A sintering-aid system using melting of B-Li glass for barium strontium titanate (BST)-based compositions to be used in low-temperature cofired ceramic (LTCC) layers is introduced. The effects of the sintering aid on the microstructure, dielectric properties, and application in LTCC were investigated. The composition Ba0.5Sr0.5TiO3-SrMoO4 with 3 wt.% B-Li glass sintered at 950°C exhibits optimized dielectric properties, including low dielectric constant (368), low dielectric loss (0.007), and moderate tunability (13%, 60 kV/cm) at 10 kHz. At 1.44 GHz, it possesses a dielectric constant of 218 and Q value of 230. LTCC multilayer ceramic capacitors fabricated by the tape-casting process have steady relative tunability of 12% at 300 V, suggesting that BST50-SrMoO4-B-Li glass composite ceramic is a promising candidate for electrically tunable LTCC microwave device applications. 相似文献

The microwave properties of barium strontium titanate (Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3) thin films grown on (100) LaAlO3 (LAO) and (100) MgO single-crystal substrates through the sol–gel technique were investigated. The interdigital capacitor (IDC) technique was used to measure the nonlinear dielectric properties in the frequency range from 1 GHz to 10 GHz. The results show that the Curie temperature, capacitance, and tunability of the films are strongly dependent upon the substrate. The film fabricated on the LaAlO3 substrate has a higher tunability of 16.77% than that grown on the MgO substrate (~8.38%), measured at 10 GHz with an applied voltage of 35 V. The loss tangent is a linear function of the frequency in the microwave range, and the film grown on the MgO substrate has a lower loss tangent than that grown on the LAO substrate. Recent studies have shown that the performance of wireless multihop ad hoc networks is very poor. In this paper, we first demonstrate that one important reason of the poor performance is the close coupling between medium contention and network congestion. Therefore, we present a framework of distributed flow control and medium access control to address both medium contention and network congestion. The proposed scheme utilizes the MAC layer control frames to efficiently conduct the network layer's flow control function and only allows the upstream nodes to forward enough packets to make it possible for the downstream nodes to fully utilize the shared channel but never introduce severe MAC collisions and network congestion. Extensive simulations illustrate that the proposed scheme well controls congestion and greatly alleviates medium collisions. It achieves up to 12 times the end-to-end throughput of IEEE 802.11, maintains a short delay and a low control overhead, and improves the fairness regardless of the hop count and the traffic load 相似文献

We experimentally demonstrate that at terahertz frequencies perfect plasmonic absorbers made from a 3D V-groove array in a highly doped silicon wafer can be easily realized using simple wet-etching process. The surface plasmon modes can be excited by the V-groove array and get decayed when they propagate along the silicon surface and enter the grooves, inducing a broadband near-zero dip in the reflection spectra. The reflection spectrum of the fabricated absorber is characterized using a terahertz time-domain spectroscopy system, and the experimental results are in good agreement with numerical simulations. The high performance including high absorptivity and large bandwidth together with the easy fabrication processes presented in this paper make this plasmonic absorber promising for a wide range of practical applications in terahertz regime. 相似文献

A cyber‐physical system (CPS) is a new mechanism controlled or monitored by computer algorithms that intertwine physical and software components. Advanced persistent threats (APTs) represent stealthy, powerful, and well‐funded attacks against CPSs; they integrate physical processes and have recently become an active research area. Existing offensive and defensive processes for APTs in CPSs are usually modeled by incomplete information game theory. However, honeypots, which are effective security vulnerability defense mechanisms, have not been widely adopted or modeled for defense against APT attacks in CPSs. In this study, a honeypot game‐theoretical model considering both low‐ and high‐interaction modes is used to investigate the offensive and defensive interactions, so that defensive strategies against APTs can be optimized. In this model, human analysis and honeypot allocation costs are introduced as limited resources. We prove the existence of Bayesian Nash equilibrium strategies and obtain the optimal defensive strategy under limited resources. Finally, numerical simulations demonstrate that the proposed method is effective in obtaining the optimal defensive effect. 相似文献

用溶胶凝胶法在不同的基片上制备了具有高度 c 轴即(002)取向的 Zn O 薄膜,研究了溶剂、稳定剂等对合成的先体溶液的影响。对薄膜的 X R D 分析表明随热处理温度的增加,c 轴取向度增大,并且薄膜的晶粒尺寸在 300 ° C~500 ° C 范围内增幅较大。用端面耦合的方法测量了制备在 Si O2/ Si(111)基片上薄膜的波导损耗,即随热处理温度的增加,波导损耗增大,主要来源于 Zn O 薄膜与 Si O2 的界面及晶粒的散射。制备在 Pt/ Si O2/ Si(111)基片上薄膜的相对介电常数为 7~13,电阻率则为 1.7×104 Ω·cm ~9.8×105 Ω·cm 。 相似文献

Optical Burst Switching (OBS) is an emerging technology that allows variable size data bursts to be transported directly over
DWDM links without encountering O/E/O conversion. In OBS, before the transmission of a data burst, a burst header is transmitted
through an electronic control path, setting up and tearing down optical paths on-the-fly. Data bursts can remain in the optical
domain and pass through the OBS network transparently. Unfortunately, system performance will be greatly degraded, if burst
scheduling requests cannot be processed in time. This article quantitatively studied the negative impact of control path overloading
on the performance of OBS networks. Results have shown that control path overloading greatly affects the performance of the
OBS routers, especially for systems with large WDM channel counts. In order to remove this performance bottleneck, we have
designed and implemented an ultra fast pipelined burst scheduler that is able to process a burst request every two clock cycles,
regardless of the number of WDM channels per link. The design has been implemented in Verilog HDL and synthesized to FPGAs.
Circuit level simulation results confirm the correctness of the design. The circuit has achieved 100 MHz in Altera Cyclone
II devices, allowing the scheduler to process a burst request every 20 ns. To the authors’ best knowledge, this is the fastest
