射流流化床内流体力学行为的模拟研究

以流化床应用为代表的气固流动系统是许多化工过程中的重要组成部分 ,CFD( computational fluid dynamics)方法能够为其优化设计和放大提供所需要的信息 .本文采用双欧拉模型 ,与 Gidaspow等的实验结果进行了对比 ,模拟了二维射流流化床内气泡的形成规律 ,得到了带锥型分布器的流化床内瞬时空隙率和气固相速度分布等流体力学参数 .对锥型分布器流化床的实验结果表明 ,模拟得到的气泡的形状与实验现象相接近 .     

NA—5聚氨酯胶粘剂对金属粘接强度的影响

以ＮＡ－５型氨酯胶粘剂作为金属五ＰＵ弹性胶料之间的胶粘剂，制作钢／ＰＵ橡胶／铝静件。研究了影响制件粘接强度的主要因素，给出了ＮＡ－５最佳粘接工艺。     

Ultrafiltration of Myoglobin using Surface-Sulfonated Polysulfone Hollow Fiber

The usage of ionic polysulfone (PSF) hollow fiber for the ultrafiltration of protein was investigated. The surface of polysulfone hollow fiber was sulfonated through the Blanc chloromethylation reaction to become anionic. Characterization of the modified hollow fiber was performed including ion exchange titration, pure water permeation, and molecular sieving measurement. The performance of ultrafiltration of protein was evaluated using myoglobin at various pH values. The results show that the water contact angles and hydraulic resistance are markedly decreased, indicating that the surface-modified PSF hollow fibers are more hydrophilic. In addition, the retention of myoglobin depends on the pH of the solution. At a pH higher than the isoelectric point of myoglobin, both hollow fiber and the protein have the same charge sign, and both the flux of the solution and the retention are the highest. The sulfonated PSF hollow fiber may be used as a biomaterial for protein separation and purification.     

Ways of strengthening biodegradable soy‐dreg plastics

Biodegradable plastics (GSD) based on soy dreg (SD) were prepared by compression‐molding, with glycerol as the plasticizer and glutaraldehyde (GA) as the cross‐linker. The structure and properties of the GSD sheets were investigated by Fourier‐transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), X‐ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), dynamic mechanical thermal analysis (DMTA), scanning electron microscope (SEM), and tensile test methods. The results indicate that when GA content was 6.8%, the tensile strength (σ_b) of the sheet reached the maximum value of 14.5 MPa. Moreover, the strength and water resistance of the sheets coated with castor‐oil‐based polyurethane/nitrochitosan interpenetrating network (IPN) coating were significantly enhanced to 24.6 MPa in the dry state and 9.8 MPa in the wet state. Simultaneously, the test of biodegradability of the GSD sheet in a mineral salts medium containing microorganisms and agar proved that GSD could be fully biodegradable. AgBiVMo oxide catalytic membrane for selective oxidation of propane to acrolein

A metal ions (Ag, Bi, V, Mo) modified sol–gel method was used to prepare a mesoporous Ag_0.01Bi_0.85V_0.54Mo_0.45O₄ catalytic membrane which was used in the selective oxidation of propane to acrolein. By optimizing the preparation parameters, a thin and perfect catalytically active membrane was successfully prepared. SEM results showed that the membrane thickness is 5 μm. XRD results revealed that Ag_0.01Bi_0.85V_0.54Mo_0.45O₄ with a Scheelite structure, which is catalytically active for the selective oxidation of propane to acrolein, was formed in the catalytic membrane only when AgBiVMoO concentrations were higher than 40%. Catalytic reaction results demonstrated that the selective oxidation of propane could be controlled to a certain degree, such as to acrolein, in the catalytic membrane reactor (CMR) compared to the fixed bed reactor (FBR). For example, a selectivity of 54.85% for acrolein in the liquid phase was obtained in the CMR, while only 8.31% was achieved in the FBR.     

近断层脉冲型地震动作用下面板堆石坝的动力响应

越来越多的高土石坝正在西部地区建设或规划中,其中许多位于发震断裂带附近,遭遇近场强震的概率随着大坝数量的增加而增加,近断层脉冲型地震动作用下大坝地震响应特性亟待研究。本文选取10组台湾集集地震实测加速度时程,结合200 m级的面板堆石坝开展动力有限元分析,研究脉冲和非脉冲地震动作用对面板堆石坝的加速度、水平位移以及面板顺坡向应力的影响。结果表明,与非脉冲型地震动相比,脉冲型地震动对大坝堆石体的水平位移和面板顺坡向应力的影响较大,影响程度随着PGV/PGA(地面峰值速度/地面峰值加速度)的增大而增大。因此,在高地震区修建高土石坝时应对脉冲型地震进行专门研究,综合评价大坝的地震安全性和极限抗震能力。
