Deregulation of the electricity industry aims for creating a competitive market to trade electricity, which generates a host of new technical challenges among market participants and power system researchers. One of the major challenges is to establish a cost for system services on a non-discriminatory basis. In this paper, the evaluation of transmission cost is proposed based on sensitivity factor method like AC Power Transfer Distribution Factor (ACPTDF) method for bilateral and multilateral transactions. The transacted power is estimated by ACPTDF method for each transaction. The advantages of the proposed methodology are demonstrated on a sample 6 bus, IEEE 30 bus and Indian Utility 69 bus systems. High levels of lectin activity were found in sixty cultivated and ten wild tepary (Phaseolus acutifolius) accessions. No lectin deficient varieties were observed and all examples studied contained both the phytohemagglutinin-E and L-like lectins previously described (Pusztai et al. 1987). There appeared to be no obvious differences between the wild and cultivated forms of the tepary lectins and all teparies studied contained lectin-like proteins in addition to the tepary lectins. One of the lectin related proteins (40 Kdalton subunit) was present in all teparies and may be comparable to arcelin, a lectin found in certain wild accessions of Phaselus vulgaris. All wild teparies contained a lectin related polypeptide of about 34 Kdaltons which appears to distinguish the wild teparies from the cultivated forms. Five or 10% raw (5CT, 10CT) and preheated (5PHCT, 10PHCT) connective tissue and 0.5 or 1.0% food-grade gelatin (0.5G and 1.0G) were evaluated in low-salt (0.2% NaCl), low-fat (<5.0%), restructured beef. Analyses of Instron texture, sensory texture and flavor, proximate composition, surface hydrophobicity (So), and collagen were performed. Differences (P<0.05) in Instron tensile strength were greatest between the control (515.53 g/cm2) and both 10CT (806.53 g/cm2) and 10PHCT (810.56 g/cm2). When compared to the control, 10CT resulted in higher cook yields, whereas 1.0G lowered cook yields. Dynamic viscoelastic parameters and chemical properties of Mozzarella cheese produced using a "no-brine" cheese making method with 3 different cooking temperatures (38, 41, and 44C) were determined. Samples were stored for 3 weeks at 4C before dynamic mechanical analysis at 22C. G', G" and tan δ were 5.8 – 6.4 × 105 dyne/cm2 , 1.9 – 2.1 × 105 dyne/cm2 , and 0.33 – 0.35, respectively, at 1% strain and 10 rad/s. The percentage of intact αs -casein and β-casein were 38–40% and 33–35% of total protein in the cheese, respectively. The range of cooking temperatures used in this experiment had little effect on dynamic viscoelastic properties or the amount of intact protein for the cheese. 相似文献

Nucleotides from fruit of "Orlando" tangelo (Citrus reticulata x C. paradisz) and "Hamlin" and "Pineapple" sweet oranges (C. sinensis) extracted with perchloric acid, were separated by anion-exchange chromatography using formic acid:aqueous ammonium formate as the eluting solvent. Tentative identification of the various fractions was made by comparing the retention time of unknowns with standards fractionated by the same procedure and by adsorption spectral analyses. With the use of these methods, acid-soluble nucleotides were found to be present in appreciable quantities in mature fruit. Those in concentration that could be tentatively identified were CMP, AMP, CDP, UMP, ADP, CTP, GDP, UDP and ATP. The latter was further assayed by the luciferin-luciferase method.
