acid and alkali resistance measurements. The data indicate that the cured epoxy resins have excellent chemical resistances as organic coatings among other cured resins. © 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J Appl Polym Sci, 2008  相似文献

ABSTRACT

The present work describes a remarkable synthetic interest of semiconducting core-shell nanocomposites (CSNCs) contained aluminum oxide. Al2O3@terpoly(aniline, anthranilic acid, and o-phenylenediamine) (Al2O3/PANI-AA-o-PDA) CSNCs were fabricated by the fivefold molar ratio of the appropriate moieties with various quantities of γ-Al2O3 by oxidative polymerization. The formation of the Al2O3/PANI-AA-o-PDA CSNCs was confirmed by spectral characteristics. The feature of CSNCs is core-shell nano-rods structure with sizes 19–39 nm. The recorded σdc is 8.8 × 10?9-4.8 × 10?8 Ω?1 m?1 being in the range of semiconductor materials at room temperature and increases with increasing temperature. The newly fabricated materials were investigated as antimicrobial agents. The setup presents a facile, cheap, novel and beneficial methodology to develop novel CSNCs acquiring the required numerous functionality.  相似文献

Cell–cell communication is an essential mechanism for the maintenance and development of various organs, including the female reproductive system. Today, it is well-known that the function of the female reproductive system and successful pregnancy are related to appropriate follicular growth, oogenesis, implantation, embryo development, and proper fertilization, dependent on the main regulators of cellular crosstalk, exosomes. During exosome synthesis, selective packaging of different factors into these vesicles happens within the originating cells. Therefore, exosomes contain both genetic and proteomic data that could be applied as biomarkers or therapeutic targets in pregnancy-associated disorders or placental functions. In this context, the present review aims to compile information about the potential exosomes with key molecular cargos that are dysregulated in female reproductive diseases which lead to infertility, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), premature ovarian failure (POF), Asherman syndrome, endometriosis, endometrial cancer, cervical cancer, ovarian cancer, and preeclampsia, as well as signaling pathways related to the regulation of the reproductive system and pregnancy outcome during these pathological conditions. This review might help us realize the etiology of reproductive dysfunction and improve the early diagnosis and treatment of the related complications.  相似文献

Crosslinked 1-octene-isodecyl acrylate copolymers were synthesized and evaluated for oil-absorbency application. The copolymer was crosslinked at different concentrations of ethylene glycol diacrylate (EGDA) and ethylene glycol dimethacrylate (EGDMA) crosslinkers via catalytic initiation or by electron-beam irradiation at dose rate 80 kGy. The concentration of both crosslinkers was varied from 0.5% to 2%. The effect of crosslinking conditions, such as crosslinker concentration, method of polymerization and monomers concentration on conversion and gel fraction was examined through an oil-absorption test using petroleum crude oil. It was found that, the oil absorbency was influenced mainly by the degree of crosslinking and the hydrophobicity of the copolymer units. The final equilibrium oil content, volume fraction of polymer and swelling capacity were determined at 298 K. The effective crosslinking density Ve, the average molecular weight between the crosslinks Mc and the polymer-toluene interaction parameter were determined from stress–strain measurements. The crosslinking efficiencies of EGDA and EGDMA towards copolymers were determined.  相似文献

Composite nanofibers consisting of Mn2O3 and TiO2 were prepared by the electrospinning process, and tested as Gram-class-independent antibacterial agent and photocatalyst for organic pollutants degradation. Initially, electrospinning of a sol–gel consisting of titanium isopropoxide, manganese acetate tetrahydrate and poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) was used to produce hybrid polymeric nanofibers. Calcination of the obtained nanofibers in air at 650 °C led to produce good morphology Mn2O3/TiO2 nanofibers. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) were employed to characterize the as-spun nanofibers and the calcined product. X-ray powder diffractometry (XRD) analysis was also used to characterize the chemical composition and the crystallographic structure of the sintered nanofibers. The antibacterial activity of Mn2O3/TiO2 nanofibers against Gram negative and Gram positive bacteria was investigated by calculating the minimum inhibitory concentration after treatment with the nanofibers. Investigations revealed that the lowest concentration of Mn2O3/TiO2 nanofibers solution inhibiting the growth of Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 29231 and Escherichia coli ATCC 52922 strains is 0.4 and 0.8 μg/ml, respectively. Incorporation of Mn2O3 significantly improved the photodegradation of methylene blue (MB) dye under the visible light irradiation due to enhancing rutile phase formation in the TiO2 nanofibers matrix.  相似文献

The activities of CeO2, Mn2O3–CeO2 and ZrO2–CeO2 were measured for acetic acid ketonization under reaction conditions relevant to pyrolysis vapor upgrading. We show that the catalyst ranking changed depending on the reaction conditions. Mn2O3–CeO2 was the most active catalyst at 350 °C, while ZrO2–CeO2 was the most active catalyst at 450 °C. Under high CO2 and steam concentration in the reactants, Mn2O3–CeO2 was the most active catalyst at 350 and 450 °C. The binding energies of steam and CO2 with the active phase were calculated to provide the insight into the tolerance of Mn2O3–CeO2 to steam and CO2.  相似文献

A PDMS network, synthesized from a vinyl‐terminated precursor, was reinforced by plate‐like montmorillonite (volclay) particles with different surface cations. The optimal ratio of crosslinker‐to‐PDMS precursor was ascertained from the mechanical properties of networks prepared with different crosslinker concentrations. The elastic modulus of the polymer was enhanced by the montmorillonite particles. The increase in modulus was higher in the Li– than in the Na–volclay composites. The ultimate strength of the composites was also strongly enhanced by the small platelets, especially in presence of surface Li+. The stronger influence of Li–volclay on the mechanical properties of the composites can be attributed to the partial formation of an intercalated structure, which leads to thinner particles with a high aspect ratio. Both composite strength and modulus were proportional to the filler‐volume‐fraction, but the increase in strength was limited by rising particle agglomeration at high loading. In contrast to organic‐modified montmorillonite, the inorganic surface of volclay catalyzed the thermal degradation of PDMS. © 2002 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
