无线数据通信具有两大发展趋势，即低速的广域移动数据网及高速的局域无线数据网。本文介绍了其技术特点、应用情况和市场前景，分析了无线数据通信传输技术、网络结构和媒质接入控制等问题。     

硬粒子对聚合物材料表面的冲击摩擦研究

冲击摩擦为接触面切向与法向冲量之比。用聚合物材料试件与弹簧钢片组成振动测试系统 ,硬粒子以一定入射角冲击试件水平面引起系统振动 ,接触冲量通过振幅反映出来 ,记录初始振幅值而计算出一个冲击过程的冲击摩擦因数。结果表明 ,当入射角α在 2 5°-60°变化时 ,冲击摩擦因数f从 0 .5降至 0 .2左右。文章同时分析讨论了摩擦对聚合物表面接触强度的影响。     

Do We Stand on Common Ground? A Threat Appraisal Model for Terror Alerts Issued by the Department of Homeland Security

The fabric and faces of threat, and the expediency and efficiency in the communication of threat, are examined with a threat appraisal model. This model is empirically tested on an ongoing communication challenge, the issuance of terror alerts by the United States' Department of Homeland Security (DHS), focusing on how threat is appraised by both the conservative and liberal audiences. Findings showed a shared view by the DHS and conservative audiences on the levels and nature of threats; liberal audiences thought otherwise. Though there appeared to be a consensus between the conservative and liberal audiences on the efficacy of threat communication, more internal consistency within DHS is needed to optimise its effectiveness.     

Multivariable controller design in an adaptive control scheme

A multivariable control system design approach in the frequency domain is presented. The issue of control system redesign in an adaptive control scheme is discussed. Expert system techniques have been used for the automated design of controllers for multivariable systems. Design knowledge has been represented using rules, facts and objects. The design process consists of a sequence of operations obtained by heuristics and experience in the the design techniques. An automated design session of a multivariable plant using the expert system demonstrates that the expert system appears to work well in its prototype implementation.     

Effect of overlearning on retention.

The effectiveness of overlearning in enhancing performance has been acknowledged by researchers within the training community for years. In spite of this general consensus, the empirical basis for this claim is often not clear. This article presents a meta-analysis of the effects of overlearning on retention. Results indicate that overlearning produces a significant effect on retention of moderate overall magnitude and that the effect of overlearning on retention is moderated by the degree of overlearning, type of task, and length of retention period. Effect of Stress State on Growth of Interfacial Intermetallic Compounds Between Sn-Ag-Cu Solder and Cu Substrates Coated with Electroless Ni Immersion Au

Excessive intermetallic compound (IMC) growth in solder joints will significantly decrease the reliability of the joints. IMC growth is known to be influenced by numerous factors during the component fabrication process and in service. It is reported that, other than temperature and holding time, stress can also influence the IMC growth behavior. However, no existing method can be used to study the effect of stress state on IMC growth in a controlled manner. This paper presents a novel method to study the effect of stress on interfacial IMC growth between Sn-Ag-Cu solder and a Cu substrate coated with electroless Ni immersion Au (ENIG). A C-ring was used and in-plane bending induced tensile and compressive stresses were applied by tightening the C-ring. Results revealed that in-plane compressive stress led to faster IMC growth as compared with in-plane tensile stress.

BKX-Ⅰ型并联机床的谐响应分析

应用有限元分析软件(ANSYS),对BKXⅠ型并联机床进行谐响应分析,分别得到了机床各节点沿机床的虚拟轴X、Y和Z向的位移谐响应曲线。在此基础上,还分析了该机床的谐响应规律,并明确了谐响应的特点,为改善此类机床的动态特性提供了一定的参考依据。
