A new symmetrical sugar‐based perylenediimide derivative PTCDI‐BAG is synthesized and its aggregate morphologies and formation mechanisms are studied in detail in the mixed solvent system water/N,N‐dimethylformamide (H2O/DMF) with changing volume ratios. PTCDI‐BAG molecules self‐assemble into planar ribbons in 20/80 and 40/60 H2O/DMF (v/v), but their chiralities are opposite according to recorded circular dichroism (CD) spectra. With a further increase of the water content, only left‐handed helical nanowires are obtained in 60/40 and 80/20 H2O/DMF (v/v) mixtures. By combining density functional theory (DFT) calculations with the experimental investigations, it is proposed that kinetic and thermodynamic factors play key roles in tuning PTCDI‐BAG structures and helicity. The formation of the ribbon is thermodynamically controlled in the 20/80 H2O/DMF system, but kinetically controlled nucleation followed by thermodynamically controlled self‐assembly plays the governing roles for the formation of nanoribbons in 40/60 H2O/DMF. Devices based on single nanoribbons for hydrazine sensing exhibit better performance than nanofiber bundles obtained in this study and achiral nanostructures reported in previous study. This study not only provides an elaborated route to tuning the structures and helicity of PTCDI molecules, but also provides new possibilities for the construction of high‐performance nanodevices. 相似文献

A tunable circularly polarized square patch antenna with parasitic elements is designed for a wide frequency tuning range and high gain characteristics. The proposed antenna is constructed by one main patch and four semi-elliptic parasitic units. By loading four varactor diodes and adjusting their capacitance values, the tunable feature is performed to reallocate the corresponding working frequency. Moreover, the diagonal corners of the antenna are cut and loaded with varactor diodes, which provide the appropriate perturbation between the two orthogonality modes of the antenna, so as to ensure the circular polarization characteristic in the entire operating tuning band. The experimental results demonstrate that the reflection coefficient and axial ratio are less than −13 dB and 3 dB, respectively. The proposed antenna features a relatively wide continuously tuning range of 24% within 1.9-2.3 GHz and a stable gain of over 7 dBi with a radiation efficiency of above 85%. 相似文献

GaAs纳米线通常呈现纤锌矿结构(WZ),而WZ(1010)侧面已被实验所观测到。利用第一性原理计算了GaAs(1010)的表面弛豫和表面能,计算结果表明:(1010)A表面只出现原子的弛豫现象,表面能为40.6×1020meV/m2;而(1010)B表面却重构形成了GaGa和AsAs二聚体,表面能为63.5×1020meV/m2。相对于ZB(110)表面,WZ(1010)A面具有更低的表面能,(1010)A表面具有更好的稳定性,说明了在表面能占重要影响的纳米线中WZ结构存在的合理性。 相似文献

为实现6061-T6铝合金薄板的高速高功率CO2激光填丝焊接,选用了ER4043,ER5356两种焊丝进行了焊接性试验。利用鱼骨状试样对两种焊丝的激光焊接铝合金6061-T6的热裂纹敏感性进行了分析;利用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、显微硬度计以及万能材料试验机分析了焊接接头的组织与性能。研究结果表明,与填充ER5356焊丝相比,填充ER4043焊丝的焊接接头热裂纹敏感性较低,焊接速度可达6 m/min。焊缝主要是柱状晶、等轴晶及少量树枝晶,显微硬度在60~80 HV,拉伸强度可达240~262 MPa,弯曲性能良好。 相似文献

Cubic and octahedral Cu2O nanocrystals and Au–Cu2O core–shell heterostructures are used as sacrificial templates for the growth of Cu2S nanocages and Au–Cu2S core–cage structures. A rapid sulfidation process involving a surface reaction of Cu2O nanocrystals with Na2S, followed by etching of the Cu2O cores with HCl solution for ≈5 sec, results in the fabrication of Cu2S cages with a wall thickness of 10–20 nm. Transmission electron microscopy characterization reveals the formation of crystalline walls and the presence of ultrasmall pores with sizes of 1 nm or less. Formation of Cu2O–Cu2S core–shell structures and their conversion into Cu2S cages is verified by UV–vis absorption spectroscopy. X‐ray photoelectron spectra further confirm the composition of the cages as Cu2S. The entire hollowing process via the Kirkendall effect is recorded using in‐situ transmission X‐ray microscopy. After shell formation, continuous ionic diffusion removes the interior Cu2O. Intermediate structures with remaining central Cu2O portions and bridging arms to the surrounding cages are observed. The nanocages are also shown to allow molecular transport: anthracene and pyrene penetration into the cages leads to enhanced fluorescence quenching immediately upon adsorption onto the surfaces of the encapsulated gold nanocrystals. 相似文献
