Improved Input and State Estimation for Linear Stochastic Systems with Direct Feedthrough

This paper is concerned with the problem of joint input and state estimation for linear stochastic systems with direct feedthrough. Based on the fact that each unknown input between any two time steps is always bounded, a novel improved algorithm is proposed. Compared with existing results, this algorithm can effectively enhance estimation accuracy. Moreover, the stability of the algorithm is also discussed. Finally, an illustrative example is given to demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed approach.     

基于综合用电煤耗的电力高质量发展评价指标研究及应用

煤电平均供电煤耗作为评价能源系统效率的指标已在行业内广泛应用。但该项指标无法很好地反映一个国家、地区的用电结构与用电能耗水平。为此，参照行业内普遍采用的火电厂发电煤耗和供电煤耗指标，定义“综合用电煤耗”，即用户每用1 kW?h电“消耗”的标准煤量（单位:g/(kW?h)）。在此基础上，提出“综合发电煤耗”与“综合供电煤耗”的概念，形成完整的指标评价体系。对近年典型省份指标值的研究表明，该指标体系能够很好地反映供给侧国家、省区或企业的发电结构与电能生产能耗水平。这一指标体系能够为正确理解和计算用电、输电与电能替代项目的化石能源消耗量及其排放量提供依据。     

基于状态空间法的电动机故障诊断和识别

电动机的初期故障信号一般较弱,不易辨别,而状态空间法在小信号的处理中灵敏度很高。为达到对电动机故障的诊断和识别,试图把状态空间法应用到对电动机的故障诊断中,先通过推导,从数学理论层面分析了状态空间法对于电动机故障信号的可辨别性,再使用Matlab软件搭建状态空间的辨别模型,把实验台测试的三组数据导入到模型中进行测试。测试的结果有力地证明了此方法的可行性,并能克服快速傅里叶变换(FFT)中数据采集量较大、分辨率不高的缺点。

以用户为中心的可见光通信协作传输中训练资源分配算法

以用户为中心的可见光通信协作传输是近年来出现的新架构,这导致虚拟小区之间出现重叠。为避免导频污染问题,每个虚拟小区中的光接入点(AP)或者虚拟小区中选择相同AP的用户发送的训练序列应该是正交的。针对可见光通信中以用户为中心的协作网络,研究训练资源的正交分配问题,提出了一种新的导频分配算法,联合导频分配和用户选择问题,以期最大限度地增加虚拟小区内可被接入的用户数。分析和仿真结果表明,该导频分配方案可以有效改善导频污染问题,提高训练资源利用率,并且相比已有的导频分配方案,性能有所改进。     

Synergistic flame retardant effects of activated carbon and molybdenum oxide in poly(vinyl chloride)

The synergistic effects of activated carbon (AC) and molybdenum oxide (MoO₃) in improving the flame retardancy of poly(vinyl chloride) (PVC) were investigated. The effects of AC, MoO₃ and their mixture with a mass ratio of 1:1 on the flame retardancy and smoke suppression properties of PVC were studied using the limiting oxygen index and cone calorimeter tests. It was found that the flame retardancy of the relatively cheaper AC was slightly weaker than that of MoO₃. In addition, the incorporation of AC and MoO₃ greatly reduced the total heat release and improved smoke suppressant property of PVC composites. When the total content of AC and MoO₃ was 10 phr, PVC/AC/MoO₃ had the lowest peak heat release rate and peak smoke production rate values of 173.80 kW m^?2 and 0.1472 m² s^?1, which represented reductions of 47.3 and 59.9%, respectively, compared with those of PVC. Furthermore, thermogravimetric analysis and gel content tests were used to analyze the flame retardant mechanism of AC and MoO₃, with results showing that AC could promote early crosslinking in PVC. Char residue left after heating at 500 °C was analyzed using scanning electron microscopy and Raman spectroscopy, and the results showed that MoO₃ produced the most compact char, with the smallest and most organized carbonaceous microstructures. © 2017 Society of Chemical Industry
