首钢烧结配加扬地粉试验研究

介绍了首钢原料条件下配加扬地粉对烧结生产影响的实验室研究.随着扬地粉配入量的增加,烧结矿转鼓强度、成品率改善,燃耗有少量上升,利用系数增加,低温还原粉化指数变差.研究结果表明:在首钢目前条件下,配入10%～20%的扬地粉是可行的.二烧车间进行了扬地粉工业试验,其最高配比达到30%,工业试验时烧结各项指标变化与实验室试验结果基本一致.     

三峡库区滑坡地质力学模型试验技术研究

在三峡库区滑坡地质力学模型试验研究基础上，阐述了滑坡地质力学模型试验的研究现状。指出时间相似比在滑坡模型相似判据研究中须慎重选择；提出以重晶石粉系相似材料能较好模拟软土体滑坡；并介绍了模型相似材料测试中低参数指标测试存在的问题以及模型试验测试技术中的最新进展。     

电镀工艺条件变化对片状铁吸收剂吸波性能的影响

通过电镀法制备片状磁性吸收剂，用SEM、XRD等手段对其进行表征。用网络分析仪测试了不同工艺条件下吸收剂样品2～18GHz的电磁参数，并结合晶粒尺寸因素研究了不同工艺条件下对吸收剂电磁参数的影响．结果表明，不同的工艺条件对吸收剂电磁参数的影响具有规律性，可通过合理配置工艺参数来提高吸收剂的吸波性能。     

Influence of nano-scaled dispersed second phase on substructure of deformed dispersion strengthened copper alloy

The deformation behavior of dispersion strengthened copper alloy Cu-Al2O3 was studied by TEM. The results show that nano-scaled dispersed second phase not only increases dislocation density in matrix, but also has an important influence on the dislocation substructure. The presence of fine dispersed Al2 O3 particles results in a uniform and random dislocation distribution in matrix copper and causes the difficulty in formation of dislocation cell structure and the decrease in the amount of cell structure during deformation. Deformation gives rise to much more dislocations and dislocation cells form more difficultly and the decrease in the cell size with the increase of dispersion degree.

超声波流量计计量系统性能的主要影响因素

随着我国天然气工业的发展，已有大量超声波流量计用于高压、大流量的天然气计量。尽管我国已于2001年颁布并实施了气体超声波流量计使用方面的国家标准GB/T18604-2001，但是随着超声波流量计越来越广泛的使用，国内外对超声波流量计计量性能的影响因素已有了进一步的研究；而且，目前我国超声波流量计在天然气计量中的应用效果也还需要进一步改善。因此，根据目前国、内外最新研究成果，对噪声、脏污、压力及温度测量对超声波流量计计量系统性能的主要影响因素以及控制对策进行了分析探讨，以期改变虽经实验室检定合格、但用于现场却不能达到预期计量性能效果的情况，使超声波流量计在现场能够得到更好的应用。     

Modeling for local dynamic behaviors of phenol biodegradation in bubble columns

A coupled three-dimensional (3-D) model, combining hydrodynamics with biochemical reactions, was developed to simulate the local transient flow patterns and the dynamic behaviors of cell growth and phenol biodegradation by yeast Candida tropicalis in the bubble-column bioreactor, using the computational fluid dynamic (CFD) method. In order to validate this proposed model effectively, the validation of the local hydrodynamic characteristics of the gas-mineral salt solution (gas-liquid) two-phase system, with the phenol concentration of 1200 mg/L, and with the absence of cells, was performed in a square-sectioned bubble column bioreactor using the LDA system and conductivity probe. Furthermore, the validation of phenol biodegradation behaviors by yeast Candida tropicalis at different initial concentrations of phenol and cell was also carried out in the above bubble-column bioreactor. The results indicated that the model simulations had a satisfying agreement with the experimental data. Finally, the local instantaneous flow and phenol biodegradation features including gas holdup, gas velocity, liquid velocity, cell concentration and phenol concentration inside the bioreactor were successfully predicted in different-scale bubble columns by the proposed model. © 2006 American Institute of Chemical Engineers AIChE J, 2006     

Ennoblement of stainless steel in natural seawater – A new explanation

The ennoblement of corrosion potential (E_corr) of passive metal immersed in seawater was investigated with electrochemical technology and epifluorescence microscopy. The in situ observation showed that the bacteria number increased on the metal surface according to an exponential law which was in the same way with the ennoblement of E_corr. At the same time, the anodic polarization current of high‐Mo stainless steel decreased in the initial days. According to the mix‐potential theory and the characteristics of polarization curves of high‐Mo steel in natural seawater, the ennoblement of corrosion potential may be induced by the decrease of the passive current density.

从水资源与水环境两方面分析了河北省水安全的现状,指出影响水安全的因素在于自然因素、人为因素及人与自然的不协调因素,并针对水安全问题可能引发的健康安全、粮食安全、经济安全、生态环境安全进行了讨论,最后探讨了解决河北省水安全问题的对策。
