两种具有电双稳态的全有机络合物

首次发现两种在室温下即具有电双稳态的全有机（有机-有机）络合物，分别称为MCA＋TCNQ和BBDN＋TCNQ。它们可在真空中制备成薄膜，在数伏电压的作用下，从高电阻至低电阻的跃迁时间小于100ns，因此可作为一次写入的存储器材料。根据我国目前最小刻线宽度的水平，可望在1．6cm2的SiO2平面上做出64Mb的存储器。     

Nuclear proteins from liver and kidney bind a 37 bp sequence in the 5' upstream region of the mGAT1 gene

The mouse GABA transporter (mGAT1) gene has been shown to be exclusively expressed in brain by Northern and Western blot analyses. The interactions between the 5' flanking region of the mGAT1 gene and nuclear proteins from different mouse tissues were studied by means of gel-shift assay. Our results show that nuclear protein factors from non-nervous tissues can specifically recognize a 37 bp sequence that is conserved in the 5' flanking region between the human and mouse GAT1 genes. Similar nuclear protein factors were also found to exist in rat, rabbit and pig.     

Monitoring neuronal oscillations and signal transmission betweencortical regions using time-frequency analysis ofelectroencephalographic activity

Oscillatory states in the electroencephalogram (EEG) reflect the rhythmic synchronous activity in large networks of neurons. Time-frequency (TF) methods, which quantify the spectral content of the EEG as a function of time, are well suited as tools for the study of spontaneous and induced changes in oscillatory states. The use of these methods provides insights into the temporal dynamics of EEG activity in both humans and experimental animals, and aids the study of the neuronal mechanisms that generate rhythmic EEG activity. Further the use of TF coherence analysts, which quantifies the consistency of phase relationships in multichannel EEG recordings, may contribute to the understanding of signal transmission between neuronal populations in different parts of the brain. We have used TF techniques to analyze the flow of activity patterns between two strongly connected brain structures: the entorhinal cortex and the hippocampus. Both of these structures are believed to be involved in information storage. By applying various frequencies of stimulation, we have found a peak in the spectral power in both sites at around 18 Hz, but the coherence between the EEG signals recorded from these sites was found to increase monotonically up to about 35 Hz. We have also found that long-term potentiation, a strong increase in the efficacy of excitatory synapses between these sites, either had no effect or decreased coherence     

应用焊道长度控制线能量

运用ＨｅｒｂｓｔＦＷ公式原理对国产碱性条件进行了大量试验，建立了焊接线能量（Ｅ），焊条熔化长度（ｌＥ），焊道长度（ｌＲ）的关系式：Ｅ＝８０８Ｄ１．８ｌＥ／ｌＲ。并应用线算图和ＳＨ－ＣＣＴ图对该式施焊结果验证，热影响区的金相组织，硬度基本一致。因此，可以应用焊道长度校核与控制线能量。

轻武器射击系统建模及计算结果分析

通过简化臣姿持枪射击系统，利用拉格朗日方程，建立了该射击系统的物理模型和数学模型，并通过数值模拟，论述了缓冲簧对系统动态特性的影响，最后通过实验，对无缓冲簧射击系统的动态特性参数进行验证。     

SDH微波接力通信系统差错性能指标的分配和预测方法

本文根据ＩＴＵ－ＴＧ．８２６建议和ＩＴＵ－Ｒ有关文件，分析了Ｇ．８２６指标在ＳＤＨ微波接力通信系统中的分配方法；提出了ＳＤＨ微波接力通信系统差错性能指标的预测方法；介绍了在ＳＤＨ微波接力通信系统中主要的抗衰落措施及其对差错性能指标的改善效果。

A variational method for contour tracking via covariance matching

This paper presents a novel formulation for contour tracking.We model the second-order statistics of image regions and perform covariance matching under the variational level set framework.Specifically,covariance matrix is adopted as a visual object representation for partial differential equation(PDE) based contour tracking.Log-Euclidean calculus is used as a covariance distance metric instead of Euclidean distance which is unsuitable for measuring the similarities between covariance matrices,because the matrices typically lie on a non-Euclidean manifold.A novel image energy functional is formulated by minimizing the distance metric between the candidate object region and a given template,and maximizing the one between the background region and the template.The corresponding gradient flow is then derived according to a variational approach,enabling partial differential equations(PDEs) based contour tracking.Experiments on several challenging sequences prove the validity of the proposed method.     

A novel compact low-power direct conversion receiver for mobile UHF RFID reader

A novel direct conversion receiver with low cost and low power is implemented in a 0.18 μm 1P6M standard CMOS process for a Mobile UHF RFID reader.A highly linear active mixer with low flicker noise and low noise active load is proposed.An efficient and low cost on-chip DC offset voltage canceling scheme is adopted with a high-input-impedance four-input OPAMP to buffer the output of the DC offset canceller(DCOC) block.The receiver has a measured input 1 dB compression point of 2 dBm and a sensitivity of 72 dBm in the presence of the large leakage signal from the transmitter.Only occupying a silicon area of 2.5 mm 2 and consuming 21 mA from a 1.8 V supply,the receiver makes the mobile UHF RFID reader to communicate with a transponder in a distance of 1 m conveniently.
