A power amplifier for wireless applications has been implemented in a standard 0.25-μm CMOS technology. The power amplifier employs class-E topology to exploit its soft-switching property for high efficiency. The finite dc-feed inductance in the class-E load network allows the load resistance to be larger for the same output power and supply voltage than that for an RF choke. The common-gate switching scheme increases the maximum allowable supply voltage by almost twice from the value for a simple switching scheme. By employing these design techniques, the power amplifier can deliver 0.9-W output power to 50-Ω load at 900 MHz with 41% power-added efficiency (PAE) from a 1.8-V supply without stressing the active devices  相似文献

Metal nanoclusters (NCs) have recently attracted great interest in biomedical applications due to their ultrasmall size, good biocompatibility, and unique molecule-like physical and chemical properties. Metal NCs can be rationally designed and integrated with various targeting moieties to achieve unique physicochemical properties and functions. For therapeutic applications, these multifunctional surface-modified NCs can provide distinctive advantages over native metal NCs, such as improved therapeutic effects and reduced side effects. In this review, the design principles of targeting strategies for metal NCs and their composites, including passive and active targeting, and physical and chemical targeting are first discussed. The authors then focus on the recent achievements in the application of metal NCs in targeted therapeutics, including chemotherapy, phototherapy, and radiotherapy. Finally, the authors’ perspectives on the challenges and opportunities of developing metal NCs in targeted therapeutics, further paving their way for potential clinical applications are provided.  相似文献

针对现有散热器模型的不足,建立了恒热流的边界条件下的散热器的数学模型,得到了散热器的温度分布公式。提出了散热器的优化方法,并利用Flux软件对现有功率变换器的散热器在自然空气冷却条件下进行优化。得到了两种优化方案,都在功率器件允许的温度范围内减小散热器的体积和质量,从而充分发挥了散热器的作用。  相似文献

Polysaccharide‐based hydrogels have multiple advantages because of their inherent biocompatibility, biodegradability, and non‐toxicic properties. The feasibility of using polysaccharide‐based hydrogels could be improved if they could simultaneously fulfill the mechanical property and cell compatibility requirements for practical applications. Herein, the construction of double‐cross‐linked (DC) cellulose hydrogels is described using sequential chemical and physical cross‐linking, resulting in DC cellulose hydrogels that are mechanically superior to single‐cross‐linked cellulose hydrogels. The formation and spatial distribution of chemically cross‐linked domains and physically cross‐linked domains within the DC cellulose hydrogels are demonstrated. The molar ratio of epichlorohydrin to anhydroglucose units of cellulose and the concentration of the aqueous ethanol solution are two critical parameters for obtaining mechanically strong and tough DC cellulose hydrogels. The mechanical properties of the DC cellulose hydrogels under loading‐unloading cycles are described using compression and tension models. The possible toughening mechanism of double‐cross‐linking is discussed.  相似文献

With the recent advent of low-cost acqui-sition depth cameras, extracting 3D body skeleton has be-come relatively easier, which significantly lighten many dif-ficulties in 2D videos including occlusions, shadows and background extraction, etc. Directly perceived features, for example points, lines and planes, can be easily ex-tracted from 3D videos such that we can employ rigid motions to represent skeletal motions in a geometric way. We apply screw matrices, acquired by using rotations and translations in 3D space, to model single and multi-body rigid motion. Since screw matrices are members of the special Euclidean group SE(3), an action can be repre-sented as a point on a Lie group, which is a differen-tiable manifold. Using Lie-algebraic properties of screw al-gebra, isomorphic to se(3), the classical algorithms of ma-chine learning in vector space can be expanded to man-ifold space. We evaluate our approached on three public 3D action datasets: MSR Action3D dataset, UCF Kinect dataset and Florence3D-Action Dataset. The experimental results show that our approaches either match or exceed state-of-the-art skeleton-based human action recognition approaches.  相似文献

The activity of electrocatalysts strongly depends on the number of active sites, which can be increased by downsizing electrocatalysts. Single‐atom catalysts have attracted special attention due to atomic‐scale active sites. However, it is a huge challenge to obtain atomic‐scale CoOx catalysts. The Co‐based metal–organic frameworks (MOFs) own atomically dispersed Co ions, which motivates to design a possible pathway to partially on‐site transform these Co ions to active atomic‐scale CoOx species, while reserving the highly porous features of MOFs. In this work, for the first time, the targeted on‐site formation of atomic‐scale CoOx species is realized in ZIF‐67 by O2 plasma. The abundant pores in ZIF‐67 provide channels for O2 plasma to activate the Co ions in MOFs to on‐site produce atomic‐scale CoOx species, which act as the active sites to catalyze the oxygen evolution reaction with an even better activity than RuO2.  相似文献

绝缘体上张应变锗材料是通过能带工程提高锗材料光电性能得到的一种新型半导体材料,在微电子和光电子领域具有重要的应用前景.采用微电子技术中的图形加工方法以及利用锗浓缩的技术原理,在绝缘体上硅(SOI)材料上制备了绝缘体上张应变锗材料.喇曼与室温光致发光(PL)测试结果表明,不同圆形半径的绝缘体上锗材料张应变均为0.54%.对于绝缘体上张应变锗材料,应变使其发光红移的效果强于量子阱使其发生蓝移的效果,总体将使绝缘体上张应变锗材料的直接带发光峰位红移.同时0.54%张应变锗材料的直接带发光强度随着圆形半径的增大而减弱,这主要是因为圆形半径大的样品其晶体质量较差.该材料可进一步用于制备锗微电子和光电子器件.  相似文献

The converge-cast in wireless sensor networks (WSNs) is widely applied in many fields such as medical applications and the environmental monitoring. WSNs expect not only providing routing with high throughput but also achieving efficient energy saving. Network coding is one of the most promising techniques to reduce the energy consumption. By maximizing the encoding number, the message capacity per package can be extended to the most efficient condition. Thus, many researchers have focused their work on this field. Nevertheless, the packages sent by the outer nodes need to be temporary stored and delayed in order to maximize the encoding number. To find out the balance between inserting the delay time and maximizing the encoding number, a Converge-cast Scheme based on data collection rate prediction (CSRP) is proposed in this paper. To avoid producing the outdated information, a prediction method based on Modifying Index Curve Model is presented to deal with the dynamic data collection rate of every sensor in WSNs. Furthermore, a novel coding conditions based on CDS is proposed to increase the coding opportunity and to solve the collision problems. The corresponding analysis and experimental results indicate that the feasibility and efficiency of the CSRP is better than normal conditions without the prediction.  相似文献

A wearable micro-sensor motion capture system with 16 IMUs and an error-compensatory complementary filter algorithm for real-time motion estimation has been developed to acquire accurate 3D orientation and displacement in real life activities. In the proposed filter algorithm, the gyroscope bias error, orientation error and magnetic disturbance error are estimated and compensated, significantly reducing the orientation estimation error due to sensor noise and drift. Displacement estimation, especially for activities such as jumping, has been the challenge in micro-sensor motion capture. An adaptive gait phase detection algorithm has been developed to accommodate accurate displacement estimation in different types of activities. The performance of this system is benchmarked with respect to the results of VICON optical capture system. The experimental results have demonstrated effectiveness of the system in daily activities tracking, with estimation error 0.16 ±0.06 m for normal walking and 0.13 ±0.11 m for jumping motions.  相似文献
