Here, a pair of A1–D–A2–D–A1 unfused ring core‐based nonfullerene small molecule acceptors (NF‐SMAs), BO2FIDT‐4Cl and BT2FIDT‐4Cl is synthesized, which possess the same terminals (A1) and indacenodithiophene unit (D), coupling with different fluorinated electron‐deficient central unit (difluorobenzoxadiazole or difluorobenzothiadiazole) (A2). BT2FIDT‐4Cl exhibits a slightly smaller optical bandgap of 1.56 eV, upshifted highest occupied molecular orbital energy levels, much higher electron mobility, and slightly enhanced molecular packing order in neat thin films than that of BO2FIDT‐4Cl . The polymer solar cells (PSCs) based on BT2FIDT‐4Cl:PM7 yield the best power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 12.5% with a Voc of 0.97 V, which is higher than that of BO2FIDT‐4Cl ‐based devices (PCE of 10.4%). The results demonstrate that the subtle modification of A2 unit would result in lower trap‐assisted recombination, more favorable morphology features, and more balanced electron and hole mobility in the PM7:BT2FIDT‐4Cl blend films. It is worth mentioning that the PCE of 12.5% is the highest value in nonfused ring NF‐SMA‐based binary PSCs with high Voc over 0.90 V. These results suggest that appropriate modulation of the quinoid electron‐deficient central unit is an effective approach to construct highly efficient unfused ring NF‐SMAs to boost PCE and Voc simultaneously.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an investigation on the performance of combined adsorption refrigeration cycles. The novel combined cycle amalgamates the activated carbon (AC)-R507A as the bottoming cycle and AC-R134a cycle as the topping cycle and deliver refrigeration load at as low as −10 °C at the bottoming cycle. The cycle simulation is based on the experimentally confirmed adsorption isotherms, kinetics and isosteric heat of adsorption data for R134a and R507A on highly porous based activated carbon of type Maxsorb III. The optimum cooling capacity, coefficient of performance (COP) and chiller efficiency are calculated in terms of cycle time, switching time, regeneration and brine inlet temperatures. Results show that the combined adsorption cycles are feasible even when low-temperature heat source is available.  相似文献

The nail plate is the permanent product of the nail matrix. Its normal appearance and growth depend on the integrity of several components: the surrounding tissues or perionychium and the bony phalanx that are contributing to the nail apparatus or nail unit. The nail is inserted proximally in an invagination practically parallel to the upper surface of the skin and laterally in the lateral nail grooves. This pocket-like invagination has a roof, the proximal nail fold and a floor, the matrix from which the nail is derived. The germinal matrix forms the bulk of the nail plate. The proximal element forms the superficial third of the nail whereas the distal element provides its inferior two-thirds. The ventral surface of the proximal nail fold adheres closely to the nail for a short distance and forms a gradually desquamating tissue, the cuticle, made of the stratum corneum of both the dorsal and the ventral side of the proximal nail fold. The cuticle seals and therefore protects the ungual cul-de-sac. The nail plate is bordered by the proximal nail fold which is continuous with the similarly structured lateral nail fold on each side. The nail bed extends from the lunula to the hyponychium. It presents with parallel longitudinal rete ridges. This area, by contrast to the matrix has a firm attachment to the nail plate and nail avulsion produces a denudation of the nail bed. Colourless, but translucent, the highly vascular connective tissue containing glomus organs transmits a pink colour through the nail. Among its multiple functions, the nail provides counterpressure to the pulp that is essential to the tactile sensation involving the fingers and to the prevention of the hypertrophy of the distal wall tissue, produced after nail loss of the great toe nail.  相似文献

The objective of this research was to develop an economical, structurally effective, and practically applicable steel fiber reinforced mortar (SFRM) which could be applied onto the hollow brick infills of a reinforced concrete (RC) structure. Masonry walls were almost converted into strong and rigid infills with the application of SFRM. Two different mix proportions were produced with the composition of Portland cement, fine aggregate, water, and plasticizer or bonding agent as the chemical admixture. Tests were carried out to determine the optimum steel fiber content (1%, 2%, or 4% by volume) and to clarify the use of plasticizer or bonding agent in the mortar in the context of sticking ability, flexural, compressive, and adhesion strengths. As a result, mortar with plasticizer and 2% steel fiber (by volume) came out to be the optimum mortar mixture as strengthening material. The performance of RC frame strengthened with SFRM containing plasticizer and 2% steel fiber by volume was compared to those of the hollow brick infilled RC frame without strengthened mortar and the hollow brick infilled RC frame with reference mortar. It was observed that the specimen strengthened with the optimum mortar mix satisfied the target objectives of this study.  相似文献

This paper comprehensively evaluates the influence of voltage and cutting speed on electrochemical grinding of composite carbide inserts. A complete 42 factorial experiment was planned and carried out where each treatment combination has been replicated twice to achieve an acceptable degree of precision. Mathematical models have been developed for the major performance indices like current density, material removal rate (MRR) and surface finish of the job by multiple linear regression analysis. Then multiple-response optimisation has been carried out to find the optimum parameter settings to get a desired yield both by desirability functions as well as by contour overlapping method. It has been found that passivation occurs increasingly at higher voltages and it is removed almost instantaneously at higher speed leading to higher current density and MRR. The surface finish is not very much dependent on grinding speed. The optimum surface finish is obtainable at 12 to 13 V (app.) in electrochemical grinding of composite carbides.  相似文献

To evaluate the influence of passive ultrasonic irrigation (PUI) to remove the smear layer with different irrigation solutions. Seventy‐eight single rooted mandibular premolars were used. The working lengths were measured and the root canals were prepared by using nickel titanium rotary files. The specimens were subjected to six different irrigation regimens: sodium hypochloride (NaOCl) with classic irrigation (CI); NaOCl with PUI; EDTA with CI; EDTA with PUI; QMix with CI; and QMix with PUI. The specimens were split longitudinally. Scanning electron microscopy images were taken to evaluate the amount of residual smear layer and scored. Statistical analysis was performed with the Kruskal–Wallis test. The Dunn's test was used for post hoc testing after the Kruskal–Wallis test. The smear layer scores of apical thirds were significantly higher than coronal and middle thirds except for NaOCl + CI group (p < 0.001). The irrigation with PUI improved the efficacy of all irrigation solutions on removal of smear layer in both coronal and middle thirds (p < 0.001). The PUI activation increased the activity of NaOCl, EDTA, and QMix, respectively without any significance. All irrigation regimens were significantly more effective in coronal and middle thirds compared to apical third. PUI significantly increased the efficacy of smear layer removal regardless of irrigation solution.  相似文献
