Feature construction has been studied extensively, including for 0/1 data samples. Given the recent breakthroughs in closedness-related constraint-based mining, we are considering its impact on feature construction for classification tasks. We investigate the use of condensed representations of frequent itemsets based on closedness properties as new features. These itemset types have been proposed to avoid set counting in difficult association rule mining tasks, i.e. when data are noisy and/or highly correlated. However, our guess is that their intrinsic properties (say the maximality for the closed itemsets and the minimality for the δ-free itemsets) should have an impact on feature quality. Understanding this remains fairly open, and we discuss these issues thanks to itemset properties on the one hand and an experimental validation on various data sets (possibly noisy) on the other hand.  相似文献

Domain wall movement at and near engineered 10°, 15°, and 24° tilt and 10° and 30° twist grain boundaries was measured by band excitation piezoresponse force microscopy for Pb(Zr,Ti)O3 films with Zr/Ti ratio of 45/55 and 52/48. A minimum in nonlinear response was observed at the grain boundary for the highest angle twist and tilt grain boundaries, while a maximum in nonlinear response was observed at the 10° tilt grain boundaries. The observed nonlinear response was correlated with the domain configurations imaged in cross section by transmission electron microscopy.  相似文献

The (1?x)NaNbO3–(x)NaTaO3 solid solution was investigated for x ≤ 0.4 in terms of new high‐temperature and high‐permittivity dielectric system that is suitable for base metal inner electrode capacitor applications. The addition of Ta significantly enhanced the resistivity of the dielectric, resulting in superior resistivity than the dielectrics‐formulated BaTiO3 systems that dominate the multilayer ceramic capacitor dielectric devices. The voltage dependence of the permittivity was also superior to BaTiO3‐based materials, providing higher capacitance at higher temperatures. A transmission electron microscopy study illustrated that the grains had so‐called core‐shell structure. According to the electron diffraction analysis, the core region had an inhomogeneous structure between antiferroelectric and ferroelectric phases, and shell region had an incommensurate ferroelectric‐like structure. The core and shell region had Nb‐ and Ta‐rich composition, respectively, and their interface was compositionally sharp, implying that shell region was formed via a liquid phase during the sintering process with an incongruent Ta dissolution reprecipitation. We anticipate that these or similar materials based on the alkali‐niobate perovskites can be further enhanced to provide capacitor solutions from 150°C to 250°C, which is an important range for a number of new AC–DC invertor and engine control units.  相似文献

The dielectric properties and frequency dispersion associated with a dielectric relaxation were evaluated within the perovskite (1− x )BiScO3– x Ba(Mg1/3Nb2/3)O3 solid solution systems (0.7 ≤ x ≤ 1). With increasing BiScO3, the room-temperature dielectric permittivity at low frequency (100 Hz) increased up to 115 at x = 0.7, and a dielectric relaxation phenomenon was evident. Relaxation parameters were analyzed using several Arrhenius-type equations, and the microwave dielectric property measurement using rectangular wave-guide method enabled confirmation of the extrapolated value of the Arrhenius plot. The result of the microwave dielectric property measurement was also checked with J -function fitting based on the frequency-dependent Gaussian distribution of the associated dielectric loss data at low frequency.  相似文献

Cold sintering process (CSP) is an extremely low‐temperature sintering process (room temperature to ~200°C) that uses aqueous‐based solutions as transient solvents to aid densification by a nonequilibrium dissolution‐precipitation process. In this work, CSP is introduced to fabricate microwave and packaging dielectric substrates, including ceramics (bulk monolithic substrates and multilayers) and ceramic‐polymer composites. Some dielectric materials, namely Li2MoO4, Na2Mo2O7, K2Mo2O7, and (LiBi)0.5MoO4 ceramics, and also (1?x)Li2MoO4?xPTFE and (1?x)(LiBi)0.5MoO4?xPTFE composites, are selected to demonstrate the feasibility of CSP in microwave and packaging substrate applications. Selected dielectric ceramics and composites with high densities (88%‐95%) and good microwave dielectric properties (permittivity, 5.6‐37.1; × f, 1700‐30 500 GHz) were obtained by CSP at 120°C. CSP can be also used to potentially develop a new co‐fired ceramic technology, namely CSCC. Li2MoO4?Ag multilayer co‐fired ceramic structures were successfully fabricated without obvious delamination, warping, or interdiffusion. Numerous materials with different dielectric properties can be densified by CSP, indicating that CSP provides a simple, effective, and energy‐saving strategy for the ceramic packaging and microwave device development.  相似文献

The recently developed technique of cold sintering process (CSP) enables densification of ceramics at low temperatures, i.e., <300°C. CSP employs a transient aqueous solvent to enable liquid phase‐assisted densification through mediating the dissolution‐precipitation process under a uniaxial applied pressure. Using CSP in this study, 80% dense Li1.5Al0.5Ge1.5(PO4)3 (LAGP) electrolytes were obtained at 120°C in 20 minutes. After a 5 minute belt furnace treatment at 650°C, 50°C above the crystallization onset, Li‐ion conductivity was 5.4 × 10?5 S/cm at 25°C. Another route to high ionic conductivities ~10?4 S/cm at 25°C is through a composite LAGP ‐ (PVDF‐HFP) co‐sintered system that was soaked in a liquid electrolyte. After soaking 95, 90, 80, 70, and 60 vol% LAGP in 1 M LiPF6 EC‐DMC (50:50 vol%) at 25°C, Li‐ion conductivities were 1.0 × 10?4 S/cm at 25°C with 5 to 10 wt% liquid electrolyte. This paper focuses on the microstructural development and impedance contributions within solid electrolytes processed by (i) Crystallization of bulk glasses, (ii) CSP of ceramics, and (iii) CSP of ceramic‐polymer composites. CSP may offer a new route to enable multilayer battery technology by avoiding the detrimental effects of high temperature heat treatments.  相似文献

Ultraviolet (UV)-C treatments are a promising technology for liquid food pasteurization as an alternative to heat treatments. However, the design of efficient UV reactors to reduce pertinent microorganisms and comply with current food safety goals is still an engineering challenge due to the low penetration depth of UV light in liquid foods with high UV absorbance and suspended particles, and the variations in the residence time of the product in the UV reactors. This review focuses on physical aspects of UV radiation related to the essential product and processing parameters for the design of UV reactors. The UV equipment available for liquid food processing is described and the main drawbacks and advantages are discussed.  相似文献

The dynamics of a powder flowing in a mass flow regime through a storage bin with a conical hopper, is a well studied problem. However, many challenges remain, including quantification of the mixing that occurs during discharge through the hopper. We have formulated a model based on the conservation of volume of the powder and a semi-empirical expression for velocity profile, (see [1], [2]), and used this to estimate mixing parameters. We have specifically considered the case of an inflow which is disposed in homogeneous horizontal layers as it enters the storage bin. When the powder, in successive layers, enters the hopper, it accelerates and its velocity along the longitudinal axis of the hopper is greater than at the walls. Portions of layers high in the hopper may overtake layers closer to the exit resulting in mixing of the layers. Using this model we are able to quantify the percentage of each layer in a given output volume and present results for typical hopper geometries.  相似文献

Intrinsically disordered regions (IDRs) are preferred sites for post‐translational modifications essential for regulating protein function. The enhanced local mobility of IDRs facilitates their observation by NMR spectroscopy in vivo. Phosphorylation events can occur at multiple sites and respond dynamically to changes in kinase–phosphatase networks. Here we used real‐time NMR spectroscopy to study the effect of kinases and phosphatases present in Xenopus oocytes and egg extracts on the phosphorylation state of the “unique domain” of c‐Src. We followed the phosphorylation of S17 in oocytes, and of S17, S69, and S75 in egg extracts by NMR spectroscopy, MS, and western blotting. Addition of specific kinase inhibitors showed that S75 and S69 are phosphorylated by CDKs (cyclin‐dependent kinases) differently from Cdk1. Moreover, although PKA (cAMP‐dependent protein kinase) can phosphorylate S17 in vitro, this was not the major S17 kinase in egg extracts. Changes in PKA activity affected the phosphorylation levels of CDK‐dependent sites, thus suggesting indirect effects of kinase–phosphatase networks. This study provides a proof‐of‐concept of the use of real‐time in vivo NMR spectroscopy to characterize kinase/phosphatase effects on intrinsically disordered regulatory domains.  相似文献
