PROMOTER FLOW ACTION OF SOLID-STATE LOW MELT POINT METAL ON THE POLYPROPYLENE

With the aid of a slip-disentanglement theo-ry,a reological equation has been deduced about the compos-ite system of solid-state low melting point metal and poly-mer. By measuring some rheological properties of the compos-ite system composed of low melt point metal and polypropy-lene (LMPM/PP),the results show that LMPM has a pro-moter flow action upon PP when using a small amount ofLMPM and , if some coupled agents are added,the promoterflow action will be remarkable. Moreover, while LMPM beingadded into the composite,the temperature sensitivity of systemwill go up. This indicates that the system’s viscosity will dropfurther if its temperature is increased.     

STUDY OF AIRFLOW HOMOGENEITY STANDARD IN REGENERATIVE CHAMBER OF TANK FURNACE

The authers compared six used criterions ofinflucencing homogeneity of moving airflow in virtue of er-rors such as variance Q,average square deviation T,homoge-neous indices H,inhomogeneous degree W,range R and non-uniform index S.The auther think that the effects of the er-rors will be magnified when all these old stnadards were cal-culated,especially for higher airflow homogeneity,thus,thereliability of these norms would be reduced.The authers putforward two new standards to lower influence of error.     

SYSNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION OF A NEW COMPOUND K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)IN K_2O-TiO_2-Nb_2O_5SYSTEM

A new compound K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)was found inthe ternary system K_2O-TiO_2-Nb_2O_5.The compound was char-acterized and investigated by electron,probe,X-ray powderdiffraction and differential thermal analysis.The transpar-ent crystal of light yellow color in form of hexagon-thinplate can be grown by flux method.Further,its crystal struc-ture was determined by four-circle diffratometer K_6Ti_2Nb_(14)O_(42)crystallizes in he(?)(?)(?)onal system with unitcell parameters a=9.1106(5)×10~(-10)m·c=12.0136(9)×10~(-10)m,Z=l andspace.group P6_3/mcm(193).
