There are few population-based data in investigating the impact of diabetes on chemotherapy adverse effects and treatment outcomes of non-metastatic breast cancer. The purpose of this study is to evaluate whether diabetes affects the patterns of use in chemotherapy, toxic effects of chemotherapy, and treatment outcomes for non-metastatic breast cancer in Taiwan. The study results can provide physicians for making a decision whether or not to use chemotherapy based on the individual patients' condition.  相似文献

In today's fiercely competitive market, embedded software development teams are driven to do more with less: reduce time to market, costs and risk, while improving quality and predictability. There is also an increasing need to deliberately organise the teams that initially involves the division of the project into tasks; the selection of the right people; and the correct allocation of those tasks for the selected people. Team configuration process is typically performed by a project manager based on his/her past experience and the available (though frequently scarce, uncertain and dynamic) information about the cognitive, emotion and social characteristics of the potential team members. To support this decision-making process we propose the Fuzzy Belief-Desire-Intention architecture, a multiagent approach that given an initial team configuration and a set of tasks, simulates the most possible team performance. Its architecture bases are fuzzy set theory and fuzzy logic and it is implemented using Multiagent Systems technology in Java and Jadex. Tests have been carried out in which the architecture has been applied to a set of tasks involving the embedded software development. The result predicted by our architecture with the performance of an engineering team in a real industrial project is made.  相似文献

本文研究的冻胶由疏水缔合聚合物HAP与酚醛树脂YG103交联而成。用流体流动行为指数n和零剪切黏度η0表征酚醛树脂冻胶成冻过程的流变行为,其交联过程分为诱导期、增长期和稳定期3个阶段,证实了冻胶的形成既有化学交联又有明显的物理交联。研究了HAP与YG103加量、温度、矿化度、pH值对冻胶成冻时间和冻胶强度的影响。成冻时间和冻胶强度分别用目测代码评价方法和突破真空度法测定,研究结果表明:在本实验条件范围内,HAP和YG103浓度越大、温度越高、矿化度越高,成冻时间越短,冻胶强度越高。无机盐对成冻体系的影响大小为:CaC l2MgC l2NaC l,当成冻体系的pH值在9~10时,成冻时间最短。为海上油田聚合物驱的深部液流转向提供理论基础和技术支持。图3表5参5  相似文献

One-dimensional nanocarbons, including carbon nanotubes and nanowires, were grown on catalyst-seeded mesoporous carbons using thermal chemical vapor deposition. The catalyst was applied to the mesoporous carbons by a dip coating process followed by a high temperature reduction. The growth of carbon nanotubes/nanowires then took place through the thermal decomposition of methane at temperatures of 800 °C or 900 °C. Carbon nanotubes/nanowires grown on mesoporous carbon particles provide interconnects among the particles. Intimate contacts between the CNTs/CNWs and the mesoporous carbons were also observed. Due to these interconnects and the intimate contacts, the electrical resistance mesoporous carbons having carbon nanotubes/nanowires is approximately 30% lower than that of mesoporous carbons.  相似文献

This study relies on the trend model to investigate various modes of coordination among team members of construction projects. According to the project network developed based on the characteristics of a project, the trend model establishes an activity relationship matrix (ARM) to identify the activity relationships within the construction process. ARM is used to construct an organizational structure for project management and a communication resistance matrix that shows the efficiency of communication and coordination among the members of the project team. To evaluate various organizational structures and their coordination efficiencies, this study utilizes the analytical hierarchy process to quantify the strength of an organizational structure and identify the optimal structure for project management. Through quantitative modeling of communication efficiency among organizational team members, an objective function for calculating the total resistance index is used to determine the optimal organizational structure available to execute the project. This study demonstrates how the trend model may be applied in the future for evaluating the coordination efficiencies of various organizational structures.  相似文献

The Dedicated Short-Range Communication (DSRC) is an emerging standard to push the vehicular communication into modern automotive industry. The DSRC standard generally applies FM0 and Manchester to reach DC-balance enhancing the signal reliability. However, the intrinsic unbalance computation load between FM0 and Manchester makes their VLSI architecture with poor hardware utilization. In this paper, the reuse-oriented Boolean simplification (ROBS) technique is proposed to overcome this problem. The ROBS technique constructs the balance-type architecture to improve the hardware utilization rate (HUR) from 50 % to 90 %. The analysis of how the clock-skew affects the balance-type architecture is also discussed. This work is realized by 0.18um 1P6M CMOS technology with cell-based design flow. The gate count is 25.61, which is normalized to a 2-input NAND gate. The power consumption is 6.58uW@27MHz for FM0 encoding and 6.85uW@27MHz for Manchester encoding. The encoding capability is up to 27 Mbps that can fully support the DSRC standards of America, Europe and Japan.  相似文献

A novel mode converter that transforms coaxial transverse electromagnetic (TEM) mode to TE/sub 11/ circular waveguide mode is investigated. It is shown that with four metal plates inserted in the coaxial waveguide, the TEM mode will be converted to coaxial TE/sub 11/ mode, and finally, it forms a TE/sub 11/ conventional circular waveguide mode. The experimental test results are in good agreement with the computer simulations, which demonstrates the feasibility of the mode converter.  相似文献

In order to obtain the TiO2 films with high transmittance and superhydrophilicity without UV irradiation, porous TiO2/SiO2 bi-layer films were prepared by spin coated SiO2 sol and TiO2 sol including polyethylene glycol 2000 (PEG 2000) onto glass and subsequent calcination at 550 °C. Meanwhile, factors that affect the TiO2/SiO2 bi-layer films transmittance and superhydrophilicity were investigated in details by observing their surface morphologies and measuring their water contact angles (WCAs), spreading time and transmittances. The results indicated that the as-prepared TiO2/SiO2 bi-layer film showed superhydrophilicity without UV irradiation when 0.5 wt.% PEG 2000 was added in TiO2 sol. At the same time, its maximum transmittance was as high as 92.3%. The spreading time was only about 0.16 s. More importantly, the resultant film had an excellent stability of the superhydrophilic property.  相似文献
