基于ExtJS技术与SSH框架的权限管理研究

根据政务信息管理的特点,采用基于Ajax的前端开发技术ExtJS和SSH框架的后台技术设计了一个社区管理信息平台.以信息平台中的权限管理系统为例,对系统中使用的ExtJS技术和SSH框架进行了介绍,分析了整个权限管理系统功能结构,并在系统分析和设计中说明了ExtJS树形结构在权限管理系统中的具体应用.ExtJS多级动态树结构实现了AjaX技术异步加载树节点,提高了权限管理系统的实用性和可扩展性.     

Further results of recursive evaluation for compound distribution with the severity distribution of mixed type

Yang et al. [J.P. Yang, S.H. Cheng, Q. Wu, Recursive equations for compound distribution with the severity distribution of the mixed type, Science in China Series A 48 (2005) 594-609] investigated a recursive procedure for a kind of compound distributions with the number of claims belonging to (a,b)-family and the severity distribution of the mixed type. In this paper, we extend their results by assuming that the claim number belongs to a larger class. As applications, the excess-of-loss reinsurance treaty is discussed and concrete examples are considered in some detail.     

Dual graph regularized NMF model for social event detection from Flickr data

In this work, we aim to discover real-world events from Flickr data by devising a three-stage event detection framework. In the first stage, a multimodal fusion (MF) model is designed to deal with the heterogeneous feature modalities possessed by the user-shared data, which is advantageous in computation complexity. In the second stage, a dual graph regularized non-negative matrix factorization (DGNMF) model is proposed to learn compact feature representations. DGNMF incorporates Laplacian regularization terms for the data graph and base graph into the objective, keeping the geometry structures underlying the data samples and dictionary bases simultaneously. In the third stage, hybrid clustering algorithms are applied seamlessly to discover event clusters. Extensive experiments conducted on the real-world dataset reveal the MF-DGNMF-based approaches outperform the baselines.

面向流水线型模式的MANET嵌入式可靠性分析研究

随着大型离散制造业的竞争日益激烈,提高生产效率变得越来越重要。实施MES(Manufacturing Execution System)是提高竞争力的一个比较好的解决方案,而网络通信畅通是实施MES的关键基础。针对大型离散制造业车间的行业特点和实际环境,引入了移动自组织网络(MANET,Mobile Ad hoc Network)作为通信的网络。由于MANET是不依赖固定基础设施、无中心控制、动态拓扑的动态无线通讯网络,研究基于实际环境的MANET的可靠性对于网络的部署和调整就显得非常有现实意义。基于实际制造业车间环境,给出了面向作业型制造业生产模式的MANAET可靠性分析模型(ERMWT,Embedded Reliability Model on Working Table)。     

Quantum hydrodynamic simulation of discrete-dopant fluctuated physical quantities in nanoscale FinFET

Impact of the discrete dopants on device performance is crucial in determining the behavior of nanoscale semiconductor devices. Atomistic quantum mechanical device simulation for studying the effect of discrete dopants on device's physical quantities is urgent. This work explores the physics of discrete-dopant-induced characteristic fluctuations in 16-nm fin-typed field effect transistor (FinFET) devices. Discrete dopants are statistically positioned in the three-dimensional channel region to examine associated carrier's characteristic, concurrently capturing “dopant concentration variation” and “dopant position fluctuation”. An experimentally validated quantum hydrodynamic device simulation was conducted to investigate the potential profile and threshold voltage fluctuations of the 16-nm FinFET. Results of this study provide further insight into the problem of fluctuation and the mechanism of immunity against fluctuation in 16-nm devices.     

基于FPGA的高速自适应滤波器的实现

在LMS算法进行变步长处理的基础上,结合驰豫超前流水线技术和时序重构技术提出了创新结构和改进算法,在FPGA的仿真综合环境中设计实现了该高速自适应滤波器,并且在AlteraDE2-70开发板上进行了板级测试。
