几家HCV抗体诊断试剂盒检测系列血清的比较

应用Abbott、UBI及国内几家的HCV第二代抗体诊断试剂盒A、B、c及D检测25名HCV感染者的210份感染后不同时期的系列血清,首次采用ELISA及RIBA分片段检测抗体,并与敏感的PCR法检测血清中HCV RNA结果相比较。虽然各试剂盒的总体检测符合率无显著性差异,但个别国产试剂盒的早期检测能力尚有待提高。用任何一家抗体检测试剂盒均会漏检小部分标本,抗体检测阴性的血清在100000倍稀释后仍可检出HCV RNA,因此,有必要发展包括更多片段包被的第三代HCV抗体诊断试剂盒。     

破伤风毒素及其片段的纯化

本文报道了破伤风毒素及其片段AB、BC、A和C的纯化方法。应用硫酸铵沉淀和Ultrogel AcA_(34)凝胶过滤制备的纯化毒素,于SDS-PAGE和PAGE中均形成单一的蛋白带,分子量为15万,pI为5.95,毒力为1～3×10~4MLD/μg。毒素经DTT还原、尿素处理、再用Ultrogel AcA_(44)凝胶过滤制备A和BC片段。A片段的分子量为54000,pI为4.8。BC片段的分子量为98 000,pI为7.2。木瓜酶处理毒素后用高压液相层析制备AB和C片段。纯化的AB片段分子量为98 000,于等电聚焦中为2条主要区带,pI为5.3和5.5,另有数条小区带;纯化的C片段分子量为51000,于PAGE中形成5条蛋白带,于等电聚焦中主要区带的等电点为7.3,另有几条小区带。

GC/MS分析鸡毛松枝精油的化学成分

为了促进罗汉松科植物鸡毛松在医药、农药和精细化工等领域中的应用,本研究利用水蒸气蒸馏法提取鸡毛松枝精油,进一步采用气相色谱-质谱联用(GC/MS)方法对其化学成分进行分析,分离鉴定出18种化学成分,主要有β 石竹烯(2 03%)、大根香叶烯(61 39%)、γ 榄香烯(12 14%)、β 杜松烯(2 14%)和rimuene(7 66%)。已鉴定化合物占总离子流出峰面积的92 69%,其中大部分是萜烯类化合物。     

基于流动平衡的塑料挤出模优化设计

在构建流道三维参数化模型的基础上,将有限元数值分析和优化技术相结合,以口模出口处型材截面上各子区域平均流速相等为优化目标,以压缩段入口壁厚和平直段长度为设计变量,对挤出模优化设计进行了研究。并以实例说明了优化设计的具体过程,验证了所用方法的正确性和有效性。     

Preparation of micro-patterned surfaces of Si-N-O films and their influence on adhesion behavior of endothelial cells

A novel shaft-less double suction mini pump
