6-carboxyl chitooligomer was prepared by degradation of chitosan with H2O2 followed by catalytic oxidation in the laccase-2,2,6,6-Tetramethylpiperidine-1-oxyl (TEMPO) system. The TEMPO was used as a single variable to alter the content of introduced carboxyl groups. The resulting oxidation products were analyzed by ion chromatography, scanning electron microscopy, and 1H low-field NMR. Moisture absorption-retention ability, antioxidation, and thermal stability also were characterized. The results showed that the carboxyl content in the molecules increased with increasing TEMPO. With the addition of 8% TEMPO (mass fraction relative to chitooligomers), the carboxyl content and the oxidation degree of the product reached 4.90 mmol/g and 96.53%, respectively. Under these conditions, it also had the highest ABTS radical cation scavenging ability of 85.47% and improved thermal stability. When the amount of TEMPO was reduced to 2%, the oxidation product had a degree of oxidation of ~50% and showed a unique molecular structure and supreme moisture absorption-retention ability. A higher associated water content was observed inside the molecules where more bound water was locked in the process of moisture absorption. Furthermore, the physicochemical properties of 6-carboxyl chitooligomer were much higher than chitooligomer and oligomeric sodium hyaluronate (HA-Oligo). © 2019 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. J. Appl. Pb(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3-xPbTiO3 (PMN-xPT) single crystals exhibit ultrahigh piezoelectric property and have already been applied in various industrial fields. Here, spatial distribution of coexistent phases and corresponding local piezoelectric responses in a morphotropic phase boundary (MPB) PMN-xPT single crystal are thoroughly investigated by confocal Raman spectroscopy coupled with piezo-response force microscopy (PFM). Different from previous studies on MPB crystals, spatial distribution of coexistent phases is exhibited intuitively in an image obtained by confocal Raman mapping. Via in-situ PFM measurements, domain morphology of each coexistent phase is observed. Moreover, local piezoelectric responses of each coexistent phase are obtained by switching spectroscopy PFM measurements, indicating that Ma and Mc phases behave like PNRs and polar matrix in PMN-xPT crystals Our work clarifies the contribution from different phases to the giant piezoelectric performance, which can deepen the understanding on the ultrahigh piezoelectricity in PMN-xPT crystals and provide the key point for developing novel high piezoelectricity materials. 相似文献

Although several studies have considered the problem of humanoid robots pushing carts, only a few have focused on the problem of robots moving heavy objects under monocular vision. This study proposes a target recognition and positioning method and a control method for a robot pushing a loaded trolley. A control system based on the humanoid robot NAO is developed and a monocular visual ranging method with segmented fitting is proposed to realize hardware control and target search and positioning for NAO. The ability of NAO to push a small cart with various weights using visual positioning is tested. The experimental results show that the average error of the monocular distance measurement method is 1.7 mm and that the target search and positioning is accurate. It is increasingly crucial for flexible electronics to efficiently and reliably peel large-area, ultra-thin flexible films off from rigid substrate serving as substrates of flexible electronics device, especially in industrial production. This paper experimentally investigated the mechanism and technologic characteristics of laser lift-off(LLO) process of ultra-thin(~ 2 μm) polyimide(PI)film. It was found increasingly difficult to obtain desirable ultra-thin PI film by LLO with the decrease of the film thickness. The optimal process parameters were achieved considering laser fluence and accumulated irradiation times(AIT), which were found to be strongly correlative to the thickness of PI film. The process mechanism of LLO of PI film was disclosed that laser ablation of interfacial PI will result in the formation of gas products between the PI and glass substrate, enabling the change of interface microstructures to reduce the interface bond strength. The amount of gas products mainly determines the result of LLO process for ultra-thin PI film, from residual adhesion to wrinkles or cracking. The strategy of multi-scanning based on multiple irradiations of low-energy laser pulses was presented to effectively achieve a reliable LLO process of ultra-thin PI film. This study provides an attractive route to optimize the LLO process for large-scale production of ultra-thin flexible electronics. 相似文献

松辽盆地深层发育多种类型的火山岩,勘探实践表明,在不同类型的火山岩中均有油气显示。为了进一步明确研究区有利火山岩储集层的特征,利用岩心、薄片和分析化验资料对火山岩的储集空间、孔隙结构和物性特征开展了对比性研究。分析结果表明,原生气孔在不同类型火山岩中的分布极不均匀,次生孔缝次之,原生微孔和原生裂缝分布较均匀;火山岩孔隙结构可分粗孔喉、中-粗孔喉、偏粗孔喉、细孔喉和极细孔喉5种类型;火山岩储层孔隙度分布特征分单峰高孔、双峰高孔、中孔、中-低孔、偏低孔和低孔6种类型;火山岩储层渗透率分布特征可以概括为高渗、中-高渗、中渗、中-低渗和低渗5种。综合以上4种参数,认为气孔流纹岩、流纹构造流纹岩、球粒流纹岩、熔结凝灰岩、角砾熔岩和火山角砾岩是有利储层发育带,凝灰岩、块状玄武岩、沉凝灰火山角砾岩和沉凝灰岩相对而言储集性能较差。 相似文献
